I dunno, I'd definitely buy this vest again and recommend it.

Simply remove 4 weights from the vest, leaving 3 in the front and 3 in the rear, and the weight will be almost exactly 20 lbs. Overall, I'm really pleased with the vest, and I heartily endorse it.
