Nice-looking formal dress, however it was too long and fitted for someone my size (5' n 12", 124 lbs). Had to return to Ross, where Petites are available in the standard S, M, L, XL, etc., as well as three additional sizes: petite-small, petite-medium, and petite-large. We appreciate Amazon offering the return option. Nevertheless, I really adore the dress. I could have dealt with the huge but not the too long because I needed the dress right away and didn't have time to hem it. Simply not a keeper.

Wonderful outfit! I had previously ordered a dress online, but it was not from Amazon, and it arrived in the wrong size, so I decided to order this one instead. I had already visited a bridal shop with the intention of renting a gown with only two (2) weeks till my wedding, and as I was searching at something else on Amazon, this dress appeared in my stream. Fantastic reviews! Numerous images! everybody agrees that it shipped swiftly. I also got my dress swiftly; I ordered it on a Thursday, and it arrived on a Saturday. There was no service I could have asked for better.I made some adjustments to the garment, but all you really need to customize it is a skilled seamstress. I usually wear a size 12, but I got a 16 to make sure it wouldn't be too small. In the end, I made a small adjustment to the front pelvic region and the sides. I also trimmed the dress' front since, if I had worn it as purchased, I would have tripped over it because it was too long. To make the back flap correctly shut and allow me to properly lace the dress's back, I also put snap buttons to it.The dress' lace is exquisite and does not at way appear cheap.Although the dress's back string lacing is attractive, it does not provide much support, even if you are even slightly overweight on top.You don't want the dress to start slipping in the middle of the ceremony, so make sure the sides fit you comfortably.Additionally, make sure you acquire some sturdy two-sided fabric tape and a nice push-up bra.

For my backyard/gazebo wedding, which was my second marriage, I wanted a lovely, elegant outfit but didn't want to break the bank (Wedding was on Oct 20, 2018). A size was ordered by me 14 months ago. I was wearing sizes 12 to 14 at the time. Although the dress "fit," it was really tight, and I was terrified to sit down because I thought I could shred it. I did, however, lose around 30 pounds in preparation for the wedding (I made the decision to do this since I am the type of person who despises all of my photographs due to being overweight and I did not want to despise my wedding photographs that I would be viewing for the rest of my life)... My current size is definitely closer to a 10, and the 14 fits me perfectly. Not at all constricting, and you can sit comfortably in the dress! So, just in case, I'd suggest getting two sizes up. One of the best-looking outfits, in my opinion. It has a slightly different shade of navy on the top half compared to the bottom half, and it is somewhat shorter in the front compared to the back. I believe the video demonstrates the difference. The fabric has a really pleasant feel, and it moves with ease. gorgeous dress White, not ivory, is the color. I'm unsure of the reason for this outfit' ivory main image since all of the customer photos include white dresses. I knew this would come in the desired white because of this. Additionally, the straps are represented in the main photograph to be broader at the top, where they almost sit on her shoulder, and smaller at the bottom. It's not really like that with this clothing. The exact opposite is true. tighter up near the shoulder and wider at the bottom. I am 5'7" and weigh 115 pounds. After reading the other reviews, everyone advised me to order one size up, so I did and purchased a size 8. On me, it's too large. I should have chosen my usual size 6. has a built-in bra, yes. This outfit helps you save money! I adore the pattern and faint shimmer at the chest region, which is basic but lovely. The garment is quite lengthy, however that can be easily fixed. Perfect for my Fourth of July beach wedding!

This dress is so well made. In spite of the fact that it costs less than $100, it surpasses all of my expectations. It may not be as detailed or flawless as designer dresses that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars.I bought the ivory gown impulsively because I wanted a wedding gown with some color to it, whether it was gray or blush. I didn't hold out much hope for the dress because I had read a review that claimed the ivory dresses were essentially white. When I felt the bodice after receiving it in the mail, WOW! The belt is gorgeous, the lace is well-sewed, and the fabric is thick. The only questionable aspect of the top was how the breast cups appeared to be stitched in; nonetheless, this had no bearing on how the dress fit. I will have to consider how to improve that for the big day because I do need a little extra assistance in the chest area.I am between 160 and 165 pounds and a size 8 fit me fairly well. As it's a little snug right now, but I have plans to lose a few pounds, I believe it will fit almost exactly by the time my wedding day arrives. The straps were the only thing that didn't quite fit right on me, even though the arm holes did. When I wasn't standing in a certain manner, the back straps also appeared to have excess fabric, but I find that most v-back dresses do this on me, so I'm not sure what the issue is?The dress's skirt is the perfect amount of full. I adore how the tulle falls down rather than puffing out at the waist. I would admit that the tulle is a little stiff and wrinkly, but I believe a little steam from a hot shower can remove that immediately.This dress is stunning. Even at this price, I wasn't expecting to discover such a lovely outfit on Amazon. Also unexpected was my fondness for a white dress, but here I am. Only if the ivory had the small color tint seen in the photographs might I have been even happy.

It arrived quickly and was packaged in a good, plain zip-seal bag. The color blue is deep and vivid. The skirt's satin is lovely and thick; it is not transparent. The lace is elegant and malleable. Each seam, zipper, and other sewing detail is done with care. I'm 5"5" and 130 lbs, and I purchased a small; it's wonderful, though a little loose at the waist, but I have a small chest from having bilateral breast surgery, and I wanted something to cover my snb scars for a friend's wedding. It also happened to be quite comfortable. My friends said it appeared to be a $200 dress!

I gave the dress five stars since it was lovely and I got many praises on it. I did, however, encounter a few problems when I first tried it on. I had ordered a Lg based on the measurement recommendations, and I would not have been able to comfortably fit my hips into a Md. However, the lace was more on my shoulders than the pick indicated, and it was extremely tight on my arms at first but loosened up after the second try. The other problem I had was that the material around my waist was loose and did not cinch in like the picture. Even though I am aware that I have a small stomach, the excess material covered off my body's obvious curve from upper to lower. That was the only problem I had. In the end, I wore the dress to a dinner, and despite the fit not being "quite" as I had hoped, I thought I looked stunning. I'm sorry if my review seems a little biased, but I would say it was well worth the purchase and I'm glad I kept it.
