Pot fillers are not expensive to install. You can find them at most hardware stores for around $25.
There is no definitive answer to this question as it largely depends on personal preference. Some people may find pot fillers out of style, while others may still find them useful. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to decide whether or not they want to use a pot filler in their kitchen.
Pot fillers are often thought to be prone to leaking, but this is not necessarily the case. While it is true that pot fillers can develop leaks over time, this is typically due to a lack of maintenance or improper installation. When properly cared for, pot fillers should not leak.

I intended to use our older Moen faucet from the kitchen in the sink in our newly renovated laundry room. After taking it apart, I discovered that the faucet had reached the end of its useful life after 12 years. It was overwhelming to browse through all of the Moen faucets, to be honest. I reduced the list to about 30, which I then showed to my wife, who immediately chose this one. We don't have a chef's kitchen, so I was unsure if it would fit in and be out of place. After reading the height specifications, I genuinely believed it would be too tall.WOW! I received it over the weekend. looks lovely. It looks so sleek and contemporary in comparison to what we had; it amazes me how such a fixture can modernize the appearance of the kitchen. Additionally, I bought the sleek soap dispenser, and since the granite installers were already at the house for the laundry room, I politely requested that they drill a hole in the kitchen counter. Both, in my opinion, make each other stronger.Modern Kitchen Deck Mounted Soap and Lotion Dispenser, Stainless Steel Moen S3947SRSInstallation is VERY simple. It took me about 15 minutes to replace the faucet, even though I've never done it before. Don't assume you can't do it because you've never done one.I dislike two things in particular. The faucet head comes first. Plastic is used. It blows my mind that a fixture that costs $400 or more comes with a plastic head; the entire unit and quality of this is all metal. The portion that you extend downward and nearly always touch should be made of metal, just like the water control on the right side of the faucet. My main complaint with a really nice kitchen faucet is actually this. This brings me to my next point. When the water control hand is upright, as shown in the pictures, the device is turned off by default. You'll get hot water if you push it to the right while keeping it in the position at 12 o'clock. You must turn your hand downward and toward the counter to adjust the water. To me, this is backwards. I should have cold water at the top by default, then lower the handle to start warming it up, then raise it to hot. I find this to be extremely annoying, but changing the connections on the sink's base is incredibly simple. Hook the hot water line up to the cold water line instead of the other way around, and vice versa. Cold follows hot. This will completely resolve the aforementioned issue. It should be noted that my wife actually prefers it this way—hot at 12 o'clock and cold as you turn the handle downward—and is perfectly fine with the default setting. Perhaps because I am left-handed and she is a righty, I am just used to adjusting water a little bit differently. One more thing: having a deeper sink is very helpful. You will get water splatter if you don't. Water seems to splash in areas where it did not with our older faucet, even with the deeper sink.Since the faucet in our kitchen, which I previously mentioned, was 12 years old, I was on the fence about spending this much money on one, but if it lasts that long, it will be worth it.Instead of the chrome, we chose the stainless steel version that is stain resistant. Sometimes it's difficult to tell what someone bought from their pictures. I hope this is helpful to some people.

This pot filler was bought in April 2018 and put in place in August following a complete kitchen refurbishment. Product is high durable, well constructed, and attractive for a third of the cost of a name brand equivalent. My spouse adores it. I was unable to stop the dripping six days ago on Sunday, December 23, 2018, when both valve cartridges failed and started to leak. I explained my predicament in an email to customer service at 2:30 am. I heard back from Jenny, a Havin customer care representative, two hours later. She placed an urgent order for enhanced replacements at no cost to me after profusely apologizing for the defective cartridges. She said they had a batch of subpar valves with too-soft "O" rings that they had received, but she reassured me that they had fixed the problem and replaced the valves with new "O" rings. Within five days, my replacement cartridges showed up; I inserted them, and everything is fine. Since I initially emailed Havin, Jenny has responded to or started six letters to me to let me know how the replacements are progressing and to reassure me that Havin will fix any problems I have with their products. Even if for nothing else, I will use this firm again for my business, I can't say enough about how great their customer service is. Thank you, Havin and Jenny.

We adore this Kraus KPF-2631 faucet, my wife and I. It has a pleasing appearance and great water flow with no obvious water limitation. The spray head can also be readily unscrewed for future replacement (which we all know will have to be done due to hard water buildup). The EASY setup is what I adore most about it. The body of the faucet is mounted from above! My easiest installation to date. To connect the faucet water lines to the source, you only need to crawl beneath the sink. The faucet comes with everything you need. I had the most difficulty removing the old faucet. Warranties notes The faucet body itself is covered by the "Limited Lifetime Warranty". The control cartridge has a five year warranty, while the spray head has a one year warranty. In conclusion, the faucet has a nice appearance, is simple to install, and doesn't leak after it's done. Good news thus far,Update: I recently exchanged emails with Kraus customer service in an effort to get a spare spray head so I would have one on hand in case it malfunctioned in a few years, as they all do because of our hard water. I didn't need to do that, the customer support representative told me, since all Kraus faucets come with lifetime warranties. I mentioned that the faucet's installation documentation claimed the spray head was covered by a one-year warranty. He told me that was untrue. The spray head and the cartridge are covered by a lifetime warranty, together with the entire faucet. Simply get in touch with them if anything should go wrong in the future, and they will provide free replacement components. Be careful to let them know you registered the faucet. I simply thought I'd share this knowledge.

This pot filler is very reliable and robust. If you are skilled in plumbing, installing this will go quickly. We adore it since it eliminates the need to move heavy pots or hold them at strange angles when filling them when we cook for a large family. It is prevented from being accidently turned on by the two handle design. Excellent product, and the price is difficult to surpass given the high quality. Saved $$$

I did a ton of research before deciding to purchase this faucet for my new kitchen. I gained a lot of knowledge about faucets in general (maybe more than I wanted to!) and am confident with my decision. This faucet is durable, adaptable, and strong. There was not a single bit of plastic to be seen, and it felt sturdy right out of the package! The hand spray feature is hilarious and far better than the tacky side sprayer seen in most faucet setups, and it is the perfect height. The counter area now appears more organized and confined, and there is no longer a concern that the sprayer tube would become tangled under the sink. If I had to make one criticism, it would be that the spigot arm (not the sprayer) is just a bit too short, causing water to occasionally spill across the countertop at the base of the faucet when you are rinsing anything under it. Despite this minor drawback, I still strongly recommend this faucet. Well worth the money.

A pot filler is a great addition to any kitchen, and can be added to an existing kitchen relatively easily. Pot fillers are typically installed above the stove, and come in a variety of styles and finishes to match your kitchen's decor. If you're not sure where to start, consult a kitchen designer or plumber to help you select the right pot filler for your kitchen.
Pot fillers can be a great addition to any kitchen, and they can also help to increase the value of your home. While they are not a necessity, they are a nice touch that can make your kitchen more functional and stylish. If you are thinking about selling your home in the future, pot fillers can be a great way to increase its value.
A pot filler should be at least 18 inches long so that it can reach the back of a standard size stove. Some pot fillers are even longer, up to 24 inches, to accommodate larger stoves.
A pot filler is a great addition to any kitchen, but you may be wondering how much it will cost to run water for one. The cost will depend on the size of your pot filler and the water pressure in your home. Generally, it will cost between $0.50 and $1.00 per day to run water for a pot filler.
There's no definitive answer to whether your pot filler should be hot or cold. Some people prefer their water to be piping hot when they're filling up a pot, while others find that too extreme and prefer a lukewarm temperature. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what temperature works best for you.
Most stovetop accidents happen when someone bumps a pot handle that's turned inward, causing hot liquid or food to spill. To avoid this, always turn pot handles outwards so they're less likely to get bumped.
