Spoontiques Butterfly Stepping Stone Review:

Impressed! Of course! Amazing that this is manufactured in China. It doesn't appear cheap in the least. Even the color seems natural, and it has a good weight. It shares the same color as most worn-out cement roads and walkways. blends seamlessly. But the sparkle is what matters most! I can confirm that it glitters brilliantly. I keep mine outside with my garden flag and a few other miniatures, where it will remain. If/when the sparkles start to fade or if anything else happens, I'll update this thread. However, it merits 10 stars right now! Love it!UPDATED ON 9/12/15Since I bought this stepping stone more than two months ago, I'd like to share my thoughts on how it has fared after spending all day in the sun at temperatures of above 100 degrees (arizona). No water has leaked into the ornamentation, and it is still gleaming. However, I observed that there was a buildup of dirt in a few places (from blowing dust and rain). I tried wiping it, but it wouldn't come off. However, after using one of those "soft" Scotch Bright scrubbers (NOT the metallic kind), the buildup was easily removed, much as when cleaning a pan. So there's no need to worry; with occasional light cleaning, your stepping stone should continue to look perfect for a very long time. I'm really impressed. If/when anything more occurs, I'll be sure to let you know about it here. I feel confident in saying that this stepping stone should hold up well if you are debating whether to show yours outside.

Outdoor Essentials Faux Rock, Grey, Small Review:

I selected the tan tiny imitation rock. I was worried that based solely on a photo, I could make a poor choice in terms of size and color. Not to worry. Unbelievably swiftly and carefully packed, the rock came. It has a hefty feel and, more significantly, can be mistaken for a genuine rock with ease. No phony "lava rock" appearance or texture is there. The rocks in my yard have specks and/or colors that resemble orange, brown, and gray. In order to achieve a better result than if I had bought gray and had to apply tan-ish color to the rock, I chose the "tan" option. If the rock turned out to be too beige, I could just spray paint gray over it. The tan version is finely flecked and randomly colored, so don't worry about it. Additionally, the shape is asymmetrical (neither quite rounded nor very pointy), which is what I wanted in a rock. I am intending to conceal the hose/plug outlet from a water feature that I have disassembled because I am unable to get it out of the ground. I debated whether to purchase the medium, which would be obviously large enough but possibly too large, or the small, which I feared would not be large enough. It's everything fine here. There is just enough room to conceal the little pebble. I was looking for something small enough to mix in with the surrounding rocks without drawing attention to itself. The ideal rock is this faux-tastic one!

OUPENG Pebbles Polished Gravel, Natural Polished Mixed Color Stones, Small Decorative River Rock Stones 2 Pounds (32-Oz) Review:

These rocks are wonderful, just as pictured, and exactly the size I anticipated. Obviously, there are complaints on this site about the meager quantity people received, but because rocks weigh so little and are known to be hefty, how much did you actually expect to receive? As any decent green thumb would know, plants and succulents can't grow in containers without any drainage, so I used them instead to make a drainage tray in my pots without bottom holes. (Please notice that I stated "thrive" rather than "survive"; your plant will survive in a non-draining container for a while, but if you don't transplant it, it won't develop normally and will eventually start to die.) So these are ideal for larger plantings! Place your plant in its drainage container after adding a thick layer of rocks to the bottom. It's a win-win situation now that you can utilize that lovely planter AND have a healthy plant! These can also be recycled into planters for succulents, but I would advise getting smaller pebbles for that since they can be challenging to balance your little succulent's drainage pot on. As an example, I utilized them because I had ran out of little rocks and had converted one of those large double-wick glass candle jars into a succulent planter. Though I will ultimately replace the planter balance with smaller ornamental rocks because it actually looks pretty beautiful (very neutral and minimalist).

Emsco Group Landscape Rock – Natural Granite Appearance – Small – Lightweight – Easy to Install Review:

Given that this fake rock was so cheap compared to some of the ones I've seen in neighborhood garden stores, I was a little hesitant to buy it, but I'm glad I did. This appeared to be the perfect solution for our attempt to conceal a post that held numerous unsightly wires and an electrical outlet. The rock is somewhat out of balance because we had to turn it, but it still looks fantastic. After placing the rock slightly in place, we stuffed the wires inside, and so far, everything is operating as it should. The rock itself is substantial and will undoubtedly offer weather protection. I had to get creative and set up some real rocks around the base of the boulder because the ground where it sits is a little uneven, but it only enhanced its "natural" appearance. (Note: Someone remarked on the rock's sticky label. It was OK on the rock, but I misplaced the label on my granite countertop and had to use Goop Off to remove it! I believe the label adhesive was a little "overkill.") One thing is that there are tiny stakes that are supposed to be anchored in the ground and hooked into the rock, but since the rock has no holes, the stakes are essentially worthless.

Emsco Group 2185 Natural Granite Appearance – Large – Lightweight – Easy to Install-20.5x25x18 Fake Landscape Rock Review:

I was so giddy with anticipation to obtain this rock. My husband was reluctant to get me the big landscape rock I wanted because 1) he didn't want to pay to have it delivered—seriously! and 2) was not going to attempt to lift the object by himself. I made the decision to start my search for fake rocks on Amazon since, as we all know (I adore Amazon!! ), you can find everything there. For the size, this one was reasonably priced (the large is BIG). The only issue was that the natural granite wasn't really all that natural. No actual rock is just one color, people; it is all one shade of gray. So, being the crazy, crafty person I am, I pulled out three colors of stain and started working. It just took me a little over an hour to get it to appear like the genuine deal, and I now like it. If I may say so myself, it now appears to be something that the landscapers provided rather than a block of gray faux rock. This rock is perfect for you if you don't mind spending an hour on it (excellent pricing for the size!). I should also mention that although it had spikes to secure it to the ground, there were no holes or places to drill them in order to use the spikes. Simply digging a tiny trench, filling it with dirt to "bury" the rock's edge, and then covering it again with mulch. It cannot possibly blow away.

Abstract Violet & Light Grey Painting Rocks - Rocks for Painting - About 2 pounds of Assorted Size and Shape Rocks That Range in Length from About 1 to 2.5 inches (Typically 10-11 Rocks) Review:

I wanted rocks for a children's church craft project (related to crossing the Jordan and memorial stones). The order was swiftly delivered. 12 good-sized boulders in excellent shape were sent to me. A little bit, I hope the youngsters won't paint over them. They really are very wonderful! (I know, I know, we're talking about rocks, but still.) Definitely would place another order.

Midwest Hearth Natural Decorative Polished White Pebbles 3/8" Gravel Size (2-lb Bag) Review:

I'm quite happy with these rocks for adding dirt to plants. Everything is better than I anticipated, including the color/shade, size of the individual boulders, and bag size. The rocks have a lovely white sheen. The size of each rock is about the same as the tip of my pinky, making it suitable for use in small pots. They look excellent in both my largest pot, which is 8" in diameter, and my smallest pot, which is little over 3". They definitely dress up my succulents beautifully, give a pot a polished look, and are more pleasing to the eye than dark earth with yellowing perlite. The varied colors of my succulents really shine out against the white background of the rocks. I'm thrilled with my purchase and heartily endorse it to any gardener!

Exotic Pebbles PMS0510 Polished Gravel, Mixed, 5 Pounds, 3/8-Inch Review:

For my succulents, this gravel worked out perfectly. A variety of colors, including creamy white, tan, brown, grey, black, and a few more unrelated hues, were present in the bag. I'm considering using the magnificent black stones for a unique project because they are so beautiful. There are no sharp edges on any of the stones. Although I did not find any greasy residue on them, as some people have said, I cleaned them in a basin with some hot water and dish soap before rinsing them several times. I was initially seeking for smaller gravel (1/4" or less), but I couldn't find a bag that little (most were 10 lbs). This bag, which weighs 5 pounds for less than $8.00, was perfect. (The cost when I bought it was $7.57, but it has since gone up.)The stones all have distinct forms and are not all round. Although some are as small as 1/4" and some are as huge as 7/8," they are typically around 1/2" in size. No ones larger than one inch were discovered. Consider searching for gravel by 1/4" size if a certain project genuinely calls for smaller stones. Otherwise, you can always go through this bag to find the smaller stones; it's a relaxing activity. I was able to acquire enough smaller stones to cover the soil when I was repotting some newborn succulents from 1" plastic pots into 3" ceramic pots. For cacti in larger pots, I utilized the larger stones. The first few plants I repotted are visible in photos. The gravel retains moisture in plants efficiently while allowing air to flow. They improve the appearance of the plants and aid in retaining soil. They also aid in preventing any little flies from settling down. With my purchase, I'm pleased.

Creative Roots Paint Your Own Mosaic Butterfly Stepping Stone by Horizon Group USA Review:

My 8-year-old granddaughter received the butterfly kit stepping stone kit that I purchased. She enjoyed painting it as well. I had previously purchased stepping stones for my grandchildren. Since they all enjoy performing them, I have them placed in my home's rock garden.

Gifts & Decor Garden Decoration Turtle Cast Iron Key Hider Stone Review:

I got my kid this tiny turtle key holder. She's always been fond of turtles. I anticipated it would be charming, and it is, but I believe a typical burglar might identify it as a key hider relatively soon. Given that, it ought to be tucked away somewhere that is not readily apparent. It is around the size of my hand's palm. Additionally, it would make a nice little earring holder. I adore it in general. Just stash it away safely.
