Within five minutes of purchasing them, I utilised them in my planted 10-gallon aquarium. I'm surprised I didn't order these sooner. The tweezers allowed me to propagate without disturbing the substrate, the spatula one made rearranging the rocks a delight, and the scissors were simple to handle and use. This is precisely the size I was hoping for in a little magnetic scrubber, which is what I was seeking for. However, the glass on my nano reef is pretty thick—almost 1 centimeter, and I believe 8 to 9 mm. Its thickness is comparable to that of considerably larger bespoke tanks.I was concerned that the magnets might damage it. This magnet merely holds on my tank; ordinary nano tanks won't have any issues with it. Despite assertions, I have my doubts that it would function effectively beyond 10mm. It works to remove the thin coating that accumulates in a marine tank after a week or so, albeit I have to move it slower than usual on mine and there isn't much pressure.I haven't used it too much, so I can't comment on how long it lasts. Normally, I keep my scrubbers in the tanks, but I took this one out and rinsed it in fresh water before letting it air dry in the hopes that it would be more effective.

My two 60 gallon aquariums are 24" tall, which makes it challenging to clean the glass or the substrate (especially since they sit on tall stands). I am over the moon about this set! I recently donated my previous PetSmart set, so I bought this one to replace it. I adore how strong and non-flexible the rod and handle are. A threaded collar keeps the inner rod, which is adjustable to stretch in and out, in place so that it won't move during vigorous washing. The "rake"-looking attachment was the part I wasn't so sure I'd need, but it turned out to be my very favorite! All of my tanks currently have sand substrate and are fully planted. To use on my acrylic saltwater tank, I purchased this pad.It is a simple to use pad that cleaned algae off acrylic very quickly. You may need to scrape a little harder on tough stains.A few things to keep in mind: even though the pad didn't hurt my acrylic, you must be careful when cleaning close to the substrate (sand, gravel, or broken coral) because the pad might become clogged with bits that WILL scratch the acrylic. In order to clean below the substrate line, I simply move the substrate back into position after creating a path between the acrylic and the substrate with my fingertips. On a bigger tank, it will take more time, but it will prevent your pad from picking up substrate and leaving scratches.Dimensions - While Amazon mentions the measurements, it seems that they refer to the size of the cardboard box rather than the size of the pad itself. My pad is 3" by 3" and roughly an inch thick. It's perfect for my tank, however if you have a bigger tank, you might want to acquire a bigger pad.I rinse it with warm tap water after each use (without using soap or other cleaning supplies), then I let it air dry.I hope a few amateurs out there find this review helpful.

Not bad at all for $15.96. I invested in the XL model for my 75gallon long. It eliminates green algae quite quickly. The material used in velcro and the scrubber are identical. To remove the majority of the algae, it will take a few runs. This item only goes so far on the edges because it doesn't come with a precision scrapper, especially if there are plants next to the glass. In another customer review video, it is demonstrated that it can also flip to the side of the tank. If the scrapper is separated from the magnet, it will float. Overall, it is preferable to having to constantly have my arm wet while using a credit card. This works well for eliminating the bull before paying with a credit card. The magnet is really powerful. If you don't want to pay more than $30 on the flippper, it's worth a shot.

I had owned a product quite identical to this one, but I kept it for too long and it became too filthy. So I choose to buy this and modify mine. When the tank is large and requires a lot of time to clean, these instruments are highly practical to use. The tool's components are simple to set up, mostly since I've used one similar to it before, but I imagine it may take someone using it for the first time some time to find out how to do it. I must admit that the directions are not very detailed or clear. Knowing which component serves which function shouldn't be a problem once you find out how to put them together. The one for washing glass is the one I like using the most, and thanks to the pipes, I can clean the tank's bottom without having to empty it. The tank's bottom glass is always dusty with the previous one because it only let me access half of the tank. Overall, I think this product is great, and the pricing is reasonable.

This is OUTSTANDING. I had reached the point where I was not looking forward to glass duty after utilizing standard magnetic cleaners and wand-style steel-bladed scrapers on my glass tank. It's disorganized and hardly functional. I received this in the morning, put it in the tank, and all of my glass was clean in 5 minutes. DONE. IT OPENS.Only flat pane tanks would benefit from this. Round panels of any kind would not, in my opinion, function good at all. You can scrape your plastic walls with it because it has a stainless steel and plastic scraper attachment. After using, I strongly advise you to remove this from your tank. There will be much more of it. Avoid leaving the side where the blade is forced up against the wall at all costs. I can see how this would gradually erode the exact angle and pressure being used.

Arrived on time and in excellent shape.The adapter component would not go all the way onto the end of the wand/handle to which you could attach a few different tools. A piece of plastic that was likely left over from the production process was visible within, I noted. I filed it down with a drill, and now the piece fits snugly and goes on completely.The handle/assembly wand's of the component parts is not watertight. Long stays in the tank may cause some water to accumulate inside the hollow handle. Get ready for a water dump when you remove the tools from the end.I'll give it four stars despite these minor issues because of the pricing. I would repurchase this kit. Such long-handled aquarium equipment is uncommon, especially for such a low cost. This kit has made maintenance much easier and less dirty for my 24" deep tank.
