For the price, this is a crazily fantastic bargain. Purchasing this large carton, which is still less expensive than the small ones available at the market, will last FOREVER. I frequently use Nesquick powder because I adore it. The tastiest chocolate milk ever is made with 1 1/2 cups of milk (about one glass, depending on the size of your glass), 4 tablespoons of Nesquick powder (approximately three to four cereal spoons worth), and a few squeezes of Hershey's syrup (about half a tablespoon). YUM! Much superior to Ovaltine.I did realize that the container is all cardboard and not made of metal or plastic, so you can't truly reuse it. I tried using one to manufacture homemade Lysol wipes, but I had to throw them away since the liquid leaked out of the container and the inside went black. But again, that's not the product's fault; it's just something to note!

This is by far my favorite raw/organic cocoa powder after experimenting with three different major brands. The Kiva has the deepest, richest, and overall finest taste in my opinion, albeit I'm not sure how or why. Since I no longer consume processed sugars, I find that this cacao powder really tastes incredibly sweet to me without any additional sweeteners. When blended with frozen fruit and a generous amount of greens, this tasty but entirely nutritious treat is created. Every morning, I begin with a green smoothie that combines RO water with trace minerals, turmeric root, raw red beets, a combination of organic spinach, kale, and chard, cacao powder, glutamine powder, Kiva moringa leaf powder, hydrolyzed collagen powder, chia seeds, banana, and frozen strawberries and blueberries. Delicious and filled of nutrients! I must admit, though, that it is more expensive than the other cacao powder I frequently use, Viva Labs (especially with Subscribe and Save). So, in order to save money when I'm trying to stretch a dollar, I do cheat on Kiva and add Viva Labs to my smoothies. But I'm choosing Kiva for uses where I want the cacao powder's deep chocolate flavor to stand out (i.e. anything other than green smoothies).Healthy chocolate brownies (made with coconut oil and coconut flour, wonderful) and hot cocoa with a touch of honey have been some of those other applications. Or a smoothie that contains only fruit and cocoa powder. One day, I really want to try making chocolate-covered strawberries by combining this cacao with melted coconut oil.

Simply the greatest cacao I've ever tasted.I was understandably dubious when I initially learned about this product and read the rave reviews. There isn't another product that I can recall that I purchased on Amazon that had as high customer happiness. I asked myself, "How is this possible?" How is it possible for a cacao product to have 728 reviews, 88% of which are five stars? (or better). I estimate that a maximum of 1 in 10 customers, and possibly even 1 in 100, bother to rate the things they buy on Amazon. My calculations suggest that this product is used and rated positively by at least 70,000 individuals, if not more.Let me just say that I would give it a 10 out of ten if I could. Even the glowing reviews that can be found on Amazon are not enough to describe this product.Let me start by describing the fragrance. There is a faint scent of cacao powder when you first open the package. There is a beautiful aroma. This does not smell like the typical baker's chocolate you would get at a major grocery like Safeway, Big T, or any other. I adore hot cocoa. However, I've changed to a high protein, low carb diet rather than the ketogenic diet (because I have hypothyroidism and am not insane). This was a wise decision. The slim hot chocolate was harsh and virtually tasteless when I tried it. Although it cost significantly more money, I chose to test it.Over $2 is paid for each hot chocolate packet in the roughly $15 bundle of 7. I must thus reflect on whether it is worthwhile.The flavor is remarkably smooth. It's almost like Swiss chocolate, but in my opinion, this is smoother.It actually has a hot chocolate flavor. Although not as sweet or gritty as Swiss, the flavor is nevertheless very pleasant, calming, and comforting.I adore the high protein. Additionally, it lacks the unpleasant aftertaste that the majority of high-protein, low-carb products have.It's excellent. I doubt you will be dissatisfied if you just want to give it a try to see whether you like it.I wish there was a larger, more affordable per serving container. (One star less.)
