Southwestern Equine OrthoRide Elite Premium Tan Topper and Chocolate Wool Bottom 1" Saddle Pad Review:

This pad was purchased for a horse that required something slightly more robust at the shoulder. It is more rigid and less flexible than, say, a pad from the 5Star brand, but it is still superb quality and fits my horse perfectly. Despite being a 1", I believe it fits more similarly to a 7/8" pad. Overall happy with the purchase. Worth the money if you can't currently afford something with a similar foundation, like CSI.

ECP Western Saddle Pad All Purpose Diamond Quilted Cotton Therapeutic Contoured Correction Support Memory Foam Pockets for Riding Review:

It arrived with a brilliant, solid color that looked exactly like the picture, but it has an annoying white logo brand tape running along the spine area. I didn't mind the tiny tag in the product picture, but this obnoxious logo alone sends shivers down my spine! The garish white and black brand lettering on the item I purchased for my horse's costume destroys the design. Since the logo now runs along the spine and may be seen in some spots under the saddle, I'll need to think out a way to paint it or something. It's important to note that this saddle pad is not your typical Western saddle pad. It resembles a close contact pad from the west. It's constructed exactly like an English all-purpose pad, so you might need to use it in conjunction with another pad to make it work. On the other hand, it has the advantage of being lightweight enough to be washed in the washing machine without the shims, keeping it cleaner than a typical western pad. Additionally, it has two pockets on each side; three would be better, but two are functional. This pad has been used by me every week for months; it is now soiled but otherwise perfect, with no stitching concerns. So much so that I'm looking to purchase another even with the terrible logo tape. My horse is at ease because to the shim foam, which has held up flawlessly.

Best Friend Comfort Plus Bareback Pad Review:

I adore this notepad! Although bareback riding is lovely, there are days when it may be a real discomfort. This pad is the ideal fusion of a stick and a cushion. Although it was thin and sufficiently cushioned, I could still feel every muscle in my back. The sides' suede-like texture gives your thighs tons of grip. Very adaptable, with room to spare for our Morgans, Hanoverians, and Friesian Sporthorse crosses. Fits our squishy Friesian stallion just well. In the curves, I felt no slippage or sliding to the sides. In comparison to going completely bareback, I do feel safer and more protected. The horses appear to appreciate their time out of the saddle as well as the fact that their backs are not being pinched by their rider's bony behind. Also simple to clean; all that is required is a moist cloth to wipe the underside off.

ECP All Purpose Diamond Quilted Cotton English Half Saddle Pad Therapeutic Contoured Correction Support Memory Foam Pockets for Dressage, Jumping, Riding, Training, Eventing, Showing Review:

fantastic half pad I anticipate that the high-quality, dense cotton will hold up well. There are three thin but useful shims per pocket (four pockets altogether; two for the shoulders and two for the seat/back) that can be used to temporarily alter the saddle's fit. What a difference it makes to have a balanced saddle once more! Horse feels better, and my positional issues were immediately resolved. I heartily endorse this product. I like the all-cotton option; never could understand why I spent so much more money on a sheepskin pad when the sheepskin sits on top of the saddle pad anyway. I also prefer the lower profile look of a non-rolled half pad. If you have young horses, or horses that are just back to work after lay-ups, this is a wonderful tool to use while your horses build back muscle and change their gait.

Weatherbeeta Prime All Purpose Saddle Pad Review:

Excellent fit and color. I used this with my 20" Australian saddle and liked how long the side pad extended. Over a week and a half after the expected arrival date, the seller made no contact.

What a difference it makes to have a balanced saddle once more! Horse feels better, and my positional issues were immediately resolved. I heartily endorse this product. Fits perfectly under my 17.5" seat Trilogy saddle and looks great under a dressage saddle. I prefer the all-cotton alternative since I never understood why I would pay extra for a sheepskin pad when the sheepskin would already be sitting on top of the saddle pad. A non-rolled half pad also has a smaller profile, which I find more attractive. This is a fantastic tool to use while your horses grow back strength and alter their forms if you have young horses or horses that have recently returned to work after layups.

TuffRider Basic All Purpose Saddle Pad | Equestrian Bareback Riding Pad | Horse Riding Pad Review:

The fleecy lining is gorgeous. Just the thickness I was looking for. On my 23-year-old 16-hand TB with some withers, I gave it a go. Having a saddle blanket that extends past the end of the saddle and is longer on the sides is very pleasant. did not utilise the velcro fasteners or remove the tags before the first tryout. At the conclusion of the ride, the saddle remained in place on the pad. When I got off the horse, the wither clearance was the same as when I got on. It was even more ideal for my older horse when combined with an ECP Cotton Quilted Half Saddle Pad on top.

Weaver Leather Western Gel Seat Pad Review:

We had a vacation planned that included an 18-mile horseback ride in Belize, so I got saddle cushions. Despite the 45 years since my last horseback ride, I could still recall having saddle sores from a trail ride when I was younger. Yes, the long ride had left me very sore all over, but neither of us had saddle sores. The horseman we went with actually purchased the pads from me for his patrons to use on long rides because they worked so well. fantastic stuff

Tough 1 EquiRoyal Square Quilted Cotton Comfort English Saddle Pad Review:

I love the purple one I ordered! However, you should be advised that it is NOT the pale lavender hue they portray. Between that and true purple, it is in the middle. I think it's lovely and adore it!Although I haven't had it long enough to comment on longevity, given the cost, I won't be unhappy if it doesn't last indefinitely. It matched my Wintec AP Sport saddle well.
