These flexible plastic/rubber "finger" holders are considerably more pleasant for my swollen, arthritic fingers than the metal one I already own. I have no idea how long they'll last, if they'll experience the "fatigue" of the material that can lead to breaks or tears, or if they'll lose their "tightness" as they are spread out by a specific finger or joint. They do, however, grip the filter of the cigarette as well as the finger, even when wearing gloves.I am a size nine (men's) glove, which corresponds to a man with average-sized hands. The various joints are more like men's size 11 or 12, and these fit all of my fingers comfortably because to the arthritis (gloved, or not). They should be available in three various sizes, with this size being in the middle, which is why I deduct one star from them. These will be a big help to you as long as your hands aren't 14 or older, especially if you have difficulties holding on to your cigarettes while smoking.

These are excellent for my medwakhs despite having no filter system. As I slip the mewakh in, I place a little square of cotton on it to create a dokha filter that doesn't obstruct flavor or draw. Metal screens would probably also function (.25" I reckon, but those would be about 1mm too small, so maybe get .5" and cut them down).Since ash is typically used to make inexpensive tobaccona, and because it is so soft, it imparts some flavor to the smoke. However, I am not an expert. A bonus is that they have a decent appearance and are reasonably priced.Beyond the aesthetics, I don't really understand the appeal of cigarettes, but that's not why I purchased them, and I can understand why some people would do the same. To clean them, you will want pipe cleaners.

Oh my my, this is my fave thing ever. I bought this to try smoking j's with. Since most js are too little to fit in the hole, I rolled up a small piece of index card paper, and it now fits like a bug in a rug. (Since I don't smoke, I'm not sure how those would fit.) It's a traditional folding cigarette case that can carry, as stated, 20 full size cigarettes or, as I discovered, 20 100 mm or 1 1/4 size papers that are held securely in place by 2 spring arms. A extremely attractive Black PU Leather surrounds the exterior shell. The Silver Case and Black PU Leather gave it the right finishing touch, with the complementary tones.It received a rating of 4 out of 5 stars due to the reasonably decent execution of the materials used and the construction. The clasp and inner arms' spring tension was what prevented it from receiving a fifth star. As the issues pile up, I've had this case open up in my pocket on more than one occasion, spilling out a few cigarettes, which is kind of a bummer. Apart from that, the remainder of the building and materials are excellent, giving you a lovely, strong, and light casing.I have little trouble using this case every day. Other than spring tension, it hasn't had any other problems. I'm not sure if that applies to all of them or if it's just me. The Black PU Leather has withstood rough handling, including significant scratches, without any problems. Because of the pressure and wear I've put on mine, the latch occasionally fails.
