GPS Tracker Vyncs No Monthly Fee OBD, Real Time 3G Car GPS Tracking Trips Free 1 Year Data Plan Teen Unsafe Driving Alert Engine Data Fleet Monitoring Fuel Report Optional Roadside (Black, 2.56) Review:

My wife insisted that I find a way to monitor the driving habits of the two new drivers in the family (twins), as well as whether they actually go where they say they are going. I chose to try the Vyncs GPS tracker after discovering it during routine online searches. The fact that it operates over the 3G network with no contract, no need for wi-fi or data plans, and that the first year of service was included in the price solidified my decision. It has been just what we needed, allowing us to feel confident that our sons are being responsible drivers and allowing us to know when they are leaving and arriving at their destinations.Another reason we like this product is that it connects to the car's OBD port and does not require charging because it is active while the car is running and inactive when it is not, which prevents battery depletion. The data on driver behavior that were made available, such as warnings when the car went faster than the speed restrictions we specified, excessive braking or acceleration, high g-forces, and general vehicle health, were merely the frosting on the cake.My wife is overjoyed and is now so skilled at gathering data and examining the numerous details offered that she now shares information with me that I use to keep the automobile in good running order.Very happy with the product and will keep using it even when our boys leave the nest in the fall.

I'm a trucker and I really needed this, but I searched for a while and couldn't find a trucker gps for a reasonable price. Instead, I always saw $300 and up and way up, but on Amazon, I found a trucker gps for $69! I couldn't believe it, and I was very happy. I've been using it in my truck on the road for about a week now, and wow truly, I love Amazon.

Garmin dezl 570LMT 5-Inch GPS Navigator Review:

I just bought it last week, and I'm going to use it again this week. The unit has good construction. The speaker is far superior. The display appears to be good. Definitely superior to the display on my Delz 560. It took some tapping to figure out where things were, but with time, it will only get simpler.A routing issue was the issue I ran with. It seems to route to destinations appropriately, but there is a big issue when I wish to add a stop, like a truck stop. On I80 in Nevada, I was traveling east. I intended to halt at the Carlin Pilot. So I utilized the Truck Locations (TD) indicator and the category "along active route" to look for it. The stops are displayed, and the label band displays the desired exit, which was accurate. However, the message's body contained directions for a different truck stop that was located before the Carlin exit. Even though the label band suggested I should take exit (280) for Carlin, the directions were going to lead me to the exit for Battle Mountain. When I attempted to select Wendover, which is exit 410, it did it once more. Directions for stopping at Petro in Wells, which is exit 352, were printed on the label. Fortunately, I am familiar with this section of I80 and have witnessed this issue. Everything will function well if I use the category "Where I Am Now" to look for the truck stops. The directions line up with the label band. The distance to the next turn is indicated on the mileage note when I touch it, which is another issue. A image displaying the distance, the remaining time till the turn, and the turn itself appears. The image does not return to the primary map screen. To return, I must press the return arrow. With my outdated Dezl 560, the turn's image would quickly turn off.I'll keep using this GPS for the time being, but I have my Dezl 560 as a backup. If the issues were resolved, this GPS would be excellent. If the issues are resolved or if I discover new ones, I will update.MARCH 27: The system might fail. I was looking up addresses using voice commands. It crashed after I received the message "can't calculate route." If the memory was growing full, I wonder. Similar to how I used to clean the memory on my old device, I had to disconnect it before turning it off. After doing this, both units operated as intended.I've been using this for a month as of April 20. This unit calculates a somewhat accurate routing. It took a more direct path to a pilot in Troy, Illinois. The unit used the bypass to get to the Pilot rather than sending me through St. Louis. On the whole, nonetheless, this unit has also traveled through detour to other stops. The worst scenario was when I chose Perrysburg, Ohio off of Interstate 80 as the destination for a Pilot. It demanded that I go a distance of a few miles before arriving at Pilot. The Pilot was immediately to my left when I initially approached it at the traffic lights at the crossing, but the direction it wanted to go was a few miles down the road. Another time, I had to drive past the Pilot in Winnemucca, Nevada, in order to get to it, and then I had to drive back. The "Voice Command" feature of this device, however, is a positive. It's great to be able to perform numerous tasks without bending forward to use the GPS. I enjoy it overall. Overall, the route was nice, however those truck stops with all the detours must be eliminated. In order to make it three stars, I will now award it another star. Let's see if Garmin can make the route better.

Rand McNally TND 540 LM 5in GPS Truck Navigator with Lifetime Map Updates, Renewed Review:

The 7" model is what I would suggest buying because the user interface seems to have been created more for a larger screen. While hopping around in search of little on-screen icons like zoom, recenter, and pretty much everything else, I made a lot of incorrect choices.I haven't experienced any hardware issues. In light of this, I updated my rating to 5 stars for the product they are selling. 8 months with no issues.I had some issues with the software, but I eventually adapted. Not the merchant, but Rand McNally is to blame for this. On my previous 720 and 730 models, I used to save my journeys, but now it's essential. Every morning when I turn it on, it forgets the first stop, so I load the saved trip. Although some routes are stupid, you can still use them.

Garmin dezl 770LMTHD, Truck GPS Navigator with 7-inch Glass Display, Free Lifetime Map Updates and Traffic Review:

This GPS is worth its weight in GOLD to truckers! Enter the measurements of your tractor trailer along with your address, and you're good to go. With this GPS, I have driven more than 17,000 miles since June of 2017 and have never encountered a circumstance where my vehicle's height was a problem. Traffic jam or accident ahead? The GPS detects reported incidents and, if necessary, reroutes you to avoid wasting time on the road. When used in a personal vehicle, GPS also has a driving mode that warns about weigh stations, state boundaries, sharp descents, and uphill gradients. I suggested this tool to any aspiring truck drivers out there. Giving you complete peace of mind. One drawback of this system, in my opinion, is that it is not modified to account for the way NYC assesses truck heights. And two, if you turn the gadget off and continue driving for a certain distance (around 500 miles), it won't locate the satellite signal until you connect your computer back in.

9inch Truck GPS Big Touchscreen Trucking GPS Bluetooth AV-in Xgody GPS Navigation for car Navigation 8GB ROM SAT NAV System Navigator Driving Alarm Lifetime map Updates Review:

Since they were first released, I've used Garmin truck GPS. This surpasses their hands by far. Much more information and adjustability, with none of those annoying false and misleading warnings. I've used both side by side with the identical destinations selected, and this GPS provides a vastly different range of information and accuracy. Which means that the Chinese once more outdid us in terms of attention to detail. Learning the menus, where things are located, and how to interpret the instructions takes some time. There are two bright spots, as far as I can tell. Your readers won't need to view this one. No hazmat navigation, but neither the Garmin 465 nor 760 could handle it. I would buy this GPS for a relative if I wanted them to start fooling. I used it for a day before purchasing a second one for the RV. RVs will benefit greatly from the ability to customize vehicle sizes. Outstanding trucking GPS!

TruckWay GPS - Pro Series Model 720 - Truck GPS 7" Inch for Truck Drivers Navigation Lifetime North America Maps (USA + Canada) 3D & 2D Maps, Touch Screen, Turn by Turn Directions Review:

I received the device yesterday and did as advised, taking it out of the box, removing the charging wire, plugging it into the device, then plugging it into my truck. However, the charger didn't function, so I performed an ohms test to determine whether the charger's fuse was blown and replaced it. No, it's not the outlet; other devices are charging on that outlet, but they insist that we use their charger because the USB charger for our home socket would only charge to 5 volts at home, so we can't charge it there. unable to locate the company's phone number to get a replacement cord under warranty. They told me not to charge it, therefore I haven't been able to use it since I just got it yesterday.
