For my treadmill belt, I got this lubricant made entirely of silicone. Very well done. Once the treadmill belt tension has been altered and loosened, the provided 7" tubing allows applying it to the deck beneath the belt rather simple.The provided tubing is shorter than most rivals', so you might need to loosen your treadmill's belt before you can reach in under it from both sides, which is the one drawback to this device in my opinion. But the product's decreased cost more than makes up for it. In essence, you are paying about the same amount for an 8 oz bottle instead of a 4 oz bottle from a rival. I use this oil to lube the belt on my treadmill, and it also works excellent to create cells in acrylic flow paintings.If you're using it for acrylic painting, you just need to mix 2-4 drops of it in with your chosen paint colour right before you pour it. It seems to work best if you just let it set for a few minutes rather than mixing it in. As you manage the flow on your selected canvas and as it dries, more cells will form.Although I've tried other silicons (sprays) for this, oil drops appear to work the best for me.

Since getting my LifeSpan treadmill a few years ago, I've ordered three bottles of the lubricant. The first two bottles were the spray-top version of the prior design of container. To consistently spray the bottle under the treadmill belt while moving the belt and repeating the process was really challenging. It also took a LOT of pumps to spritz the area enough times to use 1 oz of lube.The applicator in this more recent model is a lengthy tube. To obtain the oil in the right place and position it under the belt, this is SO MUCH EASIER. The markings denoting the volume of liquid in the bottle are not present on the new form of bottle, nevertheless.When you used up an ounce of the lubricant, dashes on the previous version would appear. With this design, you simply squeeze out the lubrication until you feel like you've used up all of it. Since the new bottle is a different shape from the old one, you can't even use the old bottle as a reference point, it may seem like a little issue, but it actually leads to some frustrating guesswork.Overall, the lubricant performs its function, and that is what matters. Most users should be able to get a year's worth of use out of one bottle, making the cost cheap. Of course, depending on how accurate you are at estimating how much liquid is in an ounce, your consumption may differ.

After lubricating my Livestrong treadmill several times by loosening the belt and then having to tighten it up just rights, I knew there had to be an easier way to do this job. I even envisioned the contraption in my head before I knew about this particular product. Lube-N-Walk definitely came through with some forward thinking on this one. With all the people out there owning treadmills, I can't believe there aren't more products like this one on the market. However, I suspect that many people never lubricate their treadmills to begin with. If you are a frequent treadmill runner, you cannot afford to make that mistake. Lubricate your treadmill regularly; and for ease of use, I recommend lubricating with this product. While it is not completely ingenious, it does the trick. I found it very easy to adequately lubricate the treadmill running deck with this tool. It took me about a minute to get it done. While I don't see the wand lasting more than four or five applications, it is worth the investment.
