This was ordered and delivered in 3 days. When open, the umbrella measures about 40" in circumference and about 23" in height, making it suitable for usage by one person. The primary tube/rod is really sturdy—better than several that I've bought from other retail establishments. Although the stretchers are sturdy, the connecting ribs are brittle; we can only hope that they will hold up well in wind and rain. The nylon canopy is adequate; it's just enough to get the job done; don't expect it to be as robust as a tarp! I am about 5'7" tall, therefore the handle size was fine for me; the size as shown in the photo. I am ranking this generously with a 5-star rating because, overall, the quality is respectable. It's spacious enough for one person, which is just what I needed so that I could go through town without a big umbrella obstructing my path or running into someone. The umbrella is quite easy to open and close, and once closed, it stays closed.Where I reside, it doesn't rain very often, but when it does, it either comes as a gentle drizzle or a downpour with high gusts. When the wind kicked up, this umbrella didn't turn inside out and kept me dry. Additionally, I've used it during the day to keep the sun off of me and to reduce the heat. I ordered one to see whether it would fit the side pocket on the driver's side door of my MB GLA, and it does, pretty nicely too! Good to have handy on the wet days ahead! Another is on its way to the door on the passenger side. It is well-made, has a solid grip, and the button to open it is simple to push. You must use your open palm to push the bottom down toward the handle in order to collapse it closed, as instructed in the handbook. If you don't adhere to this guideline, you might have trouble closing it. This is a better option than the $9.99 single-use ones. This might keep us busy for a while.

Both the pricing and the reviews were excellent. So I purchased one (color grey). It came rapidly, and a few days later Philadelphia was experiencing torrential rain. I had to leave immediately and go to my car. I made the decision to use my new umbrella. I took a block to get to my car. I had decent protection from the downpour thanks to the LANBRELLA, thus I stayed dry. When I arrived to the car and shut the umbrella, the outside (which was really the inside) was dry. Since I've owned it for about two years, the umbrella has done a great job of withstanding the elements. I've had decent luck keeping this umbrella from flipping the wrong way, especially in wind. The open and close buttons are quite practical. In order to fully close the umbrella to its lowest size after pressing the button to collapse the canopy, as other reviews have noted, you must push the umbrella back down into the handle. Although it requires a little more effort than I had anticipated, overall it feels quite durable considering its small, thus I have no concerns. Recently, one of the metal spokes supporting the umbrella eventually broke, but I was pleased with how quickly the seller honored their replacement promise. Without a doubt, I'd suggest this item.

My review is completely based on a fantastic customer support experience. I'd have to agree with a lot of the excellent ratings because I'd already purchased two EEZ-Y Windproof Double Canopy umbrellas. Given that I personally work in downtown Los Angeles, where it can be quite windy, I've put this high-quality product to the test. My umbrellas have withstood the Santa Ana winds without breaking, unlike some of my coworkers and other people who use inferior items that frequently shatter during the storm. When the Open and Close buttons are pressed, it is very reliable and simple to launch. Here is why I think you should purchase or at least give this thing a shot. Unfortunately, I had a problem with one of my EEZ-Y umbrellas, but I wasn't fully aware of it until I got in touch with their customer service department. I had already registered my umbrella and emailed them through their website for warranty support. The Open/Close button was functional and is still functional, but what "we" were doing incorrectly was failing to press the Open/Close button in order to close the umbrella as advised by EEZ-Y. You'll see in my photos that by failing to follow the instructions, it forced out a white thread that is necessary for the umbrella's closing mechanism. After a year had passed, I realized there was no chance I could get this replaced or repaired. Olivia, a customer service representative, told me not to worry about it within a few hours. She sent a COMPLETELY FREE Umbrella for using their product. It was just great, and because of it, I will continue to buy EEZ-Y umbrellas on a regular basis. I have told my family, friends, and coworkers about this fantastic business. The other umbrella, which I retained and intended to try to fix, was advised to be thrown away because the mechanism was damaged. A try will be worthwhile. Exactly what Olivia at EEZ-Y told me was as follows: "I can see that the Auto Open/Close feature isn't working. The white threads have come out and cannot be manually pulled back in. When you manually close the umbrella rather than using the button on the handle, this issue typically arises. The umbrella will open by pushing the Open button on the handle. If you press the button once more, the canopy will just close and the shaft won't retract. The palm of your hand should be placed on the little, round plastic cap at the top of the umbrella in order to properly close it. Until you hear a click, push both ends toward the middle. Please refrain from gripping the ribs to close the umbrella." Very straightforward, however I'm confident I'm not the only one who might or will experience while using the device improperly. I'm happy that I got in touch with EEZ-Y, and I'll now make sure to take good care of my new umbrella.
