It appears to be a joke or a kid's toy, but holy crap, it truly functions. I was astounded that it could create all those noises with a few simple tweaks after seeing the YouTube video on how to blast this call. It might be identical to other calls I've seen on the market, but it's still a good call from DC. I thought the dove call this season was great; it definitely turned a few fly-bys and brought the birds in closer than I've ever seen. It is a favourite of my 2-year-old when it isn't on my lanyard. USE CAUTION!!!

Over the years, I've owned a lot of call lanyards, but this has got to be the most durable one. It holds up well and is braided like tactical rope. The firmness of this lanyard helps to keep things apart compared to my other ones, which have a thinner thread and have a tendency to tangle up with several calls. I use it for duck hunting, so it's important to know that it holds up well in the rain.

It's a great call. I use it to attract the attention of ducks that are circling in search of friends to land with over vast lakes or expansive fields. I also use it to gently entice ducks that flew above me to turn around without being too loud so as to scare them. With a little inventive hand movement at the conclusion of the call, I've even had success using this as a goose call. This is a wise decision. This call is fantastic for playing or feeding because it is so simple to blow. It accomplishes everything! The Reeds, however, can occasionally adhere to one another and stop blowing altogether when it is chilly because they are so thin and simple to blow. Before you can use the call properly, you must ensure that it is dry and at least your hand's temperature. This is my go-to number, and I urge anyone, especially a newcomer, to use it. Any sound a Mallard Hen can make can be reproduced using this call.

UNIQUE SOUND: Low and super raspy sounds

This is an excellent tiny duck call for the price. really raspy The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it truly makes a small toy-like rattling noise. I didn't understand it until after I eventually gave in and purchased an expensive acrylic call. This call used to be one of my favourites, but when compared to high-end calls, it sounds a little cheap. But as I said, this is a very pleasant little call for the money. I've successfully lured numerous wary greenheads with it, and they eventually ended up on my strap.

During kickball, I use this to annoy the other teams. My squad like it, and we use it as a rallying cry in the bar afterward. Nice and loud duck call. has endured being carried around in my backpack, transferred from person to person, and thrown across a baseball field. The other whistle is also rather loud.

I'll tell you why I adore this duck call. Get this then. I'm blowing like a trumpet as I drive around in my convertible Miata. A few dimes are in the car next to me when I pull up to a stoplight and glance to my left. I giggle my best feeding chuckle, give the females a wink, and watch as their pants soak through like paper towels in a puddle. As this was probably the third occurrence that week, I paid it little attention. Anyway, let's jump to right after I arrived home. As I sat on the couch enjoying an ice-cold Busch Light, my stepmother entered. I give her a nice, sharp hail before...well, I think anyone who has spent enough time on the dark web can guess where that went. In conclusion, I endorse this call. Works well for ducks and is much better for women.

Produces the Whistle of the Pintail, Mallard Drake, widgeon and teal
Produces the whistle of the pintail, mallard drake, widgeon and teal
Built in roller bar that makes the fluttering whistle automatically

significantly simpler to use than the other duck whistle I purchased. Simply place it in your mouth and blow. This produces a variety of noises, and owing to a small roller, the pitch may vary on its own. It enables you to mimic the sounds of a pintail, teal, widgeon, or duck drake. Simply blow it three to five times while covering and exposing the side openings for pintail. For teal, just say, "Peep, peep, peep into it," without covering anything. Wee wee hoo into it for widgeon day, and mallard drakes just buzz like zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz into it. Be advised that you will need to order one or make room on your lanyard for it since this does not come with one.

I don't really know how well geese or ducks react to these because I bought them for music rather than hunting.Well, musically speaking, they sound like ducks and geese. They feel sturdy and well-made, are simple to play, and offer a range of tones, from subtle "clucks" to loud "honks". Additionally, after some comparison shopping, I don't believe you can find a better deal on a set of two calls like these. This set is for you if your upcoming symphony includes a goose solo or a duck/goose duet.Additionally, they might be helpful if you go hunting.

It doesn't sound like a pheasant, I've read. You must exercise. You must blow more forcefully than you might anticipate while using your palm like a cup with loose fingers around the bottom. Learn the cadence of pheasants by listening to them online. At first, I wasn't sure, but with practice, I became more confident. Despite all of this, calling pheasants in is not really possible, however it might function as a general locater.
