I look after my aging mother, who has dementia. She struggles to clean herself when she has diarrhea. I won't go into depth here. It has been in use by me for a week. Although there was a slight learning curve, once I had everything adjusted and seated correctly, there has been no leakage, dropping, or leaking from the bottom hole. If there is moisture somewhere where it shouldn't be, I must have acted improperly.It performs as promised. There doesn't need to be a strong stream, and one doesn't exist. Inside the screw-on cap, the nozzle detaches and falls. They are a single unit. The nozzle is screwed onto the bottle and dropped inside for storage. The nozzle appears considerably longer in the photo than it actually is. It extends beyond the bottle a tiny bit. A permanent washer system on the nozzle and the cap is used to seal it when you draw the nozzle out. Once the bottle is full and the cap is tightly threaded, the container is ready for use.I don't need the bag to be printed with Bio Bidet, which is my only criticism. I would prefer to be a little bit more discreet when using the facilities that are out in the open. That merely invites a nosy person to begin looking around and discovering what is going on. Because women's pain thresholds differ, this bidet sprayer might not be able to help you in your hunt for pain relief after urinating if you're one of the 1 in 4 American women (I think that's the statistic I saw) who suffer from neuropathic pain to the pelvic floor. For me, the sitz bath continues to be the only hygienic way to maintain neuropathic pain as low as possible. The bidet sprayer from Hibbent is a top-notch item. Even as a hand washing station, it works well. I am 5 feet tall, and my boyfriend is 6 feet tall, and we both used it without any trouble.
