I discovered these to be simple to apply after seeing their instructional video. They look fantastic and are so thin that it is tough to tell they aren't real inlays. When playing the guitar, there is no issue. If you follow the video, they stick pretty well and can be moved about, but difficultly. I will undoubtedly purchase more of these if they work as advertised and permit the application of lemon oil to the fretboard. They truly change the neck.edit (Nov 11, 2016) (Nov 11, 2016) After adding these stickers, I had no issues using lemon oil on the fretboard; wonderful!edit (Jan 27, 2017) (Jan 27, 2017) These stickers are still in good condition and are on the guitar that I've played the most recently. The proper size and nice quality sticker.I appreciate all the responses to my questions. In the end, I only placed the headstock—possibly without any poly—yet.During installation, I may have mishandled a few of the pointy tips, but it was my error and not the stickers'.Overall pleased with the frakenstrat result.

I am astonished beyond belief by these stickers. They were put in on March 20 by me. I spend about 10 hours a week playing the guitar. As of today, June 1st, the stickers are still functional. The protective film that was covering them broke off, but it has no effect on how they look, feel, or function in any other way. They are valuable. If they ever come off on their own, I'll buy again.

Although I was hesitant to peel, mine came out fantastic! Here is what I did, and it works every time! Although I lacked a picture, I did have a popsicle stick. I took the plastic baggie it was packaged in off so the positioning sticker, sticker, and backing were clearly visible (3 layers). To fill up the remaining spaces with the smaller parts, I cut out each sticker and began by arranging the larger pieces first. I applied the popsicle stick to each piece as if I were applying the sticker to my ukulele. I carefully removed the backing such that the sticker and positioning sticker remained attached (clear piece). I pushed everything back down onto the backing if any of the leaves did not come up onto the transparent sticker. I then used the popsicle stick to peel it up once again. The placement sticker was then adhered on my ukulele, and I went over it once more with the popsicle stick (don't be afraid to put some elbow grease into it). Afterward, I carefully peeled back the positioning sticker. Again, if any debris such as leaves stuck to the positioning sticker, I simply reapplied the positioning adhesive and gently pulled the positioning clear sticker off with the popsicle stick. I am so happy that mine turned out perfect! I put mine in a spot where they wouldn't get touched, and tomorrow morning I'll use a paintbrush to apply a light layer of mod podge (crafting glaze/glue) to mine. Once it has dried, add one or two more layers to give it a lovely, rub-resistant finish.

I got these to use as fret markers on the top side of my Indiana Classical guitar. Since I play this stuff often, I had honestly assumed that they would be ordinary decals that wouldn't last long. However, I have to admit that they have been on for a while. By the way, my Indiana guitar sounds and plays surprisingly good. It was something I bought for convenience, but I enjoy it just as much as my Fender or Gretch. Of course, for different reasons. I'll get back to my review now. They perform admirably. They are a really decent value as side markers, and they have a nice appearance. Unable to predict how they would perform on a finger board.

These are incredible. I was initially hesitant but tried it anyway. A guitar I own lacks inlays. It can be challenging to return to the 12th fret at times, if you get what I mean. To get my bearings and preserve the sleek appearance of the instrument, I simply needed to apply three stickers to the fifth, twelfth, and nineteenth frets. I positioned the stickers low enough on the frets to prevent friction when I bend the strings. They are holding on, they are stunning, and they appear to be the real deal. The one issue is shipment. I was concerned that some of the stickers might have been harmed because the bubble envelope had been folded in half. To avoid that, shipping should actually include some cardboard.
