The box they were in was so light when I picked it up that I assumed it must be empty. However, it takes some strength to submerge these. They've only been in use for a few days, but they're already doing a terrific job! Before, I was using two large, broken pool noodles as my "weights." They were effective, but I desired a more lasting solution. Since I doubt I could have done more than five repetitions with them, I'm glad I started with the noodles. adore them

This float belt is fantastic!1) The black buckle belt is made of a more flexible material so that it won't irritate your skin.2) When you're in the water, it doesn't ride up. Since I'm a poor swimmer, I used it today for laps in the pool, and I never had to adjust it while I was in the water. It dries quite quickly. The float belt was dry to the touch when I finished my laps and got into the hot tub.4) It functions! It prevented me from submerging and kept me in the water just where I wanted to be!The Med/Lrg fit my tall, plus-size frame perfectly. I've never worn an aerobics float belt that was so comfortable. It avoids all areas of your back by having a low, tapered profile. Additionally, the elastic black belt maintains it firmly in position without obstructing your circulation.I'm gifting this one to my son and ordering one of their eye-catching colors from the company's website. (BTW, their website has a better price.)

I think this pull buoy is fantastic. The different variations of the asymmetrical Speedo pull buoy, the TYR (which is symmetrical and somewhat reminiscent of the Finis), and the two white cylinder kind are all available at the pool I frequent. I had been using the pull buoys in the pool, but all too frequently there weren't any. So, my wife and I made the decision to purchase our own pull buoys. At random, we chose to purchase two Finis: one adult and a junior. a wise purchase. Again, this is somewhat subjective, but I would easily place the Finis first, then the two types of white cylinders, the TYR, and last the Speedo. The Finis maintains its position effortlessly thanks to its ideal buoyancy. I wish I had purchased it years ago.

This is MY preferred flotation belt, and I also teach water fitness and yoga. It is sufficiently pliable to really take on the curve of my body without riding up. A word of caution, though: if you're looking for a belt, try on as many as you can before buying. If you attend a class, see if you may test-drive a few different kinds of belts and flotation devices. I know they're hard to locate in stores. Each individual has a unique body shape and level of inherent buoyancy. I'm thin, really strong, flexible, a lifeguard, and an amazing swimmer (I'll be 65 on my next birthday), therefore my WaterGym belt is perfect for ME. Before I did, a student in my class bought one. She raved about her WaterGym belt, so I tried it out and ordered one from Amazon. Love has me.If you require a lot of flotation support, you might want to try a belt with more foam and buoyancy. I advise you to try treatment foam cuffs over your upper arms if anything around your waist makes you uncomfortable. Experimentation is crucial. The most efficient and adaptable form of exercise on the planet, water exercise is appropriate for everyone from professional athletes to individuals who have recently completed rehabilitation. Additionally, you needn't be aware of your perspiration if you do! Never give up; figure out what works for you and treat yourself to a workout in the water. I might be there wearing my WaterGym belt and having a blast!

I am totally satisfied with these, which I purchased after using a comparable product in a water aerobics class. They are well-built and offer excellent resistance for my exercise regimen. Since they arrived around six weeks ago, I have worked out with them every day for 1.5 hours. I have an arthritic hip, so towards the start of the summer simply walking hurt. I tried a class using hand buoys when I finally had daily access to a swimming pool. I realized right away that I could increase my strength and range of motion in the water, and I created a program specifically to strengthen the hip and maybe postpone a hip replacement. The hand buoys help me stay balanced while my main attention is on my hip, and I also feel that using them gives my upper body a fantastic exercise. My hip has significantly better. When I first started, I couldn't perform a single frog-kick in the pool due to the pain of the "snap," and now I'm doing eight laps of frog kicks, using the hand buoys to do "pushups," "rowing," or curls as I "swim." My husband has noticed that I'm parking further from our destinations.

I want to begin by mentioning that I hesitated to purchase this. I exercise every day for at least an hour, mixing in distance swimming (1.5 miles), cycling, step aerobics, hiking, or walking, as well as hatha yoga. I've never found any type of water aerobics to be very appealing. But then I managed to simultaneously aggravate my knee (tendinitis?) and shoulder. All of a sudden, I was in too much pain to do any of it. As luck would have it, an AquaJogger Active was in the free bin that day and a friend at the pool was kind enough to let me check out her AquaJogger Classic. I therefore got to use and contrast both.Sincerely, except from the Classic's elastic belt (which reportedly stretches out over time) and the fact that it might only be 1/4 inch, "I didn't really notice the difference despite the Active being around $15 cheaper and slightly thicker. I've already used it twice. I'm 5'9 "and are 130 pounds. I don't understand reviews from people who weigh a lot more than I do and claim they can't maintain buoyant with the belt because the belt keeps me buoyant. They should be able to maintain their balance better than I do, unless all that extra weight is pure muscle.I've tightened the belt all the way. Contrary to what some people have said, I haven't had any issues with it riding up (I wonder if they have the belt looped through correctly). To make sure it doesn't slide out of place, I did tie a knot on one side. The first time I used it, I was wearing my 2-millimeter Roxy Popsurf wetsuit jacket, which covered my skin in addition to preventing the belt from sliding up AT ALL. A rash guard or even a simple T-shirt would work, I'm sure. I had a little contact irritation from the foam the second time I wore it while wearing only my open-back swimsuit, so maybe I'll switch back to wearing a shirt or wetsuit top.I was surprised to find that water jogging and Nordic track laps gave me a far better workout than I had anticipated. Even though it doesn't feel as aerobic as swimming, it works your muscles well. I appreciated that I didn't lose as much body heat as I sometimes do when lap swimming because my head and shoulders were out of the water (the pool I swim in is often chilly - maybe 79 degrees).Overall, I'd say it's a nice piece of equipment at a fair price (these days, what doesn't have at least a 300% mark-up). I suggest it. And no, I didn't get paid or otherwise rewarded for writing this review.

I recently reviewed another jogger, which is better for me due of my size, but I also wanted to write a positive review for this one because it's great too. However, because I weigh more than 200 pounds, it was a bit too small for me in the water. My head was occasionally too low in the water, making it difficult to breathe, so I spent more than $50 on a pro design, which is better but only due to my weight. My wife loves this that I gave her. This jogger is excellent.

excellent in my pool. I purchased some 6 ft. 1/2 PVC tubing from Lowe's, attached an eyelet screw to the top, and then fastened the PVC pipe to our wall eyelets to serve as a pool cover. As I step into the center of the pool, that PVC pipe bends, keeping the rope away from my legs. It appears to work similarly to the $200 systems you can get online, however this one ultimately cost me between $25 and $30.It would be easier for me to put it on and take it off if the bungee cord was longer to suit me in the deeper end and the waist band was a little bigger. Currently, I constantly have to pull the bungee cord out of the buckle to remove it. Everyone experiences this, I'm sure, but if you are tugging strongly, be ready to experience water in your nostrils when you breathe. The bungee's pull back can be rather powerful. Overall, nevertheless, an excellent B /A product.

This stuff continues to excite me! Who in the world would have imagined that this flopping neck brace would actually work? I DIDN'T think so until I gave it a try, at which point I was astounded by the reality that it REALLY supports me without any of my own effort! My head is clearly above the water when I assert that I float (results might very if you use it differently than I did but should work excellent if you follow directions). Anyway, when floating, I felt safe and stable because my ears were above the water. The next time my back gives me trouble, I'm going to give this a shot even though I'm not yet sure if it will relieve my back or neck pain. This was packaged simply in clear plastic wrap, making it easy to open. Do not be misled by its oddness; it is a fantastic product!

I didn't know it because I spent so much time simply trying to keep my legs down, but what I thought would be excellent for legs, ended up being a great core workout! Especially in the deep water, it was an intriguing change from my daily water routine. The belt should be tied to the float, but other from that, I think everything will work out just well. Water aerobics can be done in depths ranging from 3 to 6 feet, but most people find it most comfortable to do in depths of 4 to 5 feet.
Swimming is a great way to exercise and lose weight, including belly fat. When you swim, you work all of the muscles in your body, including your abdominal muscles. Swimming is an aerobic exercise, which means it helps to increase your heart rate and burn calories. To lose belly fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Swimming is a great way to help you do that.
The results of water aerobics depend on how often and how long you do the exercises. Generally, you will see results after a few weeks of regular workouts.

There is a lot of debate over which form of exercise is better for you, swimming or aqua aerobics. While both offer a great workout, there are some key differences that may make one better suited for you than the other. Swimming is often considered a more complete workout because it works your entire body. Aqua aerobics, on the other hand, is more focused on working your upper body. If you are looking to tone your arms and shoulders, aqua aerobics may be the better option. Another key difference is that swimming is a low
