Let's face it: Purchasing refurbished goods, let alone on Amazon, causes anxiety.I received my first Wii as a Christmas gift in 2008, and I spent hours playing it virtually every day (entirely too much lol). My old Wii was hidden away in a box as I started packing my possessions for my impending move. When I plugged it in, I discovered that it was bricked. I spent hours calling every store in my town to see if they could fix it because I was so distraught, but they wanted to charge me more than $80 to restore it, while refurbished ones from Gamestop cost around $70 or more. After spending hours searching Amazon for a good deal, I came across this vendor named "Voomwa." This vendor stuck out to me despite the generally negative evaluations of the other refurbished Wiis. Since you never really know where an item is coming from or what you're going to get, I'll be honest and say that I tend to be quite cautious whenever I purchase goods from Amazon, especially used items. Since all of my AV and power cords were still in good condition, I decided to order the "Replacement White Nintendo Wii Console - No Cables Or Accessories (Renewed)" from Voomwa. My package was supposed to arrive on Monday after placing my Wii order on a Friday (but came on a Sunday which is unusual, but I was ecstatic). When I first opened the package, I thought the Wii was brand-new. Although it didn't arrive in its original packing (which I didn't anticipate), the Wii has absolutely no scratches, dents, or dings. When I plugged it in and turned it on, a startup screen appeared. The Gamecube controller connectors, CD reader, and all buttons and ports were functional.I just want to say THANK YOU! I appreciate you going above and beyond by not only delivering exactly what was promised but also by delivering the product early and undamaged.

I bought this product for my daughter even though I was hesitant to buy used goods. I did that! done that! It was not from Amazon, yet it did not work at all. So, I did it again, and this time the Wii showed up in a polished bundle. That gave me a smile. A few items, however, did not function. I got in touch with the vendor as directed and enclosed a thank-you card. I describe what the handheld remote and sensor were doing. She didn't ask me to return the defective things first; she shipped the replacements out the same day. Outstanding customer service, indeed. I'm happy to report that the Wii system performs like a brand-new product. I suggest making a purchase from this seller. Keep up the good work, delivering quality products, and being ethical.

I'll confess that I was apprehensive about purchasing a refurbished system, but it turned out to be rather nice. The only problem is that I can't get it to totally shut off; instead of turning red when I turn it off. To my surprise, everything else with it functions flawlessly. We had a wii that was faithful but stopped reading discs. I did some research on this on Amazon and decided it was worth the risk. I took a chance on a seller that had an excellent seller rating, and I'm very glad I did. This Wii is in perfect working order. If I could, I'd give more than 5 stars.

I bought this on the advice of a friend, and while having a few problems with the system as a whole, my experience with this seller was mostly positive. I assumed THAT box was included because the photo of the console box showed it. Sadly, the original box was not included, only a foam insert and cardboard place holders for storing the console and its components. Performance is unaffected; the system performs as expected, and all guaranteed components were delivered with no damage at all. Definitely would make another buy from the seller

The sensor bar that came with it wasn't functional; a new one had to be ordered. When I'm playing a game, the remote doesn't always work, and the batteries run out very soon. All other things are good.
