Excellent value and simplicity of use. For my three children, I purchase a handful of them over the summer. The only negative is how quickly they move. We make an effort to separate them and save them so that we only use one or two colors at a time, but the water fight starts and finishes too quickly because they are simply so much fun. Definitely suggest these, and always try to store or divide them so you don't use them all in one sitting. Because of how rapidly they fill, I'd think this would make setting up a sizable water balloon fight during a summer party or event very simple. By just connecting these to a faucet or hose, you could probably fill 1,000 balloons in less than 10 minutes. Much quicker and simpler than individually filling and tying.

These balloons were purchased for a yearly water-based engineering competition that we host. The teams' task this year was to create a human-powered pump to fill water balloons for use in corn hole. These helium balloons were ideal. They endured the abuse of being quickly filled, being thrown twice at a distance of 10 feet each, and then being thrown a final distance of 15 feet to the corn hole board. We wanted strong balloons that could endure being thrown around and still burst when they hit the corn hole board. These accomplished that. Even after a few throws, several balloons remained intact. I was really pleased with these and would undoubtedly continue to buy products from this brand.

They are receiving a 1 even though I haven't even used them because they were meant to be biodegradable and the package makes it very plain that I must pick up all 1500 balloon parts! Since I can't exchange them for new ones before my birthday celebration, I'll test them out first.I've included a photo of the single pack I received, which makes it very evident that they are biodegradable.Update: I snapped a photo of the ones I bought this week next to the ones I purchased two years ago. This week, the (blue) images are from 2016 and the (purple) images are from 2019. Notice the huge difference.Update (After Party) (After Party). So, even though I'm still irritated, I raised my rating from 1 to 4 stars because the balloons all filled up and functioned flawlessly. The fun was shared by all. I had to rapidly pick up the fragments with my shop vac. In contrast to some of the reviews, all of my balloons inflated.Connect the balloons to the pipe only 1/4 to 1/2 way up if you want them all to fill. (Avoid tightening). To fill all balloons, slowly start the water running and gradually raise the pressure. Don't allow your balloons to simply fall off either. When you are satisfied with the size, hold the bucket up while cradling the balloons as they fill. Then, carefully lower it. The balloons will pop off at the proper size, and the water will fill the bucket as each one does so through the empty straws. There is no need to pre-fill with water.

My kids had been pleading with me for this for a while, but I refused since I knew it would be useless. I took the plunge and purchased some for a summer birthday, but my presumption (you know what they say when one assumes...) could not have been more incorrect! To begin with, it appears that the majority of the product, including the balloons and rubber band-like ties, is made of biodegradable materials! I'm very shocked about that. So I wasn't as worried with collecting every last piece (and there were many) as I was with gathering hundreds of balloon pieces from the lawn. They advise putting the balloons in a tub of water big enough for them to fit in when they expand before filling them up, which I did and makes sense so they have something to cushion and protect them. I actually only needed 5 minutes to put everything up, figure it out, and start working! 33 balloons in all, I had them! Only a few out of every 100 had flaws that were immediately apparent, making them failures. I continued to feed the ammo, and if we had a limitless supply, I could pump out 33 balloons per minute. So simple and enjoyable for everyone!The only issue I have is how quickly they moved. War is always expensive, so if you wanted it to last for a while, you would have to spend a lot of money.

amazing balloons For a huge final-semester battle, we are filling 1500 water balloons. Someone gave a bag of different (lesser) balloons, and we purchased one bag of these balloons. When filled, these balloons are sturdy, elastic, and springy. Only a small number of them had pinholes. Although we didn't count the balloons, each bag may have had 500 filled balloons. Fill to the size of a tennis ball, according to the instructions. They have held for three days after being filled with water to float the upper balloons and placed in 5-gallon buckets.The donated, subpar balloons did not stretch, had a 15% failure rate (pinholes and rips in balloons), and contained a caution not to fill more than 1 3/4" in diameter. These tiny water balloons were extremely challenging to knot. They are not long enough to tie a knot. We were able to compare the two kinds of balloons, which increased our appreciation for these stretchy balloons. These Water Sports balloons are fantastic, so I returned to Amazon and purchased a second bag.The free fill spout presents a unique challenge. If you disregard the turn knob, it functions properly. After a half hour, I had a damaged thumb from pushing so firmly on the tiny lever to turn the water off between balloons as I knotted them. All was well once we banded together and left the water flowing. To use with the balloons, I purchased the Tie Not water balloon tying tool - 2 pack. Although the cost of two tiny sticks of plastic made me shudder, they actually function very well.The quick procedure was as follows: as the hose ran gently, I slipped a balloon onto the nozzle, let it fill to tennis ball size, then slipped it off the nozzle and passed it to my partner to knot while I put on the next balloon. Even with some coordination issues, we managed to fill and tie more than 200 per hour. To catch the water in between filling the balloons, we filled them over a bucket.I strongly advise using these balloons if you are organizing a major conflict.

You must acquire one if you have kids who are too little to tie the balloons themselves. This has saved my life during the summer. It's so fantastic that when the hose is connected, water only comes out when the button is pressed. It reduces waste because the hose is not continuously running throughout the filling operation. It's not EASY to use either, but my five-year-old niece managed to get the hang of it quickly. Although not all balloons pop correctly, I suppose that breaking a balloon is half the joy. This product met expectations and was delivered on schedule. Although I did not count them, there are undoubtedly many balloons present. For a Fourth of July party, I filled about 150 balloons, and just about a dozen of them had holes. Since I don't have an outside hose, I had to use the sink spray hose, and the nozzle fit precisely over the sprayer's end. The balloon didn't hurt and didn't burst when being transported in a cooler from my house to the party venue. It only burst easily when hurled at each other (about 15 acres away). I didn't fill them all the way up since I wanted my tiny children to be able to hold them easily, but I'm sure it could have held more.
