PATENTED DESIGN: The Walden Stoker Poker has an industry leading patented air valve that allows users to stoke the fire without inhaling smoke. Simply put the fire poker tip into the base of the fire, blow air into the handle to STOKE your fire and keep your bonfire roaring.
IS IT A POKER? IS IT A STOKER? Well actually it’s both, we can use a stick to move the logs, and dump gasoline on the wood to get it going, but Stoker Poker is really very effective and safe. If you see that the fire is going out, you can easily re-arrange the logs from 4 feet away and simply blow through the Stoker Poker to re-ignite the flames.
This Genuine Walden Stoker-Poker gives you unparalleled control of the fire from start to finish. After just one try, the unique air jets and lightweight but sturdy design make it the tool that any fire aficionado would never want to be without. *Patent Pending*
QUALITY: Beautiful wood handle that is comfortable and easy to handle for hands of all sizes. Stainless steel mouthpiece that is easy to clean between users because other people will definitely want to try this out. High carbon steel material makes it both light weight and strong enough to handle the gnarliest logs and stainless-steel hanging ring makes it easy to store when not in use.
SAFE, EASY & USES: A must-have addition to your CAMPFIRE TOOLS, or fireplace and firepit accessories. No more getting smoke in your eyes. No more having to scramble around on the ground getting your knees dirty trying to blow on that perfect spot on the fire. Totally safe for kids as well, with a one-way blow valve, there’s no chance of inhaling smoke. Great opportunity for kids to “help†mommy and daddy get the fire going!

Okay, this is one of the most inventive yet straightforward "needs" for the campfire. Admit it, we all want to play with fire. This elevates "playing with fire" by enabling you to move about logs securely and fuel the fire with air (which is as important when you want to play as it is when you first light the fire). It is both fantastic and safe how it keeps you from breathing in any smoke again. We might need to get another one because the kids adore this item and we don't want any outdoor fights!! If you enjoy campfires, buy this; you won't be sorry. I hope these people release more innovative things for the backyard and campfire. They make an effort to slow us all down, which is refreshing after living life at texting speeds. WALDEN, GO!

Built to be durable, which is what I wanted. After receiving it, I came to the conclusion that a 36-inch poker could have been more appealing than this 30-inch model. My fire pit is 30 inches long, but I could have used one that was a little longer to keep my hands away from the flames. Having said that, I can't remember ever seeing a lengthier one of this quality in this price range.

I've used this poker with my outdoor fire pit a few times now, and each time I do, I'm pleased by how robust and sturdy it feels. Corrosion-resistant wrought iron makes up the handle and tip, and high-strength steel with a matte-black, heat-resistant coating serves as the shaft. The handle and tip are threaded onto the shaft after being tapped. I have not encountered the "loose ends" problem that has been mentioned by others. I first hand-tightened the components before using pliers to further tighten each end. If I need to add some cheap threadlocker, I'll be happy to do it for a well-made product around twenty dollars. Do yourself a favor and get a pair of tongs if all you have to work with when moving heavy logs is a poker. Not a chore, fires should be pleasant. I'll be in good shape if I can just figure out how to stop the smoke from flying directly in my direction no matter where I'm seated!

This is a good option if you're searching for a discreet, low-cost tool to care to your flames. It is long enough to use a typical fireplace without endangering your hands. It is not flashy, but in the few months that I have used it, it has shown itself to be durable. The grip is the one drawback; a wider grip area would be good, but again, that would raise the cost. Overall, I think this poker is a good option because it serves its purpose and the heat doesn't transfer to the handle.

A fire poker should be long enough to reach the back of a fireplace or wood stove. It should also be long enough to poke and prod logs without putting your hand too close to the fire. A good rule of thumb is to choose a fire poker that is half the width of the fireplace or wood stove.
A fire poker is a stick that is used to poke or stir a fire. It is a necessary tool for anyone who wants to build a fire. A fire poker is used to move logs around in a fireplace, or to rearrange coals in a stove. It can also be used to remove ashes from a fire.

A fire poker is a long, thin piece of metal that is used to prod wood or coal in a fireplace. The most common material that fire pokers are made out of is steel. However, you can also find fire pokers made out of other materials such as brass, bronze, and even cast iron.
If you're looking for a fireplace poker, you have a few options. You can either buy one from a store or make your own. If you're feeling creative, you can even use household items as a makeshift poker. For example, a metal coat hanger can work in a pinch. Just be sure to bend the hook part so it's not sharp.
