We both became quite heated and perspiration-filled even after being outside in the spring. It is also rather lengthy. Omg I really wish I had bought this a long time ago. My 3-week-old daughter HATES being put down. I was unable to complete any tasks without first putting her to sleep. You are already familiar with how this operates if you have ever used a Moby Wrap (it ties the same way). I discovered that I preferred this over my Moby Wrap significantly because it is considerably lighter in weight, smaller in size, and incredibly soft. Compared to the Moby Wrap and many other baby carriers I've tried or still use, it will undoubtedly be cooler (such as an Ergo).Like any wrap, there is a learning curve associated with it. I think learning is valuable because I frequently choose a wrap carry. This one is also good.Having said that, this product claims to be made for infants weighing 8 to 25 pounds. Up to that weight limit, I do not see this as being helpful. Simply put, the fabric is too elastic to be pulled tight enough to support the maximum weight for any length of time. Additionally, the instruction handbook only offers a few positions as opposed to the 2000-page Moby Wrap guidebook's almost infinite variety. The product is still useful despite this, and I believe you could get information on those positions online and apply it to them just as readily.Conclusion: As a parent of five children and a future mother of six, I recommend this. For the first 4-6 months, and possibly longer, I can certainly see myself using this as my primary carrier. I'm not quite ready to give up my other ones, though; I still believe that they would be better with heavier weights.

I'll be open and honest. I didn't anticipate becoming a "baby wearer." I didn't believe I was enough crispy for it. Nevertheless, when I had my second child and the memories of lugging that heavy car seat everywhere with us came flooding back, I decided it was time to try something different. Despite falling asleep in the pricey baby carrier that was gifted to us, my newborn didn't feel secure using it because she felt lost in the fabric.I decided to get this in order to save some money rather than purchasing the newborn insert. It did appear to be the best for the money based on the reviews. It took me a few tries and several YOUTUBE videos when I first got it to figure out how to wrap the baby in it, but once I did, it was easy. IT ROCKS. The only issue I have is that the cloth is rather thick, which means that on a day with an 87 degree temperature, you and your kid could become pretty sweaty. Even so, it's still preferable to wrestling with a car seat for an infant carrier.This wrap seems like it would be perfect for the fall, winter, spring, and possibly some cool summer days. I still adore it despite not giving it a perfect five stars because of this.

I have a two-week-old who is my second child. I had a Baby K'tan wrap with my two-year-old son, which I absolutely enjoyed and wore constantly when he was young. Around six months later, when he started to get heavier, I moved to the Ergo Baby Carrier. Because the baby receives hand required so much fabric and was much more challenging to get the baby in and out of than the Moby Wrap (or other lengthy wraps), I chose it. However, I usually like to test out different babywearing items, so I chose to try this wrap because it resembles the Moby but is significantly less expensive and has less fabric. I just received it in the mail today, followed the supplied instruction page, and easily inserted my baby. After roughly 30 seconds under the wrap, he had fallen asleep. Both the fabric and the level of comfort are excellent. It is not nearly as long a wrap as the Moby, but it is wonderfully soft and stretchy. Compared to the Baby K'tan, it also distributes weight more evenly, which means that my back is not put through as much stress. I'm incredibly happy with the purchase, and you won't have any regrets about it! Without a doubt, I'll use this time!
