The fact that this thing actually works actually surprises me. It is (likely) bleach suspended in gel, and it is effective. It took a few attempts, as directed, but it is effective. Any mold will be completely bleached off. After use, my sink's dark mold and mildew ring disappeared, leaving it white or clean. The shipping cap is instantly swapped out by a nozzle with a screw-on cap.No idea about the chemicals or potential health risks because none were present! Don't likely drink it.However, since it is from a Chinese firm, both sides are simply the product label as shown and the instructions PRINTED on a piece of supplied paper (which will immediately be lost). Additionally, the product just has a paper label with safety instructions, which seems unsafe for a product marketed on the US market.

With this, I clean the majority of my bathroom. I like how it foams up and adheres to the surface where I spray it. Even the soap scum comes off if I let it sit in the sink for a while. I've even used it on the toilet seat, and neither the paint or the seat's surface have been harmed. I use it on the linoleum and porcelain tile floors near the toilet (we have 2 bathrooms). The floors are unaffected. The smell is really intense, which is the main drawback in my opinion. Bleach, obviously. When I clean, I leave the door open and turn on the vent fan. I try to avoid breathing in the fumes when I spray the cleaner because it contains bleach. Just proceed with caution as you would when using liquid bleach. If your hands are delicate, you might want to wipe off the foam while wearing gloves. If the smell wasn't so overpowering, I would have given this product a five-star rating.

Remover is without a doubt the best mold remover ever used. I bought a condo with 25 years on it, but I didn't live there for 6 months. As I write this review, I'm on the verge of tears. I've had mold and mildew in my bathroom for about two years; it has covered the walls, the caulk in the bathtub, and the baseboards.
