During transportation, the item was damaged. Due to the courier's hard landing, the aluminum bar-stock on top of the unit, which is intended for tank-faceplate alignment, was bent. Simple fix—all I had to do was slide/pop the tank into the middle and bend the aluminum back to a 90-degree angle. Okay, so believing the tank was cracked, I filled it with "Zero Water" (which I also purchased on Amazon), and fortunately there were no leaks. So I used a straightforward brass angled drywall fastener to hang the unit—which is actually quite light. I plugged it in after easily following the instructions. OMG. Effortless elegance. The "wow" factor with this is high. If you're "on the fence," don't be, I feel compelled to write.I do wish they would implement a bluetooth control via an app so the features could be managed on a phone...possibly an update?In any case, I adore this item and the "Pimp" value it offers. The stainless steel faceplate complements any decor, and for me, it serves as the focal point of my modest but tastefully furnished flat.I will definitely buy at least two more of this items to give as gifts because I heartily recommend it.Just received the WiFi controller, to update. sexier than it appears on the internet. Beautiful granite can be found. It arrived swiftly and was packed beautifully. was really simple to install. The only issue I have with it is that every time I turn it on, I have to reposition the baffle and tweak the baffle's ends to try to get the water to spread evenly. People appreciate and find the water to be pleasant because the water flow is not particularly noisy. It would be good if the top of mine had a matching metal cover because I hung mine low to the wall. I understand that a cover on the top would not be necessary because it is intended to hang higher on the wall. A top would need to be ventilated because the heat from the bulb also escapes the top. I've been using it for a while and I really like it.
