It's a beautiful ab wheel. I looked all over Amazon for a wheel that didn't look weak, and this one seems to be really sturdy. Happy with this purchase a lot!Pros: I was concerned that it would be challenging to install, as exercise equipment occasionally is, but it was quite simple!You only need to attach the wheel and one handle to finish. lasted five seconds. The wheel is very wide by itself. Other wheels appear to have a tougher plastic "tire." Since this "tire" is heavily rubberized, it won't slip at all. The fact that the "tire" is broader and has somewhat rounded edges makes it particularly stable when working out to the side or bending at an angle to hit your obliques, which is another feature I enjoy. Rolls really easily while still feeling quite sturdy on any surface. I've tried different ab wheels, but they just feel a little flimsy and move around too much, making the exercise unsettling. When going to the side, this one is not at all flimsy. However, I think a big yoga mat is ideal to use in case you fall on your face, ha! The grip is sufficiently comfortable.Cons: The one aspect of the ab wheel that I believe may be improved is to make the grip more uniformly squishy. I'm not sure, but it might be to allow for extra friction so you don't slip.On tile, the extra knee pad appeared to slide. When I first tried it, I thought my knees may give way, so I stopped using it. If you're doing it correctly, you probably won't be able to complete more than a minute of exercise at maximum intensity. Watch various YouTube tutorials to learn the right technique.Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this wheel and would strongly suggest it over others.Ab wheels are not for everyone, as I've seen mentioned countless times in the comments section. Even though I consider my level of fitness to be very advanced, even if I go as low as I feel comfortable holding it, I can't complete more than a few of these in a single set. It would probably be more difficult if you were overweight. Actually, in addition to maintaining a tight core, you also require a decent bit of shoulder stability. There are days when I need to work out quickly, like in 20 to 30 minutes, but I don't want to go to the gym because it takes around 10 minutes to get dressed, 15 minutes to commute, 15 minutes to pack your clothes and supplements, and another 15 minutes to find a machine or instrument.These pull-up straps for bodyweight resistance training are excellent. Bodyweight resistance exercise aids in putting the most stress and tension on the muscles. Alternately, you can use it to target various muscle areas by consulting the supplied exercise guide. The material seems to be of decent quality and is strong based on how it is constructed. These are also what I use to remove lactic acid from my muscles. My chest and biceps are always sore for the next two days after a hit. I therefore utilize them to stretch well in order to lessen pain. It's a big assistance. Overall, I think this product is highly worthwhile, practical, and affordable.

I've only recently begun practicing pull-ups at the gym. I decided to use the pull-up bar I had at home in order to advance my workout. Naturally, I couldn't perform a pull-up by myself, so I bought the green help band. It genuinely aids in my pull-ups. It feels a little strange and awkward, but I'm very certain that's because I haven't used this piece of equipment before.It fit nicely around my pull-up bar. I need a step stool to enter this band because I anticipated it being longer than it was. But after I've put a foot down, I can try pull-ups. I had some concerns that it might help me too much, but I was mistaken. It does offer some assistance, but not enough to prevent you from working out and making progress. Without the band, there was no way I could have raised myself. I can perform at least three excellent pull-ups with the band. That makes me joyful, but the next day when I feel it in my shoulders and arms, I'm not so happy.When I make enough progress, I'll buy the red and the purple ones as my next purchase. I chose these over the $40 ones precisely for the price so I cannot complain too much. However, I bought two and one of them did not come with all the washers (no big deal) and the welds leave something to be desired (picture) (picture). The welds certainly do not look as good as those in the description—not that I could do a better job on something so flat. I'm using this for a yoga swing and I think two of these is probably overkill so I'm hoping it all balances out.All that out of the way, these do at least appear to be extremely heavy duty and made from quality material. In fact, the cross bars are so thick that the carbiners I was using could not open widely enough to be used and I had to switch to petzel carbiners for now (which I don't want to use because of their tendency to slide around). The paint seems good too and it's nice it came with both lag screws for wood and concrete anchors.

Wow, where do I even start?For reference, I am a male that is 6'1" and weighs around 245 pounds. Since I was 18 years old, I have dabbled in bodybuilding on and off. I am now 44 years old.Massages are wonderful, but I think the $19 I paid on this foam roller was the finest money I have ever spent. First, I purchased the foam roller with the intention of using it in conjunction with my hands and a rolling pin to roll out dough (in this case, my muscles). While somewhat effective, NO!! You must perform a "foam roller" search on YouTube and look for Ms. Ashley Borden's 13 minute tape. She gives instructions on how to apply a foam roller to every part of the body. Be prepared for some discomfort (on spots that are REALLY tight) while utilizing a roller for the first time on particular areas. My shins, glutes, and calves, for me. (FULL DISCLAIMER: I have no connection to Ms. Borden.She makes a really good argument regarding glutes that I had never heard before (but have subsequently seen in other videos). Your glutes are essentially "turned off" if you sit all day or don't move around much during the day. In order to reactivate your glutes, you must roll them if you are a female (or male) and you are having difficulties developing them. When you go to the gym to work on them, they will be more receptive because this "turns them back on."My body felt more fluid (easier to move) after my first use, even when I was only moving from point A to point B. Foam rollers, in my opinion, are a need for everyone interested in fitness or bodybuilding.The 36" foam roller was my purchase. It's big enough to work the whole body, more firmer than you'd think, and a little difficult to store due to its 36" length (think yard stick). I keep mine upright in a closet or occasionally under the bed.If you have any specific questions, ask away—I'm extremely active here on Amazon and will make sure to respond.Have fun rolling!

The parcel was already at my house when I came home on July 5th, despite the order's estimated delivery date of July 11th. The packing, too, was excellent. The boxes had some ripped corners, but that is typical for a large shipment like this. In addition, there was no damage to the parts, which leads me to my third point: no parts were missing. The last and most crucial point is that it was simple to install due of how clear the instructions were. Seriously, you can build the tower in less than two hours if you take the time to read through each step thoroughly and have a helper. After we completed putting it together, my husband started using it, and it supports his 190 lbs weight flawlessly and doesn't wobble.Remember to register your product as soon as you've finished assembling the tower. Although I was shocked to see that the warranty is only 90 days long rather than a full year, I don't find it to be a major concern. After taxes, this power tower costs about $130, thus it makes sense to have a warranty period. Purchase one of those other towers that cost close to $1,000 if you want a one-year warranty. You get what you paid for, and in my case, this purchase has beyond my expectations.

I've been lifting weights with hefty free weights and intense training for a long time (HIT). I know from experience that resistance training is different from lifting free weights, but as I become older and my injuries mount, my doctor advised me to stop using heavy free weights. Additionally, because of changes in my lifestyle, it is now impossible for me to attend to the gym several days a week (live in the country far from gyms and started a farm with daily strenuous activity). I decided to give this a shot, and now I'm supplementing my everyday tasks with HIT training to maintain my strength. I don't think this will help you gain mass, but I can understand how it keeps your strength over time. My strength will decline if I don't do resistance training for a few weeks, but it will increase once I start using resistance training again. First of all, I love the idea behind this portable gym. It unfolds/opens swiftly. The plastic is strong and not thin. The metal tie downs are strong and doing a good job of holding up. The bands are simple to clip on and off of the carabiners, however occasionally they will snag because of the way a carabiner is made. It comes with a heavy-duty bar that is welded at the ends. The multiple handles are well crafted, however I fear over time the single handles will likely snap. I was astonished at how well made the bar is. That's okay because things always break with heavy use. I indicated that I used to do a lot of weight lifting for two reasons, among others. One, there isn't much resistance offered by the single bands. There are a few workouts (shrugs/deadlifts) that I've already increased to the maximum six bands (three per side as specified by the company) and had them braided through nearly every anchor point ('51234' combos), but this is cumbersome and uncomfortable. It does the job, though, and I feel like I'm "strength training." It is difficult since the fabric on the bands is bunched up and will snag on the tie downs with fluid motions. Additionally, the ends of the bands will catch on the tie downs. Two, I've used the BodyBoss for all of the exercises I want to do and am satisfied with how well it works, with the exception of one. press benches. It appears that in order to receive ANY resistance for benching, I will need to purchase a second portable bench. As for other workouts I haven't tried, I can image how they would work and am satisfied, as resting on the floor or a little cardio stepper isn't enough for me to activate any form of resistance. In conclusion, they built a fantastic at-home gym for someone like myself who requires or wants to strength train. It won't take the place of heavy free weight training for someone who needs to move a lot of weight, but it's small, portable, and reasonably priced, and it lets me work out at home because it works with my schedule. The customer service is kind, responsive, and attentive. This device will only become better with time, with greater resistance bands.
