The seat cover was placed on the seat while the ink was still wet, as I discovered when I removed it to inspect it. As you can see in the first image, some of the lettering was torn off. The ink on the seat cover is visible in the second image.I then wanted to examine the light. Nothing happened after pressing the button. When I went back to see if batteries were included in my purchase, I saw that they were. There were 2 CR2032 batteries when I opened the compartment where the batteries were supposed to be in. I'm checking one of the batteries in the third image, and the voltage is just 2.352 volts. The other component in the previous image only measured to 1.159 volts. Fortunately, I had several extra batteries on hand, so I swapped out the two faulty ones that came with the seat. I inserted the two fresh batteries and turned the switch. The light was flawless.Before I had the chance to ride a bike with the seat mounted, I wanted to wait to write a review. On the first one that came, there was a split seam, which I think was an error in manufacture. Only the stitches came out; the fabric was not damaged. I made the decision to try it with replacement because it seems like it will be pleasant. They did send the replacement before getting this one back, so thankfully it is at least being handled swiftly. *UPDATE* The replacement was sent without any issues the very next day. Wow, the second shipment arrived much more quickly. This seat is MUCH more comfortable than my old one. The tube-clamp can be simply shifted forward or backward on the rails, tilted to change the seat-tube angle, or completely removed if you wish to use a different clamp. The only thing I could criticize about this seat is a tiny aesthetic problem, which is separate from the original bad product. The first time I moved the clamp, the rails were either scratched or the paint on the clamp and rails had fused together. In either case, it works perfectly and is a great deal at this price.

I've already used the seat twice and am quite pleased. I'm truly ecstatic. Over time, it will become clear how well the gel holds up. My cat immediately began to purr when she sniffed it and rubbed against it, but I'm not sure why considering the dog had just tried to relieve itself on it. I haven't ridden a bike in YEARS, and the main reason is that afterward, my entire bottom hurts like crazy. Last week, my partner and I went bicycling for about 15 minutes, and I swear it felt like I was sitting on a torture device from the Middle Ages. My guy then mounted this to the bike so I could test it out. I couldn't believe there was no discomfort when I went on. I advised him that the front was somewhat pointing up, and he corrected it. I was in HEAVEN as we then embarked on a ride that lasted more than an hour. I had never felt discomfort when riding a bike before, not even as a child. About 5 hours have passed, and nothing—no discomfort!The quality appears to be excellent, but as I'm a beginner, I have no idea if that is actually the case. This seat is tougher but padded and quilted than the Bell, which was a gel seat. The Bell would have seemed more comfortable to me if I had to wager money before trying. It most certainly wasn't... not at all. I don't know how it managed it, but this seat evenly distributed my weight and didn't dig in. IT ROCKS.Make sure to adjust it if you mount it to your bicycle.I had no notion that seats could be moved up and down as well as back and forth...Because I feel that a whole new direction in my life has opened up, I sincerely hope that my review is helpful to someone else.
