For my application, this is a good screen, however I had to change how it was applied. The rope and hooks are a cheaply made design, therefore I wouldn't use them. The screen is of high caliber. I spent about $12 and a $9.99 staple gun to make a frame out of 1 x 4s. The wood could only be made better if I painted it white.

I bought two of these screens since I like them so much! They served as the venue for our non-mini-film profit's festival and awards presentation. We were intending to use an inflatable screen, but I soon discovered that the blowers had to be left on and created a loud noise. Although some more expensive panels provide a little more stability and flexibility, this inexpensive screen looks and performs beautifully. With the help of rare-earth magnets, I covered the majority of the base with an inexpensive black tablecloth, and it looked fantastic.White matte covers this screen. Glass beads, great contrast, or gray are not present. For many reasons, including even contrast and greater gain, better viewing angles, and the lack of "hot spots" in settings with natural lighting, I've discovered that plain matte white is the safest and most adaptable color. Although there are a wide variety of projectors and features, matte white is the best equalizer.Positives: - Simple to set up and modify.- Very safely wrapped in bubble wrap when delivered.- Comes with a carrying case.Springs felt exactly the appropriate amount of tension tight.- A roll-up screen has no creases or creases!Cons: - The stand has a tendency to sway. You're good to go once you move it out of the way.- Take caution while shifting the stand because it has a plastic brace at the top. You are in peril if that fails.- There is no ability for back projection, yet this is still a pro. I used this for the first time tonight after recently purchasing it for patio movie evenings. Overall, it has been highly successful. Putting this together wasn't that difficult. It took me around 15 minutes to do by myself, but it will go more quickly with assistance. A thorough installation procedure is also provided in the handbook, but I choose not to use it.)The screen is fairly thick and has a black coat covering the back, making it unsuitable for rear projections, but it is a gorgeous screen with good definition.Small Advice:1) More space is required to set up this screen stand. I must admit that it is larger than I had anticipated. It fits inside the internal "triangle" frame, but we went with the framework because it feels more sturdy.2) Given its light weight, it could be carried away by a strong wind gust. Be careful while rolling the screen up for storage if you plan to leave it unattended. You should put something heavy over the back corner tube.

This is something we've just used a couple times, but it's been a big "hit" and goes up quickly. You should anchor it if there is even the slightest wind since it will flip over. It happened to us once, but it was a little windy. When we utilized it, all we had to do was attach it to the garage's gutters using two of the top clips, and everything was good. Yes, it moves a little in the wind, but that's to be anticipated, and nobody wants a movie-watching experience on a screen that rivals that in theaters when they go outside to watch a movie. This item is incredible, and the image on it is beautiful. I don't understand why someone would want to try and construct a screen. This is ready and inflated in under two minutes. The fan is audible, but it's not a major deal. You are outdoors. Nobody is interested. This amazes everybody. Additionally, you can't beat it for the price.

I had a 100" outdoor screen that was given to me as a present, but it was quite weak and I really wanted a strong portable 100" screen that could be used both indoors and out. I set up the tripod, removed the screen from its metal housing, raised the upright support to hold the screen, attached the screen to the top of the support, and started playing movies for my assembled guests in less than five minutes. It was simple to remove the screen, fold the tripod, and reattach it to the metal housing. The carrying bag conveniently and securely accommodates all of the items. The loaded carrying bag made moving the screen from one location to another considerably simpler, despite the fact that it is quite heavy and big.The tripod, in my opinion, is really strong, and the screen itself is tough. The case that holds the screen provides the screen with great protection, and the supplied carrying pouch makes it simple to transfer the device. My expectations were quite low after reading the reviews. I decided to give it a try anyhow because the price was so low. Having said that, the screen that was delivered was in excellent condition. It was very much a new product and was extremely carefully packaged with lots of cushion. I was a little taken aback by how simple assembly was and why some of the reviews I saw were so negative. In any case, it took less than 5 minutes to assemble and get going. This screen's low height is one of its features. I'm not sure why the tripod was placed so low in the image, but in reality it actually is that low, so make preparations. It was utilized for a presentation for my mother's 70th birthday, and we had to push the entire screen up on a table so that the 150 attendees could see it clearly. Other than that, it's a beautiful screen and is well worth the money. Because the tripod is so close to the ground, take one star off. Despite being a "portable" screen, you will still need to purchase a case or bag. It works perfectly for me when I use the cardboard container it arrived in as a case. To prevent it from being dropped or bumping into something by accident, I made sure it was always being carried by two persons at once. Whatever you pay for, you get. This will probably pay for itself in rental costs if you just use it sometimes. Your results may differ. Good fortune!

This was purchased to be used with a projector and a Halloween special FX DVD (featuring ghosts, ghouls, etc.) I essentially projected from inside the house onto the screen that was fastened to the storm door on the front of our home. Last night, we conducted a "pre-Halloween" test run, and the outcome was quite frightifying! The sole drawback of this screen is that it can be difficult to remove creases from it, which may have a minor negative influence on performance.
