An amplifier can be too powerful for speakers if the speakers are not able to handle the amount of power the amplifier is putting out. This can cause the speakers to overheat and potentially catch fire. It is important to make sure that your speakers are compatible with your amplifier before using them together.
If you want to hook up two amps in your car, you're going to need to wire them in parallel. This means that the positive terminal of one amp is connected to the positive terminal of the other amp, and the negative terminal of one amp is connected to the negative terminal of the other amp. You'll also need to make sure that each amp has its own power source.
You can, but you won't get the full benefit of the extra speakers. The two channels of the amp will be sent to all six speakers, meaning that the sound will be the same in all of them. If you're looking to fill a room with sound, this isn't the ideal setup.
You can run 4 speakers and 2 tweeters on a 4 channel amplifier as long as the amplifier can handle the total impedance of the system. The total impedance of the system is the sum of the impedance of each speaker and tweeter. If the amplifier can handle the total impedance, then you will be fine.

Like the other reviewers, I was a little dubious about this off-brand, but after being pleasantly pleased and considering Amazon's return policy, I'm glad I took the opportunity.I previously fitted a 1000W amp to a 1 10" xplode (not the best sub, but it was free). It was merely adequate, and the amp required replacement. I soon replaced the amp with the 2KW Planet Audio amp, and wow, what a difference. Just so you know, my prior sub had 2 gauge 12v and ground wires connected. It took me about 30 minutes to install and configure everything. I even ran the controller up under the front dash for simple sub control. The routing in my 2005 Ford F150 is extremely simple. The amp's configuration was simple! Everything was clearly labeled, and changing the dials while I changed the music just required a small screwdriver. It was simple to adjust.Regarding the remote, I essentially just turned the amplifier up while letting the Pioneer head unit and remote handle it (since the amp was tucked behind the seat). Simple controls allow me to swiftly transition from no bass to a lot of bass. The sound is incredible; I've never heard this poor a subwoofer 1) sound this good (without crackles or strange resonance), or 2) get this loud. I practically pushed the amps to their maximum and it still sounded fantastic.Overall, this was a fantastic purchase! I strongly advise anyone searching for a less expensive sub/2 speaker amp to purchase this! Feel free to enquire about installation at any time!

BRIDGEABLE: Dramatically increase the power output to you speakers and subwoofers by connecting two amplifier channels
CLASS A/B TOPOLOGY: Class ‘A’ amplifiers have enormous amount of current flowing through its output transistors with no audio signal. Class ‘B’ amplifiers have no current flowing through its outputs with no audio signal. Efficiency is the name of the game
MOSFET POWER SUPPLY: A MOSFET is basically an electrical switch that allows the flow of electrical current. It controls the output voltage and current precisely by removing the output current sensing loss & eliminating all secondary feedback circuitry
VARIABLE BASS BOOST: With Variable Bass Boost you have the control of exactly how much BASS you want to pump out to your subwoofer(s)
POWER: 1500 Watts Max x 2 @2-Ohms, 750 Watts Max x 2 @4-Ohms, 3000 Watts Max x 1 Bridged @4 Ohms
VARIABLE GAIN CONTROL: The gain control is not for adjusting volume. It simply adjusts the amount of signal that is coming from your receiver and going to your amplifier
FULL RANGE: With a Full Range amplifier you not only have the option to run your speakers, but also your subwoofers
LOW / HIGH LEVEL INPUTS: A low level (RCA) input is measured in voltages. A high level (+/- wire) input is measured in wattages. Both essentially carry signal from your receiver to your amplifier to your speakers
$234
Pros: Affordable amp that produces a lot of power and clear sound. visual appeal.Cons: It's a bit big and heavy. Most seats probably won't fit under it. The unit's instruction manual does not offer much guidance on how to use it (I had a problem with the remote bass control that I had to repeatedly plug and unplug the lead while experimenting with the amp's other settings before I ultimately solved).Overall: I didn't have high hopes when I got this, but oh, was I surprised. It rumbles when connected to a single 2 ohm DVC 12" Kicker CompR in a sealed enclosure. When I listen to rock, the music is crystal clear, but when I switch to hip-hop, it is intense. The amp, sub, and box cost less than $300. Could not be more pleased.

For the non-Bose system in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe, I bought this subwoofer. The fact that it actually fits without changing the OEM box pleased me. Although additional holes must be drilled for the screws to fit, the magnet does not bottom out in the tiny enclosure since the basket fits in the opening. Although it won't win any SPL competitions when I use the stock amplifier, it sounds clear and really nails the lows. When you consider the price, it's a truly amazing subwoofer that is quite precise. If you'd want to see how I installed it, I uploaded a video to YouTube. 2000-2006 Tahoe Subwoofer Install is the title. I apologize if the picture is grainy; I have one as well.**Update** Even after using it for a few months, I still adore this subwoofer! In comparison to when I originally installed it, it sounds even better. As it broke in, it appeared to have warmed up a little. I've also added a video that shows how I installed the system in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. I sincerely hope it is. Please click the yes button below if you found this review to be helpful. Thanks!!

I just got around to installing this amp, which I bought about a month ago. I have to admit that I am quite impressed by the quality that this amp gives my single Pioneer 12". I made the decision to install some audio I had lying around the home in my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. It's a straightforward setup, and I was just looking for a cheap amp that would give me a respectable amount of "boom"; I was surprised with the outcome. I experimented with the settings on the amp and my dvd/cd deck and it gives me a nice clean all around smooth bass sound to the point where the amp does not run hot at all and I can only turn my deck up halfway. It seemed that when I bridged it, the amp ran a little hot and it gives you more boom, but it sounded distorted when you turned up the volume, so I did not bridge it. Without all of the shaking the trunk nonsense, that is the sound I was searching for. It did help that I swapped out all of my factory speakers for a respectable set of Pioneer 4-way speakers that don't even require an amp to drive them. Nice sharp highs to go with my lows that are smooth. I'll buy it once again for my second car. I'll admit that my Pioneer 12" can exert more pressure than this amp can, but that's not what I'm after. As I said, this satisfies my demands, especially given that I'm on a tight budget. Will provide an update as time goes on regarding strength and lifespan.Additionally, I used the Boss amp wiring kit that was suggested with this purchase, and it contained all the components I required to finish this setup!

It's a joke that 500W exists. The amplifier has a peak power of 95W rms/chnl x 2 and bridges to 190W peak into a 4 ohm load. If you are looking for a real 500W amp it will cost much more and be much bigger. The description says it will turn on with an input signal but is not clear that this will not work if you are using the RCA inputs. The amp draws about.4A with no signal if you leave it turned on, so it will run your battery down unless you use the enable line to switch it off or on. This is inconvenient for the 8" Pioneer SW2002D2 sub I installed in my travel

The amp does become quite hot, which is the primary reason for the rating of 4 stars, and there don't seem to be many vents or heat-sinks on it, so I'm a little worried about that. (Also, in case this review gets thrown into a pile of reviews for a variety of amps, the r900 something-or-other, this is for the 2-channel "1600W" class a/b amp.)Okay, then...The $50 amplifier has documentation that provides more realistic power output ratings. I have no cause to believe those. The marketing nonsense stated on the box regarding 1600W. Yes, it is stupid of them to do that. Did anyone actually anticipate that a $50 amp would deliver 1600W? Man, come on! lol The firm "technically" gets away with the claim since it may emit 1600W with 10% distortion at a stupidly high frequency that only rats can hear. Who. Cares. You purchased a $50 amplifier; once more, be reasonable.I bought it expecting it to produce around 150W of bridged power, and it appears to deliver that. That is okay with me. When adjusted for inflation, an amp that could produce 150W cost five times as much as this one "back in the day."It was set up yesterday, and it functions. It has just been a day, yet it hasn't yet blown up. I'm not working at insane levels. To match the output levels of the headunit, I decreased the gain below 1/2. My "system" is quite simple, so all I needed was something to drive a tiny 8" sub to fill out the bottom end. If you're aiming to rattle windows, strive harder and save up more money. I'm not.The amp now performs as I had anticipated. It took around two days to get transported to my house. Other than my concern about the venting and heat, I have no serious complaints (but time will tell, and I'll update the review if necessary).

These are just what a pair of shoes costing $13.00 would be. They resemble charming house slippers more. These are not the boots you want if you want one. They are perfect in terms of color, and I like them. They do have a sole, so you could wear them outside, but they are definitely not waterproof. One drawback is that shipping costs will be higher than the cost of the shoe.
You can use two amplifiers on the same speaker set, but you need to be careful about the impedance of the speakers and amplifiers. If the impedance of the speakers is higher than the impedance of the amplifiers, then you will need to use a resistive load to match the impedance.
No, you cannot run 4 speakers off 1 channel amp. Each speaker needs its own channel.
A 1 channel amp is typically not enough to power 4 speakers. You would need to use an amp with more channels in order to properly power all 4 speakers.
A capacitor is an electronic component that stores energy in an electric field. Capacitors are used in a variety of electronic devices, including radios, televisions, computers, and power supplies. While most amplifiers do not require a capacitor, some audio amplifiers may benefit from the use of a capacitor.
If you're looking to add a little more oomph to your car's audio system, you might be wondering if it's possible to hook up two amplifiers to a factory radio. The good news is that it is possible, but there are a few things you'll need to take into account. First, you'll need to make sure that your factory radio is equipped with preamp outputs. These outputs will send a signal to your amplifiers that is strong enough to drive them without distortion. If your radio doesn't have preamp outputs, you can still use it,
If you're looking to add an amplifier to your car's audio system, you might be wondering how many channels you need. The answer depends on a few factors, including the number of speakers in your system and how you want to configure your amp. Generally speaking, most car audio systems will have four or more speakers. That means you'll need at least a four-channel amplifier to power them all. If you want to create a more powerful system with subwoofers and tweeters, you might need a five- or even six-channel amp. Of
