This item is adaptable and simple to use. It comes on a roll, therefore I advise retaining the plastic strap so you can just unroll what you need without having to unroll the entire thing. The item itself is sturdy, adaptable, and light. So far, I've only used it to place stays on dresses with more formal styles. It doesn't pinch while worn, and the cut edges are smooth and don't irritate. Though my pattern called for 3/8", I ended up using 1/2 instead, which was fine. For the enormous quantity obtained, this pricing was reasonable. I now need to identify some additional projects that make use of this reinforcement.

It has a poly/cotton cover and is washable and dry cleanable
Boning provides shape and support to strapless garments, busters and swimwear
This boning can be sewn on by hand or machine
$234
I didn't believe the boning would be able to support the weight of a strapless, heavy gown, but it does! I'm happy I chose this over pricey flat steel boning. Although many experts advise against using this boning in curves, I did it for my gown's side seams, and it worked flawlessly. Given my huge bust and narrow waist, the curb was rather noticeable. I advise applying the casing with the zipper foot.

Definitely a money saving is this tiny device. I've been able to fix a lot of things that otherwise would have ended up in the garbage or as the unwanted center of attention. Of course, I've pulled snags in sweaters, but I've also pulled snags in blankets, scarves, and items I've knitted by hand, including slippers and socks as well as a cherished sock monkey. The only thing I can say is that it's too brief. It's tougher for me to hold the little creature since I tremble as a result of a nerve issue. Sometimes I have to work hard to find the problem and fix it.And I think that would create the ideal snag-repairing tool if the manufacturers would consider my suggestion to make one of these longer, with a magnifying glass and an LED light. However, this is a fantastic tool.

Since I couldn't find any other clips online, these are fantastic! I just wish there were some ornamental, ornate, or dressy metal clips that came in gold as well. However, since they aren't, I added three Swarovski buttons over the elastic to spice up the ensemble for my needs, and now they look fantastic! I'm glad they exist since without them, I wouldn't have any "fashion clips" to adorn and cinch my oversized tops.

Cotton Cover Polypropylene, Unbreakable Flexible, Sewing Edges
100 percent Cotton Covered Polypropylene
12 yard per roll, 1/2" wide with cotton covered, 1/4" inside bone
$234
This is the exact same material that costs $6 a yard at Joann's, but it costs much less here. With its ability to bend with your body while remaining stiff enough to support, for example, a strapless bodice or row of grommets, it works well for most garment applications. By tripling the quantity of boning, I was able to create a passable farthingale, albeit it's not really ideal for scaffolding. It may sound absurd, but using two rolls of plastic boning in place of one roll of so-called "hoop steel" is more cost-effective and durable considering the pricing and quality of the material these days.

Covered shoulder pads can be recovered to coordinate with fashion fabric or used in unlined garments
Made of molded polyfoam with polyester taffeta cover
Machine washable and dry cleanable
Can be sewn or tacked into garments
For suits, jackets and coats
$234
I purchased one of these sets for a jacket that I eventually donated (not from the pads). Although I do concur with some of the quality-related remarks (therefore the four stars), come on, it's only a shoulder pad that is hidden. These are the ideal thickness and look wonderful with shirts, skirts, and coats. These are the pads for you if you're seeking for "a little something" in the shoulder. For certain spring jackets that require a bit extra form, I recently bought two more. Perfect!
