First off, I apologize if what I wrote doesn't make sense because English is not my first language.I bought two of these belts for my students because I really enjoy them and wanted to compare their quality to the stitching on the belts I previously used from Smai, which started to tear after less than a month of frequent use. These macho belts appear to have better stitching from what I can tell. In addition to the color not staining uniforms, even after rigorous training sessions, the size chart is also a plus for me; I'll probably buy these belts again.

This is the only one I could locate with the 12-mounts, so I bought it. Young children frequently go through belts that are "in between" in style. The belts' elastic clasps, which keep them in place, are a thoughtful addition. There is a great, big space left in the top of the display where you may purchase a personalised name-plate (not part of the package). For my two children, ages 10 and 12, I purchased two of the white size K4 gis. One weighs 83 pounds and is 4'10" while the other is 5' 1" and 67 pounds. Both females looked good in the gis. For the shorter child, I dried one pair on a high setting, which reduced the length by roughly 1.5". The other, which I merely air dried, did not shrink. Both are oversized, but the length is an excellent fit. To hold the pants up, a drawstring is attached to the waist. The fabric appears to be of a sturdy enough weave to withstand any use that children will put it to. The appearance is lovely. Both children claimed they got compliments on their gis in class.

To replace my Adidas Challenge, I needed a new white gi, so I purchased this one. I'll compare it to my Sanabul Essentials V2, which I also own.I think this gi looks fantastic. The contrast stitching, which is blue on the white gi and varies on other colors, is a nice touch, especially where the shoulder reinforcement is reinforced. I like that this gi doesn't have as many patches or embroidery as Elite's more expensive gi or my Sanabul, which makes it simpler to add my own patches without having to go through the trouble of removing the ones from the factory.The gi has a stiff collar and a nice weight to it. About the same weight as the Adidas and a little lighter than my Sanabul. I always wash my gis on cold and hang dry, but so far I haven't noticed any shrinkage. I haven't seen any fraying or loose threads after a few 1.5 hour classes or rollings, so durability is so far good.At this price, twill is to be expected in the pants. The reinforced knee area has the same contrast stitching as the jacket and is a good size. They feel lighter than the ripstop pants I wore with my Adidas gi and aren't at all constricting like the thick twill pants I wore with my Sanabul gi. Durability may be affected by the lighter weight, but at this price, it's not particularly important.As I believe the quality more than justifies the price and the variety of colors is nice, I'll probably purchase another of these.

I quickly and carefully received the GI after placing my order. This Gi has quickly risen to the top of my favorites. I put in orders for a C3 (white) for my younger daughter, an A2 (black) for myself, and an A2 (white) for my elder daughter.My 11-year-old daughter is on the shorter side, weighing in at 75 pounds and standing between 4'8" and 4'10". She also had a somewhat large fit in the C3, but we were able to slightly reduce the size with some warm wash and dry cycles. She would have fit a C2 well, and I'll be purchasing one for her shortly. I won't be returning it because after shrinking the GI it fits her better and provides her a little more room to grow into it (one less GI I have to buy her later on when she grows a bit). She hasn't received any complaints about her GI thus far, and she's eager to compete in her new GI.

This is much thicker than the thin belts that come with a basic gi, which I enjoy. I am used to those cheap belts because they are included with karate gis. But when I started wearing a BJJ gi, the gi-to-belt thickness ratio was all out of whack and uncomfortable for me.This belt from Sanabul is considerably finer and feels much better. It is neither as thick as a gi jacket collar or overly thick to tie, as several critics claimed.The only change I would make is purely a question of preference; I would prefer if the logo weren't red and black. Being a monotone type of lady, I would choose white or label details that matched the colors of the belt.

I oversee a Jiu-Jitsu program for close to 40 kids, and on their behalf, I have purchased all of their gis. I chose the Elite Sports Essential IBJJF Ultra Light Kids BJJ gi after doing a lot of research. Because the non-"Essential" brand had more than 400 reviews and a 4.5 star rating, and this one had fewer than 10, I started ordering it. The only distinction between the two products, I discovered after speaking with their customer care staff, is whether or not you want to pay extra for the term "Elite" to be printed across it. I chose to save the money and keep using the items because I was happy with them. Particularly in Hawaii when it is hot, the material's quality and lightweight are excellent. I've occasionally had to purchase longer belts separately because the belts are occasionally not quite long enough, especially for the bigger kids. Sometimes the packing for the belts doesn't come with them, in which case I've had to return it to Amazon to get a new delivery. This can be inconvenient because of the extra time lost, but it's nothing to be upset about. Overall, I've been pleased with this gi and how it has worked, and the pricing is excellent. If you have any questions, their customer support staff is excellent. I also bought one for myself so I could precisely match the kids' gis (I like the orange trim on the blue uniform). Excellent bargain, even if you need to get a second belt separately. I don't know whether there is a way for users to specify the belt size they want to go with their gi. Oh, and I think it's important to measure wingspan from fingertip to fingertip rather than wrist to wrist as the diagram on the product page suggests. Five stars nonetheless.
