10Inch/12Inch Stainless Steel Cake Knife Plastic Handle Baking Pastry Spatulas Serrated Bread Knife Kitchen Baking Tool (12inch) Review:

I couldn't be happier with my second purchase of this knife after my first went missing during the delivery and service of a cake. The sharpness and durability of such a cheap item astounds me.I use it as a baker to level, layer, trim, and serve food. Because it's worked so effectively, I'll probably buy more in case this one disappears for no apparent reason.

PUCKWAY Metal Icing Spatula set, Stainless Steel Cake Knife Offset Spatula Professional Frosting Tool for Decorating Cakes(6 & 8 Inch) Review:

For a while now, we have been looking for icing spatulas. Every single one was either cheaply made or overpriced. When we found these, they appeared to be well-made and reasonably priced. When they finally arrived, we were really happy with our purchase. They are well-built, and the handles are the ideal size. In my opinion, the Puckway icing spatulas are the greatest icing spatulas you can get if you're looking for the best value. I was not paid in exchange for my review. Just my honest assessment.

Fat Daddio's CK-14 CK-10 Cake/Bread Knife, 14 Inch blade, Silver, Black Review:

To slice through my baked bread loaves without ripping them to pieces, I required a sturdy knife. Following my reading of the reviews, I decided to get the 10" Fat Daddio knife. Wow! I adore it. What a sharpie! This knife truly is authentic. My bread is perfectly cut by it. To try it on a cake, I am really excited. I was unsure whether I should buy the 10" or the 14", but after some consideration, I went with the 10. The 10" is fairly enormous, so I can't even begin to comprehend how big the 14" must be. This is a professional tool, as is the case with other Fat Daddio goods. Whenever I buy one of their products, I'm never let down. So this is the knife I would suggest if you want one that can slice through bread with ease. It will no doubt be quite effective at cutting through cake as well! I would get the 14" as well if I had room in my knife block, but my block isn't quite full. I would advise you to just buy the knife if you are even slightly concerned about doing so. No, you won't be let down. One word of caution: BEWARE! Handle carefully.

ZYLISS Lettuce Knife Review:

I always have a "base" salad in the fridge that I use to build my week's worth of lunch salads. I chopped up spinach, Romaine lettuce, and purple cabbage on prep day. When my husband and I each take a bowl of the salad mix, we then add whatever we wish to finish the salad, such as cheese, carrots, tomatoes, dried fruit, redbud flowers, sunflower seeds, and strawberries. Specifically for cutting lettuce so that it doesn't turn brown, this green knife is a great lettuce knife. It works! When I buy some Romaine lettuce and cut it myself, it lasts for 5 or 6 days as opposed to the bags of salad I've purchased that go bad in a couple of days. If you don't want your lettuce to wilt, use this instead of a sharp metal knife, but don't anticipate a lovely, clean cut. Purchase a hip lettuce knife and start eating your greens now!

Professional 10 Inch Stainless Steel Serrated Bread Knife/Cake Knife Review:

The knives I needed are right here! When I created cheesecakes, I discovered that most kitchen knives weren't up to the task. These knives are really sharp and well-built. I've read that these blades are long—14"—a little bit longer than what's required for the usual cake, but they're ideal for sheet cakes, or in my case, cheesecakes, and other sizable pastries and cakes. I'm very happy I made this purchase!
