Can you lay vinyl on concrete floor?

You can lay vinyl on concrete floor, but you need to take some precautions first. Make sure the concrete floor is clean and free of any debris or dirt. You'll also want to roughen up the surface of the concrete so the vinyl has something to grip onto. Once you've done that, you can lay down your vinyl and enjoy your new flooring.

Can you mop vinyl flooring?

Cleaning your vinyl floor is a snap and doesn't require any special cleaners. You can use a mop and warm water, or a sponge mop and a mild detergent. Be sure to rinse the floor well after mopping with detergent.

FloorPops FP2947 Antico Peel & Stick Floor Tile, Multi-Color Review:

I was apprehensive about taking on this job alone, but I couldn't be more pleased with the final product, the working process, and the process itself. This was the quickest and least expensive way to replace the filthy linoleum in our laundry room. Curved sections benefited from the material's thinness and flexibility, which allowed for easy cutting with scissors. As many have advised, lay the tiles out first to determine where to begin and how many you will need, and then thoroughly clean the current floor. Simply order more tiles in case. Because of the pattern's forgiving nature, it's acceptable that some of the lays weren't perfect. I spent approximately two hours on it, and I'm happy! More than a month has passed, and it still looks fantastic. Don't hesitate; just go ahead and do it!

FloorPops FP2942 Medina Peel & Stick Floor Tile, Grey Review:

I enjoy doing home improvement work myself. My DREAM ideas, however, don't always fit inside my allocated budget. I wanted to make the greatest improvements possible with the few hundred bucks I had available. This stuff for my bathroom's floors comes in on foot. The installation process was quite simple. Peel the paper and adhere to the floor. A CLEAN surface! Mine need a few scrubs, and I let it dry for 12 hours. I cut the shapes I needed with excellent scissors, which was a fairly simple process. Since I glued this to an already-existing tile floor, I did not need additional adhesive, but I did apply waterproof tile caulking in between all the seams. Regardless of the floor's subfloor, I would probably use some form of tile caulking. Just a little extra defense for the product.I adore the style, and the tiles seem to be quite robust. I'm hoping that this GOOD update will continue for a few years. Keep in mind that I believe a fully flat surface is necessary for the product to function properly.Tiles, PVC baseboards, finishing nails, and caulking were all used in this bathroom makeover, which cost less than $50. Not a bad price range for a major improvement! These products will undoubtedly be used by me in the future.

Roberts 10-25 Universal Tapping Block 2.75" x 9.25" x 0.50" Review:

Once you get the hang of using Uniclic, laminate installation has become simpler. After a few rows, push in the left side firmly, lift the length by half an inch, and push in. Rotate down to lock. Long sides occasionally hang up. A few taps with this block and a light hammer create a smooth junction. This is how I just completed 600 square feet, and there are currently no gaps. I'm crossing my fingers that the Arizona monsoon humidity won't blow it apart. Will the 3/8" nominal margin around the edge, but less in fact, be sufficient?

practicalWs 11.8"x78.7" Gold Marble Contact Paper Film Peel Countertops Vinyl Wallpaper and Contact Paper Self-Adhesive Shelf Liner Table and Door Reform Removable, Waterproof, Gloss Finish Review:

The contact paper I'm using is ideal for the project I'm working on. Not really for the type of person I am.It's a gorgeous product, and I adore how the slight gold marbling makes it appear. On its own, it might appear a touch brown, but when placed with other gold items, it blends in nicely.Although application is quite simple, air bubbles and wrinkles will ruin your day. It helps if you go carefully and use a towel or credit card to smooth things out. I've noticed that some regions didn't cling as well and kept rising slightly, which led to the creation of additional little air bubbles. In terms of the end product, it looks good! To complete the job, I'll need to order a few more rolls, and if somebody examines too closely, they might find some errors. Overall though, I'd say suggest!

Achim Home Furnishings FTVMA40920 Nexus 12-Inch Vinyl Tile, Marble Black with White Vein, 20-Pack Review:

The pattern is identical on all of the tiles, making it easy to tell that they are linoleum rather than natural stone, which is by its very nature random and unique. I like these tiles because they are affordable and simple to install, but the pattern is identical on all of them, making it easy to tell that they are artificial stone rather than natural stone. Therefore, my recommendation is to randomly arrange the tiles rather than arranging them in a pattern. Another suggestion is that since linoleum expands and contracts with temperature, you should make sure to leave some space between them or keep them at room temperature while warming up the flooring. When I set the heater light on and took a shower, the tiles in my first row, which were really cold, started to bow and come up a little. I ended up cutting a tiny piece off to give that row breathing room, and they have been fine ever since.

FloorPops FP2952 Stellar Peel & Stick Floor Tile, Multi-Color Review:

Two cartons were ordered for my tiny bathroom. I applied each one. I wish there had been an extra tile included in each box, even if it was just a half-sized one, to serve as a practice tile for cutting or in case you needed a tiny bit more. In the end, I had to finish my bathroom by putting half of it together. Fortunately, they were hidden behind the toilet so that they weren't as obvious. I also filled my seams with grout. Even those that did not have a dark junction had some tiles that did not line up perfectly. The grout gave it a much more polished appearance. It does advise adding more weight to the tiles afterwards to aid in their adhesion. I simply lay on them due to the weight and my back.Advantages: They can be flexible when you need to determine how an edge will behave. With a box cutter and kitchen scissors, these were quite simple to cut. The hues are accurate. Installing it wasn't that difficult.Cons: I wish there were one or two additional tiles in each box, even a half tile would have been wonderful, in case you make a mistake or simply need a little more and don't want to purchase another box.

Achim Home Furnishings FTVMA42320 Nexus 12-Inch Vinyl Tile, Marble Granite, 20-Pack Review:

For a very low cost, they did the job of improving an old floor considerably for less than $10 (I did have to pick up a new baseboard diffuser at Menards which cost $6 and that was definitely needed as the old rusty diffuser definitely did not mesh well with the new vinyl tiles but once the new diffuser was in, looked decent). I bought the wood ones and those looked great, at least, for a temporary cover up of an old bathroom floor for a photography shoot. After that experience, I made the decision to purchase this granite one, but despite the fact that they function, I'm still not totally satisfied with the style. They should actually call it "faux granite inspired look" or "faux vinyl granite" or something like as it would be a more fair description of what it looks like. I'm taking away a star from this one because it just feels "odd" like it is something you'd see in a trailer house. To be completely honest, I don't mind paying $8 via warehouse discounts because I can easily take them off and replace them with a new design for the cost of a midday meal. Remember that I am covering a small entryway, so I only needed half of one box. If you are covering a larger room, you will need more boxes and your costs will vary from mine, so I definitely recommend testing the designs or asking for samples before purchasing a large quantity of one particular design. These won't pass any equivalent test of even appearing like real marble granite, and while the wood type ones can pass for semi-hardwood flooring from a few feet away, I'd only recommend them to cover up something far worse. They'll do the job of covering up an old floor, and they'll look better than permanent stains and wear on the old floor. For those reasons and the price, I'd give them 3.5 stars, although I recognize that the design is a matter of taste and that some people may genuinely adore this style (I, for one, don't).However, unless you already happen to enjoy this particular pattern, I would strongly advise choosing an alternative design instead of the Achim tiles. Personally, I'm considering getting one of their black marble ones to replace this one.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002673UE8/?coliid=I2PABKTYZXG9JB

Achim Home Furnishings FTVSO10320 Nexus 12-Inch Vinyl Tile, Solid Black and White, Pack of 20 Review:

Recently, we covered over an unsightly, worn-out linoleum floor with these tiles. Before making my purchase, I read a lot of the reviews here; you should do the same! Here is a brief summary of important information:1. There are flaws in a lot of the tiles. You should buy at least two times as much as you anticipate needing. Dents and dings as well as typographical typos will be addressed. The white printed over the tile is more of a pale grey than a real white. "Printer lines" may be seen in several of the tiles.2.We arranged the tiles into three heaps before to beginning our job. We used ideal tiles in the most obvious places. terrible tiles, which we only used as they were being cut, and tiles with slight flaws, which are utilized in less noticeable regions and in small bits at edges and corners.3. The alignment arrows weren't all pointing in the same direction, suggesting that these packets may have been produced in two separate batches. It was roughly 50/50, which means that only half of the tile alignments matched perfectly, indicating the importance of carefully matching the tiles.4. Even though these are labeled "peel and stick," we could immediately see the adhesive wasn't very strong. This issue was quickly resolved with two canisters of liquid nails from the hardware shop. Buy some adhesive, because otherwise they WILL appear.Overall, we are really pleased with the project's outcome. Our kitchen appears beautiful. However, I'm not certain if I'd suggest them to anyone. They are inexpensive, but the cost of quantity, adhesive, and frustration will be more. Since we won't be remodeling the kitchen for at least 5 years, we needed a short fix. When we reach that stage, we will unquestionably pull up these pieces and lay down something new. Despite being subjected to children, big dogs, and spills for a few months, the tiles have held up well and are simple to clean. The weight of the refrigerator caused a divet in one of the tiles when I once had to move it.

Achim Home Furnishings Achig VFP1.2GO10 Nexus 1.2Mm Vinyl Floor Planks, 6 Inches x 36 Inches, Light Grey Oak Review:

Because the pricing was so low, I was apprehensive, but the finished product is stunning. Although I am by no means an expert and lacked the necessary equipment to measure and stage the boards, the ones I had to cut were quite simple. Since I live in an apartment, I needed something cheap and portable. To protect the original unsightly floor, I first laid a layer of posterboard before placing the planks directly on top. I put them myself, and everyone who has seen the floor has been astonished. I used contact paper to resurface my counters, and I'm pleased with the results. Despite the fact that my camera isn't the best, the color is quite accurate. beautiful shade of gray

Achim Home Furnishings FTVWD22320 Nexus 12-Inch Vinyl Tile, Wood Medium Oak Plank-Look, 20-Pack Review:

I purchased them to decorate my bedroom when expecting a child, and PROLE the grain DOES LINE UP. I've read reviews that claim it doesn't. It does, though. It will be alright if you rotate the tile and keep them in the sequence they were placed! Now that I'm expecting, I can install these by myself. This is my installation progress after about 30 minutes. I lay down after getting so exhausted (being pregnant quickly depletes your energy!) and out of concern for my unborn child. Which is likely simply a first-time mother's concern. However, these are incredibly simple to install, therefore I am giving them 4 stars. 1. They cost $4 per box and are available at the dollar shop. 2. They do the job, but I wish they were more adhesive. And third, I'm only using this flooring temporarily while I reside in this property to cover 30 year-old wood to save myself from crawling on a filthy floor. I'll be utilizing these for no more than six months before I can afford genuine floors. I thought the 4 packs I got would be plenty, but I will need to buy a couple more. I advise getting one or two extra packs. to account for errors in cutting and blunders. Additionally, cutting these using kitchen scissors is a breeze! - 16-year-old pregnant woman!
