I held off on publishing this review until I had a chance to test out this neck pillow. I'm an Australian living in the USA, and I frequently travel (30 hour trip) between the two countries in addition to other leisure trips. I've yearned for the ideal neck pillow that would offer complete support for sleeping on lengthy flights without causing my neck to repeatedly flop from side to side and cause drool to fly everywhere. Although it's not 100% perfect for me, this product is of the highest caliber (and I'm grateful for the zipper cover that will allow for washing). The memory foam and fabric are really comfortable and offer a lot of support, as many other reviews have noted. Although I travel frequently, I've never mastered the art of "packing light," therefore I appreciate how little this product is.The only issue I have with this product is that I wish the neck tie could be done more tightly. Because I'm smaller, I didn't think the support was the best when my neck slumped forward.Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I'm interested in watching the new generations that result from all the evaluations and criticisms that have elevated this neck pillow above the competition.

I can't express how much we adore this thing enough. We were VERY pleasantly pleased by the quality considering the price—outstanding! The pillow is thick and incredibly comfortable. This was quite comfortable, and it comes in a tiny carry case all coiled up. also includes an earplug and an eye mask! I was astonished by how cozy it was. I've never had one that was so comfortable. The most of the time I'll use it at home rather than in the car because my allergies can sometimes be so terrible that I have to sleep in a chair. This helps me a lot with that. Rolling it back up to fit in the storage case was my toughest challenge (it is a bit of a tight fit). Which is a useful little accessory to have so it doesn't take up a lot of room. in particular if you are driving. Because it is in that convenient tiny case, it may be stored in a side pocket or somewhere else in the trunk without getting soiled. In order to make carrying the case simpler while moving baggage, a backpack, or something else, it features a small "handle" on the outside of the case that has a kind of buckle. I made an effort to demonstrate taking it out of the case and then rolling it back up to put it inside the carry case.

Having said that, the seats on the airline are simply too small for me because I am tall. I have severe sleep problems. And it used to be a really horrible experience because I occasionally have to travel for 20 hours or more via plane.I've never been a fan of travel pillows. The ones I tried were merely for show and provided very little assistance. I once took her original evolution model along with me on a trip. I adored it to the fullest.It provided excellent support, had good fabric, and let me to eventually fall asleep. I ultimately resolved to get one for myself. I chose the more recent S3 model.As you can see in the pictures, there were already threads emerging from two distinct locations. Just not what I was expecting. I just want to avoid things getting worse any time soon. I am unable to return it at this time because I have a trip tomorrow and having something is preferable to nothing.I do enjoy the way the new fabric feels, but I have my doubts about how long it will last. Time will only tell.UPDATE: After the vendor got in touch with me, I was able to acquire a replacement pillow that was flawless.The entire procedure was simple. The pillow I'm using on my 13-hour international travel is great. I take a lot of flights, and I've tried a number of different pillows. None performs better than this. It has a soft, supportive feel and a removable piece of foam that allows you to customize the thickness behind your neck for the perfect amount of support without moving your head forward (see included picture). This pillow significantly improves the comfort of coach class seating compared to using conventional pillows or not using one at all. Although I own a number of memory foam pillows from airport shops, none of them allow you to adjust the thickness.

I purchased this Trtl brand in black and another brand for $10.00 less. So, if I may, let me assist anyone else in this decision.Trtl will be B1, as it is the black one in the photographs, and the other brand will be G2, as you would have guessed, as it is the gray one (looks more like brown in the photos).Pic# 1It is obvious from my comparison of B1 (the original brand) and G2 that B1 has thicker padding, but there is no issue because both brands' fleece is similarly soft. I like the gray velcro on B1 over the greenish-yellow velcro on G2, but it doesn't really matter because you won't be able to see it while it's on.
