I would want to express my gratitude to Alouette for this superb buy. You not only get two skate tools for a very low cost, but they are also sturdy and nicely crafted. Each has a fitting for your wheels, deck screws, and kingpins or bushings.There are actually two tools, contrary to what some other reviewers claimed, for removing the wheels' bearings. An O-ring, which is intended to pop your bearings out without harming the threads on your trucks, is located on the opposite side of the phillips head screwdriver. The main distinction between the two instruments is the use of O-rings of various sizes to accommodate various bearing diameters.Last but not least, a handy re-threading tool is provided in case the threads on your vehicles do sustain damage. I imagine some people were perplexed as to what the Ninja Star in the center of the Y-tool served.The Alouette Skate tools are a terrific option overall with quick shipment and outstanding customer service.

The product did not arrive as promised. Was missing the tool's screwdriver component.Edit: Shortly after finishing this review, a representative from Cheap Skates contacted me and offered to send a replacement along with a set of CCS ABEC 7 bearings, as well as reimburse me for the purchase. I enjoy this skateboard tool a lot. Despite having three others, I keep returning to the Merkapa one. The only improvement I would want to see in a future edition is a means to house each tool bit internally so they won't be as simple to lose. The handle may also use some improvement, as I believe it is made of some sort of composite fiber/resin material (I don't think it's metal). The ratchet mechanism might also use some reinforcement, as I doubt it could withstand the load with greater torque. This is a skateboard tool, thus it shouldn't be utilized to perform mechanical repairs on houses or vehicles. This tool has a modest pound torque. Really forward to try out some of their additional offerings. I believe the company might need to modify its name because it sounds unrelated to sports and more like a pharmaceutical company. If not, purchase this and save money over other brands.

These were put on my son's bike trailer for safety reasons, but we also like using them. With the included 3M double-sided tape, installation was a breeze. The App's Bluetooth connectivity is also fantastic. The fact that you can modify the hue using the entire spectrum rather than just the pre-set colors is another benefit. We used Bluetooth to connect the LEDs so they would change color in time with the music, and the color change is amazing. Providing the double-sided tape is sturdy and effectively bonds. The battery lasts a very long time, and it responds effectively to Bluetooth commands. Similar goods that cost $50 or more and do not have Bluetooth connectivity can be found at nearby bike marts. Overall excellent product, and these are unbeatably cheap. Highly advised.
How long do skateboard trucks last? That really depends on how well you take care of them and how often you ride. Generally, if you ride your skateboard a few times a week, your trucks should last you around 6 months to a year. But if you ride everyday, or if you're a heavier rider, you might need to change your trucks every 3 to 4 months.
There are eight bearings in a skateboard, four on each wheel. The bearings allow the wheels to rotate freely.
