A diaper bin is a container where you can store dirty diapers until you're ready to wash them. They can be helpful if you have a lot of diapers to store, or if you want to keep them out of sight. Some people find them helpful, while others find them unnecessary.
A diaper genie is a device that is used to store dirty diapers. It is a plastic container that has a lid and a liner. The diaper genie is placed over the toilet so that when you flush the toilet, the dirty diapers are stored in the container. The diaper genie is a great way to store dirty diapers. It is easy to use and it keeps the diapers from smelling bad. The diaper genie is worth it if you have a lot of diapers to store.
No, you are not supposed to flush poop from disposable diapers. It can clog your plumbing and cause sewage backups.

You erroneously believed that poop bags were only for dog walks. NOPE!Someone at Playtex had the brilliant idea, "Let's put a crap catcher in a crap bag." BOOM! The diaper genie was created. Why wouldn't clients desire such a thing? Nobody wants to carry that tiny bundle of human crap 100 feet to their rubbish can. Exercise at your peril! It will work better if we store it all in a pail in our kids' room and let it to slightly ferment. When it reaches capacity, we want those little ones to stack on top of one another. It's like playing jack in the box with crap inside, and you're hoping you don't get caught with a diaper sticking out the top. As you forcefully try to cram one more poop present into the pail, you mutter to yourself, "Please make it fit! You can only hope that your spouse is the one who is stuck with the unsuccessful applicant. If you're the fortunate one who doesn't fit, you transform into Poo Santa as you sling that long, blue bag of caca over your shoulder and walk the garbage out a distance of 100 feet. The scent, which permeates everything like a skunk gone wild, makes your neighbors look at you with distaste as you say, "HO HO HO," as you watch. But let's face it, this is a lazy man's ideal method for getting rid of those poop pockets.Playtex was clever in coming up with a technique to have me pay for it repeatedly through their sophisticated round sack distributor. We wouldn't want to try to use standard garbage bags to make it work, would we?A respectable product all around. In summary:Poop is nasty, and when I rubbed this poo pail, no genie appeared. Why not collect it? Playtex made a great outfield hit. Some of us deserve to get poo presents from Santa. * I'm lazy.

When it comes down to it, a diaper bag just needs to perform one fundamental task: keep a soiled diaper and its stench contained. It doesn't matter how it appears, closes, or what material it is made of if it can't achieve that. Given that, let me explain why I think these bags are better than other options we've tried:1) They are sufficiently tough. To put it another way, if they were any thinner, they may rip too easily, whereas if they were any thicker, they would be needlessly heavy. They successfully combine hardness and compactness.2) They lack drawstrings or other elaborate ties. While this could appear to be a drawback, think about how drawstring garbage bags actually look when they are closed: no matter how firmly you cinch the threads, there is always a small hole there. Normally, that wouldn't be a big concern, but if the bag also happened to contain a dirty diaper, trust me when I say that even a tiny hole won't do. The only way to securely close these bags is to put a basic knot in them, which DOES keep the stench inside.3. They are small and easy to travel, even inside the plastic dispenser, thanks to the roll of 30 bags' small size. Here are some aspects of these bags that I DON'T like, lest I wax lyrical:1) Their odor Although it is described as "lavendar," and I suppose it is, I don't like it. Fortunately, it doesn't have a particularly overpowering fragrance, making it easier to tolerate. It also smells nicer than the contents of the bags. The dispenser, second. Although it is small and straightforward, it can be difficult to remove a bag from it. On the other hand, rotating the roll inside the dispenser makes it unlikely that the bags will emerge on their own. Although the bags can be used without the dispenser and would actually take up less space, there is a considerable potential that the bags could become unrolled. Another concern is the safety of a baby or young child when there are numerous unraveled plastic bags nearby.3) The cost. However, despite using cheaper diaper bags from numerous different brands, I kept returning to this one. In this instance, it would appear that you do get what you paid for.

Let me begin by stating that although I am not utilizing this product for its original use—adult diaper storage—it still functions as intended. Incontinence is extremely embarrassing and, unsurprisingly, has a fair share of delightful odors. This led me to look for a solution because, after all, out of sight, out of mind applies to diapers as well.Depending on the type, I can fit somewhere between 12 and 15 large size diapers in one pail (Traditional Style Disposable Diapers and Pull-Up Style Protection). This product has been excellent thus far and does a great job of keeping the house smelling fresh. The only complaint I have is that scents seem to permeate the liner, but the pail itself keeps these aromas in check; you only detect them when you change the liner.I got another one for my close friends as a last-minute baby shower gift because I was so pleased with this.Just like me, they adore it. This item, in my opinion, is a need for any nursery or someone with incontinence problems.

Being an engineer, I overthink everything. I was the new parent who feared the poop when we had our first child. Fortunately, I got past that phobia. We did have a few other "stink-free" cans, though, and I dumped the rest in the garbage. The competing products are awful. When it was nearly full, the diapers would literally hit the d*** lid and smear excrement on the rear, depositing poop where it can't be cleaned. We had this one brand where the circular lid slides along the horizontal plane of the lid. However, this one is beautifully designed and the bag can be changed with ease. The version with the step to open is highly advised. The manual lid on the other one is a little shorter, and if you poop all over it, you'll have to use your poopy hands to open it, which will result in poop on the lid.Additionally, the bags on Amazon are by far the cheapest you will be able to get them if you subscribe to them. Since the kids are in daycare, I've discovered that a box of 20 will serve us for around two months. Most of the filling is done on the weekends. Although I believe the donut bags may be less expensive, I have no preference between them and the premade bags with the plastic clip. The premade bags are convenient, and I'm too slow to figure out how to modify my Amazon subscription. The stench is substantially diminished by this sucker. Remember that there aren't many ways to completely get rid of the smell, but this is by far the best I've found and it comes pretty darn near. This is your diaper can if you're going to be a parent. If you decide not to purchase it, simply spend your money on a standard garbage can with the step-to-open feature. Buy none of the other expensive diaper pails!

Three diaper genies—two in the bedrooms and one in the living room—are strategically placed throughout our home. We frequently purchase this particular brand of refill bag. They are less expensive without compromising quality. There have been no reports of rips in the bags or odours escaping. Very happy with them, and since we're expecting a baby, we'll definitely buy them again. Some reviews (with images) I've seen claim that they don't fit diaper genies. Look attentively at the images; you can tell that the refills were installed incorrectly because the words are reversed. They will function better if you try turning the refill right-side up. If not, the lid protrudes open, allowing odors to escape. In other reviews, I've seen folks express dissatisfaction with the bag's weight and unnecessary plastic trash. I always twist the top of the diapers tightly (to trap odor), cut off just enough to create a knot, and then leave the leftover plastic to fill up. The only time I encounter waste is near the conclusion of the refill, when the bag occasionally slides down. To try to fill up the final bit of plastic, you may tape it back up at the top (or tuck it around the empty cartridge).

For both of my children, I utilized a Diaper Genie (exact same Diaper Genie actually). I only spent money on "name brand" bags for my daughter, and they were excellent. Six years later, when I bought the identical bags for my son, the quality either declined or my son took bigger crap than my daughter. There were six seam failures in me. Dealing with that is not enjoyable. I'm fairly certain I wasn't overburdening them. I reasoned that I might as well buy the less expensive items and save a little money. What could possibly go wrong? The worst thing that has happened thus far is that I regret not starting this sooner. I haven't had a single failure, and I'm absolutely packing them too full. Even though I haven't used these as long as I have the "originals," I believe they will last just fine. I don't notice any odor leaks, and the plastic feels at least on level with name-brand products. If I experience a seam failure with this brand, I will return to take a star off.

These refills have been working perfectly with the Munchkin Step diaper pail that we have been using. The bags itself have a little scent that I don't particularly like or detest. Fortunately, the fragrance is light enough that you probably won't notice it unless you have a very high threshold for smells (and some people are). The inability to tell when a tube is nearly empty is my main criticism of these refills. I often find that after pulling a fresh part down, there was only a foot or two left, which can result in some wasted bag.a few pointers1) Ignore the company's prediction of how long you'll need to use these refills. How much for a year? Nowhere near. Maybe in a perfect world, with just a handful of newborn-sized diapers every day, cramming as many in as you can, but even that is pushing it. We used up this complete pack of refills in around 4 months.2) When the pail is full, hold the bag above the diapers and press the contents down to compact them a little. You will often regain about 6-10 inches of room at the top and increase the number of diapers you get in each bag (do this by pressing THROUGH the bag, not by reaching INTO it). Additionally, removing the majority of the air from the bag before sealing it can help you use less room.3) Be sure to hold your breath for a few seconds after applying tip #2, especially when squeezing the air out of the bag, as the "fragrance" that emerges is not really floral.4) When beginning and ending a bag, attempt to tie the knots as closely as you reasonably can to the bag's ends. However, be careful not to leave the ends too short, since this could cause the knot to come untied, which is not pleasant. These might not be ideal, but what exactly is ideal when discussing diaper disposal? They perform well for us.

Have you ever been changing a diaper and thought, "Man, I feel so awful for the trash guy. This is a solid stinking one." No longer feel awful! These bags are fantastic in a variety of ways. One, handles! These can also be used for bibs, burp cloths, and soiled clothing. Particularly during those late-night changes when you can't tell up from down much less tie your own knots, the handles make it simple to close.2. The smell, oh, that smell. I can't even tell that the child peed his pants.3. Simple to use These items are ready to use right out of the box.Cons: 1. The same quantity was available at my local Walmart for about $1.50 less.2. Not quite suitable for diaper bags. However, I can manage just tossing a handful into the diaper bag for the time being. I wish they developed a dispenser or roll for the diaper bag. The lower quantity packets are definitely more suitable for diaper bags.Given that I have to travel 35 minutes and spend more than $1.50 on petrol to go to that Walmart, I don't consider it to be a negative.Because I won't use a diaper genie, I use a simple trash can with a lid in our room, and these bags leave no odor behind. Seriously. My nose is quite sensitive to scent after four pregnancies, and after placing the diaper in these bags and tossing them in the garbage, I am unable to detect it at all.I will keep buying these bags and have suggested them to others.

How happy I am with the diaper genie and these filters is beyond words. Being a new parent, I discovered that my husband was disposing of soiled diapers in the regular trash. We only need to empty the garbage can twice a week because there are only the three of us. Coming downstairs in the mornings made me ponder what the foul scent was. Then I understood what my husband was doing—he was using the trash instead of the diaper genies! He was quick to adjust his behavior once he recognized the scent that diapers emit after a day (oh man, are they nasty!). Every stench is totally covered up by the diaper genie with the aid of the filter and diaper genie bags! We fill the genie completely before we empty it, and we have never experienced an odor problem. We currently have three for use in all the rooms of the house where we change our infant.I'm over the moon with my purchase! Invest in this system if, like us, you don't need to empty your trash every day. It is totally worthwhile!
It's not recommended to burn diapers outside. Diapers can release harmful chemicals into the air when burned, which can be harmful to both people and the environment. If you must dispose of diapers, it's best to do so through a diaper recycling program.
No, you cannot use dog poop bags for diapers. They are not the same thing. Dog poop bags are made to pick up dog poop, and diapers are made to catch human waste.
If you're using a Diaper Genie, you shouldn't use regular garbage bags. The Diaper Genie is designed to work with special refill bags. These bags are made of a thicker material that can handle the Diaper Genie's compressing action without ripping.
If you don't have a diaper pail, you can still dispose of diapers without making too much of a mess. The key is to have a good system for containment and to be quick about it. First, you'll need a lidded trash can with a tight-fitting lid. Line the trash can with a heavy-duty garbage bag, and be sure to knot the bag closed when it's full. When it's time to change the baby, open the lid of the trash can and place the soiled diaper inside. Be sure to fold the diaper
The most important thing when cleaning baby poop is to make sure you do it quickly. The longer the poop sits on the skin, the more likely it is to cause irritation. The best way to clean baby poop without wipes is to use a soft cloth and warm water. Gently pat the area clean and then rinse with warm water.
To dissolve diaper gel, mix one part gel with two parts warm water. Stir until the gel is completely dissolved.
