Knorr Rice Side Dish, Chicken, 5.6 oz Review:

Due to the inclusion of both rice and pasta, this dish is both fairly flavorful and satisfying. The fact that the shipment arrived undamaged and with an expiration date of August 2016 made me delighted.Take note if you're limiting your salt consumption because it does include a lot of sodium (660 mg) per serving.Fun fact: The German company Knorr (and is owned by Unilever).Visit my website by clicking on my name (PPantryReviews) for more information about Prime Pantry bestsellers.

Knorr Rice Sides, Cheddar Broccoli 5.7 oz Review:

These are popular with my children. You are missing out if you haven't experienced "prime pantry" yet. In addition to offering a wide range of goods, it also helps you save money by helping you prioritize and stay focused on your shopping list. My family's largest spend is impulsively purchasing more items than we do from our shopping list. The temptation to purchase things based on color, packaging, or other sales tactics is eliminated by Prime Pantry. Additionally, it has a great calculator that shows you how much space is still available in your pantry box and offers excellent recommendations on what to fill it with. Try it; you won't regret it. Knorr Rice Side Dish, Fiesta Taco, 5.4 Oz Review:

This one's flavor is not particularly potent. These are simple to make and more interesting than plain white rice, though I think they might use more flavor, so I might just add some extra the next time I make one. I'm not going to reduce the rating for this, but if you get these through Prime Pantry, be aware that there isn't any more wrapping on this than there would be if you purchased one at the grocery store. The package is just thick paper. One of mine was delivered torn, with the top opening about a centimeter wide (too cheap to return so I simply discarded it). The other was also torn, but it wasn't yet torn enough to compromise the seal. The packaging for the five packets of the alternative flavor I ordered was made of a different, slightly thicker material, and the five packets were shrinkwrapped together to better protect the individual packets.

Rice a Roni Rice Mix, Creamy Four Cheese, 6.4 Oz Review:

Creamy Four Cheese is rather tasty. When it comes down to it, I believe that almost all Rice a Roni dishes are prepared similarly, but what distinguishes them is the variety of rice they use and the spice. Parmesan, Romano, Cheddar, and Bleu cheeses are used in the four cheese blend, which pairs well with rice and vermicelli. When you're boiling down your water, be a little extra liberal and leave enough for the four-cheese mixture because, in my experience, it's unforgiving, clumps, and then is challenging to work with. Additionally, it's unpleasant to take a mouthful of seasoning. You'll occasionally experience a crunch because the mixture contains tiny onion chunks, so if that's not your thing, be forewarned.

Knorr Asian Side Dish, Chicken Fried Rice, 5.7 oz Review:

Wheat gluten does a number on my body, so I'm always looking for foods that employ rice as the main ingredient. This was my first time attempting it, and WOW! If I hadn't known better, I would have assumed that the food I was eating was a mixture of Spanish rice and a meat enchilada without the tortilla.Additionally, I like how simple it is to prepare. It includes microwave and stovetop cooking instructions.I like that everything is contained in a single bag, making it simple to divide into two separate halves for cooking on a jet boil, canister burner, or even an alcohol stove in the wild. Use a simmer alcohol stove to cook the mixture or two cups of water until the rice and little amount of vermicelli are tender.Naturally, you would use half as much water if you divided the servings. It would be simple to flesh out this side dish into a full meal that tasted nice if you added a little cheese and some kind of meat like chicken breast, a single serving of spam, shrimp, a can of vegetables, cut up beef jerky, etc.

UNCLE BEN'S Ready Rice: Roasted Chicken, 8.8oz Review:

Admittedly, despite having eaten the other varieties, I didn't get around to eating this flavor until last night, even though I had bought these a couple of months earlier. After getting the kids and husband fed and into bed after a very late arrival, I was too exhausted to prepare anything labor-intensive for myself. Instead of reaching for the go-to cereal, I microwaved this one and presto! 90 seconds later, a hot dinner was served. Just keep on staying on that path because Yowzers! The cool touch on the box side is always wonderful. Despite this, this flavor was much better than I had anticipated and some of the others I've tried (you have to be careful not to get bitten by the steam that escapes upon tearing). Although I did add a tiny bit of sea salt, it would have been great without it. It would have matched nicely with a variety of add-ins and has a mild degree of heat from the seasoning. This is one that I'll buy again.

Mountain House Chicken Teriyaki with Rice Review:

This Mountain House Chicken Teriyaki is actually rather tasty. I'm used to teriyaki chicken being a little unique, though. I like it best as grilled chicken over steaming white rice with onions and pineapple. But teriyaki dishes can be prepared in a variety of ways. This does not mean that the chicken teriyaki is subpar; quite the contrary. I liked it.This meal is served with rice and non-grilled chicken. It contains peas, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions but no pineapple. Which I enjoy in this dish. Since the teriyaki sauce has been freeze-dried, it must be incorporated throughout the dish. Their teriyaki sauce has a decent flavor—not it's horrible, but it's not the finest I've ever had. The taste is good, in my opinion. This teriyaki chicken is excellent. The pouch – This brand, like some others I've tested, comes in a pouch. We should also talk on the pouch design. These freeze-dried meal pouches are designed to be portable in a backpack, to not require refrigeration, and to have a long shelf life. Therefore, the pouch's design is important here. The pouch is constructed of a sturdy, thick material. Its internal surface is aluminized, which is great for retaining heat (or cold if called for). Insulation against the cold. Food is kept at the proper temperature for a longer period of time thanks to this.Additionally, the pouch features a zip-lock lid that may be used to shut it, trapping the steam and rehydrating the food completely. The pouch is highly stable while it is upright since the bottom is pleated and the sides drop straight down. This is necessary to make it easier to pour in the water and mix without tipping the container. Because of the material's thickness, the top stays open while the bottom is expanded to make it stand upright. The hole is large enough to allow water to be poured in with just one hand.

RightRice - Variety Pack (7oz. Pack of 6) - Made from Vegetables - High Protein, Vegan, non GMO, Gluten Free Review:

As a huge fan of PopChips, I ordered the RightRice Variety Pack after seeing an advertisement for it on Twitter (also created by the same person).Although neither my wife nor I are gluten sensitive nor are we on a diet, we are always open to trying a healthier substitute, and RightRice pleasantly surprised us.The Original and the Garlic Herb varieties have been available so far. The 'rice' cooks up quickly, easily, and tastes delicious. It went great with a number of the normal dishes I prepare, such as Cilantro-Lime Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken, and I'm eager to try it with my Pork Chop recipe in the coming days.Additionally, I gave a friend of mine whose wife and son both eat gluten-free a pack of each of the Original and Lemon Pepper flavors, and they both really liked it.In essence, I'll be buying this product again without a doubt!Try it out; you won't regret it.
