It is VERY STURDY, the marks are clearly visible, and you can tell it is made of high-quality aluminium just by the way it feels. I can't wait to utilise this in class. The one drawback to this ruler is that it doesn't indicate which side of the ruler is in which units, despite the fact that the majority of the rulers I planned to purchase lacked unit labels. I suppose I'll have to research it and consult a classmate. In addition, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you purchase this!!!:D.

I always search for durable, high-quality items when I make a purchase. Sometimes bogus advertising or misleading graphics leave me disappointed, but not with this ruler set. The rulers are exceptionally well built and long-lasting. The triangle ruler has several different measuring scales (which I might not use personally but is a nice touch for precise measurements). I'm pretty pleased with this overall. I've missed having a triangle ruler ever since I had one in high school. They can be used for many different applications and are much simpler to use than a typical ruler.

I got this scale to keep around for daily use. I run a landscaping business, therefore I wanted a scale in my car to give precise estimates for jobs right away. In addition to being durable and easy to read, I also wanted it to not distort in the summertime heat of an automobile's interior. The screen printing is precise and legible, and the color-coded sides make it easy for me to quickly determine which scale I am using. My only issue is that it came with a tiny dent in the anodization, but that's not a big concern since I'm sure it will get up more dings while reading landscaping drawings on construction sites.

I purchased these since I recently purchased a portable drafting board. This was the ideal little package for using on the portable board because I needed the architect's scale and the triangles. I just received it, so from what I can tell:Two of them are colorful. All three would have been lovely, although I think silver might be considered a separate hue.The lines are printed on precisely. Although grooves would have been a little more comforting, it's okay if these continue.Because it is hollow, the ruler is lightweight. The Staedtler Engineer ruler that arrived at the same time is substantially heavier, so I would have enjoyed a bit more weight, but adding the plastic caps to the ends helped prevent it from being too sharp.In essence, anything is preferable to the cheap, incorrect Alvin ruler that was included in a necessary school supply.
