WORX Pegasus Multi-Function Work Table and Sawhorse with Quick Clamps and Holding Pegs – WX051 Review:

If I've had a product for a while and can test its durability, I'll usually post reviews. However, after using this Pegasus for a few hours, I thought I'd share my initial impressions with you.The ABS plastic feels strong and is thick. Aluminum reinforcement on the stand improves the overall structural integrity. It's convenient that the surface contains little pockets where you can store small items like screws or a pencil. The clamping mechanism is efficient. I initially believed it could be somewhat complicated and less adaptable than Kreg's solution. But after spending only a short while setting up a 2x4 "U" frame for sanding, I'm impressed! Using the provided clamps and dogs, I've included some images that demonstrate how the piece can be positioned in a variety of ways. I could use a random orbital sander on the edges and faces because the wood was sufficiently sturdy. The on-board storage for everything is great. Although it is great to keep things together, I don't think I'll move mine about much. I find it weird that the Kreg Mobile Center lacked that. What I dislike about the Pegasus is that there isn't much of a flat area on the underside of the wings for attaching the hand clamps in a vertical position. But to be honest, I haven't utilized it much in this way. It might not really be a problem.Additionally, neither the lower folding shelf nor comparable shelves on competing products are particularly strong.I really enjoy it overall. It offers you a variety of alternatives for handling material right out of the box and is ready to use. And if you want to store it or transport it from the garage to your house to perform some work there, everything folds up into a little unit. The Pegasus may now be connected to a power strip via a hole at the bottom. Although I doubt I'll ever use it, I can understand how it would be useful.Hope this was of use! My Black and Decker Workmate will probably be donated to Goodwill because this is far superior.

WORX WX066 Sidekick Portable Work Table Review:

This table is very substantial, with sturdy legs, and it sets up rock solid in under a minute. It also packs up to go in about the same amount of time, unlike the feather-weight table I was expecting based on the photographs. On this table, I wouldn't hesitate to place items like a window air conditioner or a sizable laser printer. Its strength really astonishes me.With a weight of about 13 lbs, it is also highly lightweight and portable. Though I'm not sure there is anything that can be done about the legs sticking out, it is a little weird. The only modification I would advise is to include something that secures the legs in place for transportation more firmly. The neoprene foam insert helps to offer some friction, but there is still a tendency for the legs to slip until you place them with the rubbery sleeve up against the foam insert. The table's excellent engineering made me anticipate a more elegant mechanism to hold the legs during transport, but it still functions okay. The small rubber grommet things that act as latches and connectors to connect two tables together are likely to be easy to lose or damage, and neither the Worx website nor Amazon appear to sell replacements. Although the pegs that hold them have a retaining shoulder, they are simple to remove (and could be a potential choking hazard for kids or pets).

Kreg KWS500 Track Horse Tool Review:

I'll divide this assessment into two parts: the sawhorse itself and the included extras.SAWHORSEThe incredible leg adaptability of these sawhorses is their finest feature. The legs are released using large, sturdy levers. The legs can telescope thanks to smaller releasing levers. The telescopic movement is really fluid. For simple leveling, the legs have numbers stamped on them. The levers are all quite nice and prevent you from accidentally pinching yourself.-The build quality is superb. It appears to be made primarily of aluminum, making it lightweight and portable.-Since the sawhorse's top has a relatively flat underside, I can use my IRWINQUICK-GRIP One-Handed Bar Clamp.ACCESSORIES - Because there is no on-board storage, the accessories are small and will be challenging to keep track of.-You may insert the provided track bushings into the groove on the top of the sawhorse by screwing them into the bottom of your 2x4. Since they are so small, they will inevitably disappear. I doubt that I will ever utilize them.-Bench clamp is sturdy and well-made, but it doesn't offer much more than the other clamps you probably already own. The clamp can hook into the side or slide into the top track thanks to a little bolt. For some reason, the bolt cannot be adjusted with a finger-bolt; a hex wrench is required. Unlike the quick-release Irwin bar clamps, the clamp's adjustment mechanism involves spinning a bolt, which you may do with your finger.-The side-mounted 2x4 holders are quite practical. They provide you the option of raising the workspace with sacrificed wood to protect your sawhorses. By joining two sawhorses, they can also extend the length of your work area. For instance, you could acquire some 10' boards and make four de facto 10' sawhorses. For a stable work surface, place some plywood on top. Unfortunately, these holders don't lock very firmly, so they will easily fall out if you turn the sawhorse over for transportation. There is no on-board storage, just like with the other accessories.OVERALLThese sawhorses' main feature is the sawhorses themselves, which have excellent construction and wonderful folding, telescoping legs. The absence of on-board storage for all the minor accessories that are sure to get misplaced or left behind is the worst thing about these sawhorses. The 2x4 mounts are the most practical addition because they raise your work table, preventing you from inadvertently damaging your pricey sawhorses. Some people might find the provided clamp handy, but I don't think it's required. It would have been preferable to leave it as a distinct option, which would have reduced the price of the sawhorse by roughly $35.

HOPKINS MFG CORP 2x4 Basics Workbench Kit, Model# 90158MI [Misc.] Review:

Overall, a solid alternative that offers some configuration versatility and size flexibility in a quick-and-easy-to-assemble package that, as some have mentioned, is water resistant as opposed to wooden legsDuring assembly, I used a few clamps to hold the 2x4s in position, which made it easier to keep everything snug against the legs and in place when screwing things together. The mounting hardware is the one drawback of this kit; the screws are passable but on the cheap side. I changed to using my own #9 2.5" construction screws around halfway through the build because they have a larger head that won't pull through the plastic holes and the screws themselves are higher quality and won't strip if you drive them in tighter. If I make more, I'll toss the included screws right away and spend a little more money on high-quality screws. In order to add lockable casters and make it possible for me to move the workbench easily whenever I need to, I also added some more 2x4 sections.Overall, a good product, and I want to use it to make more in the future.

Keter Folding Table Work Bench For Woodworking Tools & Accessories with Clamps Review:

I should clarify right away that I am not at anyway a construction worker. On job sites, I don't utilize this table. I'm a 34-year-old mother and scientist who also enjoys working with wood. I frequently use a Ryobi 15" compound miter saw, but I avoid using it in the garage because sawdust gets everywhere. When I want to work on a project, I can set up my saw on the patio or driveway, work there for a few hours, then place my saw back on the garage workbench, fold this table up, and store it out of the way until I need it again. I'm really happy with it so far for those reasons! For a context shot with the saw on it, see my photos. It is VERY durable and strong without being very hefty. With the handles it has, I can carry it by myself with ease! You don't have to worry about it rusting because it is constructed of highly sturdy plastic. It can support up to 1,000 pounds!Once you know how to do it and have practiced it once or twice, folding and unfolding is SO EASY. Things that are foolproof are my favorite. It folds up SO SMALLLY, which makes it incredibly easy to store or carry (which is fantastic considering I don't have a pickup truck) almost anyplace. It has SO MANY USES! This is useful for a wide variety of tasks and projects. I've also used it for hand sawing, painting, and joining wood. I like that it has two clamps and that you can put whatever you're working on on top of the lower shelf while storing tools, hardware, and other supplies on the upper shelf. I also loaned this to a friend, who loved it and used it to construct grow boxes in his backyard. The only issue I have with this bench is that the initial shipment was missing one of the legs' feet. I returned it and received a brand new one. Beyond that, there are just so many wonderful things about this work bench. I can't speak for on-site remodelers or construction experts, but I can tell you that it's perfect for DIYers or hobbyists like me who require a work table but don't have a dedicated workshop, a lot of time, or money to devote to such things. Hope this is useful! Just to be clear, I didn't get this for nothing or at a discount. Paid full amount for it, which in my opinion is VERY reasonable and fair considering what you get.

2x4basics 90164 Custom Work Bench and Shelving Storage System, Black Review:

Wow, how do you even start reviewing? I did my homework before buying this product, and I was not disappointed. Since there are so many wonderful configurations for this bench, I though I'd add one of my own. To fit in the space I needed, the work surface had to be 4 feet by 2 feet. As suggested by a previous reviewer, I cut and painted all the pieces before assembling them, which made the painting process less difficult. I've added 4 "wheel casters, allowing the bench to roll freely. I ought to have bought at least one set of locking keys. Well, it's all right for now. If you require wood dimensions for the angled cuts, don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I needed room underneath the bench for a chair's legs and feet. I have provided a picture of every screw, washer, and other item I used to secure the included hardware. Except for the wood, everything in the pictures is included in the Amazon box. A light switch that is hard wired to the Stanley power strip was installed by me. The power strip has the workbench light plugged in. Additionally, I bought an adjustable bar stool from Amazon that was more affordable and useful than any other "garage stools" I looked up. In the end, despite the fact that it actually took me four days, I enjoyed how simple the building was. My father-in-law brought his miter saw over even though I am not a carpenter, which helped me save a ton of time (to me). To accommodate boxes, I left the top shelf at the same size as the workbench. I believe it resembles a pagoda! I used all 3/4, LOL "plywood is utilized for the flat surfaces, and the work space backdrop is made of 1/2 plywood. Thank you for visiting! I utilized 9 x 2-1/2 Particle Board screws to mount the cedar wood (see photo). To ensure that my casters would rotate freely, I positioned the cedar wood where I wanted it and tagged it (see photo). Then I just cut the wood above the mark at a 45° angle. Not a difficult concept.Making the supports for the lower shelves (see updated photo with measurements). I used the screws from the particle board to fasten them together. Each touch point gets two. I simply drew a line along the edge of the loose piece of shelving once I had done creating the "wings" to indicate where I should make my saw cuts. I screwed everything together after cutting the shelving piece. Each shelf—bottom, middle, and top—is secured in place with six 1" drywall screws placed about 12" apart. The stock screws were used to fasten both the upper and bottom 2x4 sections. The Light: Model # MNSL L48 2LL MVOLT 40K 80CRI M6 from Home Depot, Internet SKU #300263608, Store SKU #1002098190It must be linked to this light. Seville Classics UHD20288B UltraGraphite Wood Top Workbench on Wheels with Sliding Organizer Drawer Table, Adjustable, Granite Gray Review:

This table is fantastic! It came yesterday, and I had no trouble putting it together. Due to the superb quality and craftsmanship of all the parts, I genuinely enjoyed assembling it. Even the bolts were comfortable! Even though the box showed signs of hard handling, this table was extraordinarily neatly packaged such that it came from a cross-country trip completely unscathed.I was relieved to see, upon opening the outer box, that each item had been carefully bagged and shielded by Styrofoam (which also contributed to the box's stiffness). I pulled out each item and carried it downstairs to our washing room. After removing all the metal parts, I discovered that the hardwood top was contained within a separate box. This showed a lot of consideration and helped protect the top from being harmed during transportation. The manufacturer's website also has a PDF of the directions, which were easy to follow and included photographs of each step. They had an extra bolt and washer in addition to the hardware, which was in its own bag. Although a tool for tightening the bolts is provided, I found it quicker to use my own 1/2 socket wrench. I took my time and praised the parts' quality and the assembly's efficiency. It was fairly simple to construct upside-down, and I needed some family assistance to lift it up and turn it over. The solid hardwood top was really important to me, and I wasn't let down! It is gorgeous and around 1.5" thick. There was not a scratch or other flaw on it, and it has a very posh appearance thanks to the attractive package. It weighs a ton as well. The top of the item weighs the most, and I needed assistance moving only that one component down the stairs to the basement. The leg bolts' attachment points on the bottom of the piece are reinforced with metal, which made it simple to insert the bolts manually for the majority of the way. In order to ensure that everything lines up, wait to fully tighten the bolts until you have attached all of the leg components.Though they are composed of a lighter-weight metal than I had anticipated, the legs and support piece seem to be strong. They feel good to the touch and are painted in a gray, textured substance. A nut is welded onto the back of each leg, and four adjustable screws with sizable handles pass through each leg from front to back. Try to discover your favorite height before flipping the table over because it is undoubtedly simpler to change them that way. A leveling foot is screwed into each leg's bottom. The size of the bolts on them astounded me! With the help of the provided tool, the most of them were easy to insert, but I had to exert a bit more effort to get one through a nut that had too much paint on it.I'm thrilled with my purchase of this table and heartily endorse it to anyone looking for a top-notch, well-made adjustable table for use throughout the house.Pros include: High-quality components Simple construction Detailed instructions Excellent package! Beautiful hardwood top extensive height adjustment rangeCons ==== - It's not nearly as rigid as more substantial options, but I value the smaller weight's simpler handling. - Use your own socket to tighten the bolts because the supplied tool makes it difficult to do so.

Mobile Office Workbench w/Casters | 61" Acacia Hardwood Top | Adjustable Height Legs | Great for use as Garage Workshop Tool Bench Review:

Because it is what it is—a workstation that is reasonably priced—I am giving it a positive evaluation. Therefore, it is quite good. Despite some evaluations, I felt that the metal is heavy, the assembly was simple, and everything fit together without too much difficulty. The bolts are the one exception; they have something painted ON TOP of the nuts, making it difficult to undo and re-screw them. Simply stupid of them to do that. Most separated with ease, while a few required significant effort to free themselves. Once put together, the bench is incredibly sturdy and steady. Quite surprisingly. I first inserted the vice, and then I attached the wheels. Wheels or not, it is very steady. Additionally, it features a huge height adjustment range. The top is really smooth and nicely firm. Although I haven't tried banging on it yet, I believe it will work well for moderate work " (my last bench was 2.5" of solid oak so I do not expect the same sort of "solid").It arrived in excellent condition, with cardboard and foam that were cleverly combined to preserve it, and (disposable) metal corners that protected the top. The installation process only took around 20 minutes, and the directions were straightforward (a lot of which relating to screw issues as below). It was good to see lockable wheels (on the front only) and adjustable feet included. I'm not sure which direction I'll go.Then there are the bar portions, which are not too awful, although... Not quite square is the frame. Even though it is well-built and robust, closer inspection reveals that it is not quite square. Sloppy. When you peek in the wheels, you can see that those bolts are not straight (but they go in fine and roll fine). It's just a jumble of perfectly functional "acceptable" elements, which is obviously shoddy craftsmanship. The top is just how they describe it, but it feels thin in person. Because there is no support on the front, you won't want to bang it or put too much weight on it for fear of shattering it (the back has a metal brace). I was also taken aback by how thin 24 "Exactly as stated, it really is against a wall. Just make sure you don't need one deeper. None of these problems deviate from how it is advertised; they fulfilled their promises in full.Overall, I believe it's a nice deal and would suggest it given how cheap it was. Once put together, it is sturdy, pretty robust, and a good height. I'm happy with it.

Workbench Caster kit - 4 Extra Heavy Duty Retractable casters, 800 lbs Weight Capacity, Urethane Wheels Review:

The overall impression is positive, although I'd say 1000 lbs. is a reasonable upper limit. After installing two sets, one with wooden legs and the other with metal legs, here are a few tips for the upcoming users. The metal legs were about 3" square with distinct sets of holes on the opposing sides, so there were about 24 holes to be drilled. I created a template to find the holes, which saved a ton of time. You need a 1/2" wrench to remove the wheel-mounting nuts, but if you grab the circular plate with just your hands, you can apply enough counter-torque without using a second wrench (which would need to be very thin). The pilot hole for the screws I used for the wood leg assembly was 13/64". The Philips driver kept popping out because the screws were a little flimsy. Unloaded, the latch you depress sits about 6" high, and in all of my installations, I had an obstruction that was 8" from the ground for 2 of the casters. Although any shorter certainly wouldn't have worked, I can get my foot in there. The wheels require a fair amount of pressure to engage, which was crucial to me because I had hoped to stretch under the table and compress the distant ones from the front side but it is not practicable given the proximity of my walls. The area where the dark metal foot pedal rests against the shiny metal wheel mount is something I'm considering lubricating. It appears that this friction accounts for a sizable portion of the depression resistance. It barely lifts the bench when I use my heavier bench (I might be overloading it, not sure). Last but not least, one of my black components was preassembled wrongly, however it could be fixed with a wrench (after having to take it back off the table leg). And finally, while not knowing the exact weight of one of my laden benches, I think these are nicely constructed and look well suited for the loads they are intended for.

Olympia Tools Multi-Purpose Workbench With Light, 82-802 Review:

After reading all the reviews, I was afraid, but I still made the decision to try it. I'm pleased I did, too. Just be aware that it will take at least 3 hours to build; be patient and have someone with a wonderful sense of humor assist you.Let me assure you that they are there; you just need to read the assembly instructions in their entirety before you begin. All the pieces are listed with their names and numbers, almost at the end of the booklet, all of them. This is despite the fact that many reviews have complained that the instructions do not include the 10,000 screws of various sizes. We carefully followed each step, and the result is a fantastic, strong workbench!I only rated it 4 out of 5 stars because my drawers didn't come with handles, but that's not a big concern for me because I can easily get some at Home Depot or just leave it as is because they are so simple to open.If my craft room needs more workspace, I'll buy it again.I hope this information is useful.
