What a charming honey jug. My husband was so pleased with the quality of the first jar I ordered and received that he suggested ordering 4 more, one of which would be for a present and the others would be for me. On my Christmas guest tables, I intend to utilize these with sugar inside. Why so much sugar? I always serve handmade lefse, which some visitors like to top with sugar. My sugar spoons fit perfectly in the notches on the lids. The crystal complements my other crystal butter, salt, and pepper containers well. As a heads up, the base holds 1 and 3/8 cups of water with ease. The 1 1/2 cups are full to the top. These containers are suitable for holding condiments, butter mints, almonds, sweetener or creamer packets, etc. The lid keeps everything fresh and is simple to remove by grasping the knob. Why not adore it? You can't fail, after all.

These are adorable and popular as party favors. I purchased both an economy-sized honey and a standard-sized honey with a squeeze cap to make filling them easier. When the squeeze top honey ran out, I refilled it with the economy size and kept filling the bears with the regular size. I started by filling the little bears with the squeeze top honey. Use a funnel sparingly; the result will be a huge sticky mess.

I initially liked it because of how it looked, but after I started using honey regularly, I was finally able to buy one since I was confident it would be used. Although the lever and silver portion appear to be plastic, I still adore that it is glass. In my opinion, a metal element would have been much better. Although it pours more slowly than I had anticipated, it is still far superior to squeezing honey from a bottle and is less messy.

This tiny honey pot is very cute! It is essentially the younger sister of Le Creuset's honey pot. They appear to be nearly identical in the image, with the exception of this one's modest diminution (the one on the right is this particular item) About 16 ounces of honey would fit within this jar, and I would buy it again.

They are effective. Although I made my own, it would have been convenient to also order some "Honey" tag labels. I was curious because it seemed little for 8 ounces. It barely holds approximately 2/3 of a cup of water, but I later found that honey is heavier than water, so it is actually a whole 8 ounces (that is one full cup of water). simply seems modest at first. Duh!

I've started taking a tablespoon of honey daily to strengthen my defenses against pollen. Since eating raw, unfiltered wildflower honey for a few years, my husband's sinus issues have much improved. That alone has persuaded me to also use honey. To keep outside next to my teapot, I purchased this honey pot. Although it is small, I was glad to see it because I didn't want a big container to take up counter space. It would fit neatly on a TV tray or a bed tray. It occupies the same amount of space as a tiny mug. The wooden dipper is whimsically decorated with a sweet honey bee on top. The ceramic pot is a deep shade of mustard or maize, and it is also extremely nicely ornamented.

We had been using something for our honey that I had not liked, so I ordered this. There are a few noteworthy things that prevent me from giving five stars. Size was a bit modest but appeared larger in the picture. Although it's OK, I would have loved something a little bigger. The second component requires pulling a plug from the bottom that holds the honey within before using the trigger; after using, the plug must be replaced. Although the design could be improved, it still functions and serves its purpose.

Worth every cent, in my opinion. Almost every day, my spouse eats yogurt with honey. To keep it always ready to pour, he gets the honey that is packaged in the tiny Pooh Bear bottle and stores it upside down. Those Pooh Bear bottle caps usually leak when stored in that fashion, leaving me with sticky messes to clean up, which drives me insane. Even if we placed it on a little plate, a towel, or anything else, it would still have created an unneeded mess that would have drawn bugs into my kitchen. There has to be a better way to store it, I kept thinking. I did some research, and sure enough, this exists! I was thrilled to find it at such a low price, and I was more pleased when it arrived, lol. He can now easily get his honey, and I won't have to clean it up. I enjoy how it dispenses as well. It has that nostalgic appeal of the syrup containers from restaurants. lol
When starting a new batch of honey, you will need to sterilize your jars and equipment to prevent contamination. This can be done by boiling the jars and equipment in water for 10 minutes. You can also use a dishwasher on a hot cycle.

Honey is a natural product that contains enzymes and other compounds that are beneficial to the body. However, honey can also contain bacteria that can cause food poisoning. To avoid this, it is important to sanitize honey before consuming it. One way to sanitize honey is to heat it. This will kill any bacteria that may be present. Honey can be heated in a microwave or on the stovetop. Another way to sanitize honey is to add an acidic ingredient, such as lemon juice, to it. This will also kill any bacteria present.

Honey is a naturally preserved food. When stored in a cool, dry place, it will not spoil. Honey never goes bad. It will, however, crystallize over time. To prevent crystallization, store honey at room temperature in an airtight container. If your honey crystallizes, simply place the honey jar in a pot of warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve.
Honey will last indefinitely if it is stored in an airtight, sealed container. If the honey is exposed to air, it will begin to deteriorate and develop a rancid odor.
