During our relocation, I was seeking for "milk crates" for books and purchased 2 of these 2-packs. To be quite honest, despite frequently buying items from Amazon, I hardly ever find the time to leave reviews. I do have to state a few things about this product, though.No, I don't just hand out 4-star ratings at random, but the amount of time I save by utilizing the Flatform 4 should be acknowledged. I couldn't be happier that I used this hand "truck" in instead of a set of hand carts. It has excellent structure, folds and extends in less than 10 seconds, and securely keeps a lot of items while in transit. Although it can support more than 300 pounds, it is really durable, so I wouldn't recommend using it frequently.You would be correct if you assumed that the special ability of this hand truck to fold down into such a small size is what has piqued your interest in buying it. Although it can support a lot of weight, it never locks, the wheels roll easily, and it folds down into a little package that is ideal for travel. I purchased a second unit since I liked it so much, and I always keep it in the trunk of my car. I don't even mind or even notice it being there because it takes up so little room. It has frequently came in handy. I recently bought some office furniture, and although I had help putting it into the car, the only help I had getting it out was the Flatform Truck. Boy, was that thing useful and saved me so much time and strain on my back.Due to its small size, it can easily fit through small openings while carrying a heavy load. Additionally, it is rather simple to take over an object like a curb or a step-up (not stairs). This is a highly useful function that, in my opinion, doesn't get much publicity. Instead of searching for a ramp, you simply pop it right up over a modest curb that is 6 to 8 inches high. This is quite handy.I wish I could have given the product 4.5 stars on Amazon because I honestly have nothing terrible to say about it. Because I believe there are a few improvements that could be made, I am not giving it a full 5-star rating. However, these are not deal-breakers in any way because this product still far outperforms the competition.To be fair, I will admit that I wish the truck had a "brake" of some kind, so that if it were placed on a little incline, it wouldn't roll away. I occasionally notice that my car rolls even on a modest hill as I unload things from it. However, if you were to store it in your trunk with the part holding the wheels facing down, gravity would cause the wheels to flip open on the bottom. This is another little improvement that I believe might be done. When you fold it up, the wheels compress within the base of the truck. Since it's simple to turn the wheel and tuck it neatly into the base, this is actually more of an annoyance than a problem. However, I simply flip it over when I'm putting it in my trunk, so I don't have that problem. With the exception of these two issues, the truck is flawless, and I will absolutely purchase more items from this company in the future!

I just bought a brand-new washer and dryer. They had a slightly smaller footprint than my previous ones, which freed up a little more space in my incredibly small laundry room. I got this little guy because I needed more storage space and wanted to see whether it could improve my organization. It was really simple to put together (I did it by myself in about 15 minutes), strong, and it fit some quite large boxes and bottles of washing products, which made me very happy. I could keep cleaner cans, bottles of sprays, and other items on the lower shelves because they were tall enough to do so. This tiny shelf has a surprising amount of storage space, and it slips in between the dryer and wall with plenty of room to spare. This crate definitely accomplishes its purpose! I use it to transport my art equipment across a sizable university campus to and from classes. It's lightweight, incredibly quick and simple to put together and take apart, and I enjoy how small it can get when folded. It does, however, occasionally feel a little flimsy or shaky. The sides don't feel particularly sturdy, and because I'm constantly a little bit nervous about damaging something, I handle it gently. The handle is likely too short for many individuals as well. Last week, the Cart was delivered (early). The parts were spread out across the opened box after I set the cart aside and opened the box. I started by counting the parts to make sure I had them all. I next read the instructions and inspected each numbered diagram to confirm that I understood where each washer, spring, and safety clip/pin to be placed. I had some concerns about the front wheels coming off after reading some of the reviews. To address that, let me explain that the wheels won't come off if you read the instructions and look at the diagram. Since I have to wait for a van, I walk three blocks with my cart, get on the bus, get off at the grocery store, fill the cart with groceries (2 shopping bags), get back on the bus, get out at my stop, walk three blocks (road and sidewalk) back home, and put my purchases away. When I'm ready to use it again in a few days, I collapse the cart and set it on the porch. If installed properly, this cart will cause you no problems at all.
