I divided the GI in half and taped each portion to the dummy with black duct tape (yes I taped over the harness because the harness does not get in the way of throwing.) I also adjusted the sleeves' length, cutting them perhaps a little too shortly at first. To ensure that the GI kept in place, I then taped the waist and upper chest region.
