My daughter enjoys playing basketball. It seems reasonable to purchase her a hoops she enjoys. Although the assembly instructions were straightforward and it is staying together well now that I had it put together, it was not simple. Some parts from the production process were slightly large, deformed, or whatever. The point is that it required some effort to force everything into its proper position. Additionally, there was a piece that had been previously drilled out but was still inside the base. At first, I believed it was a part I required, but when I was unable to retrieve it, I realized I did not. My child adores the color pink. The rim was firmly forced into place and fit well (as the directions indicate). It was really challenging to keep the net in place during building. Overall, putting it together was a pain in the neck; there are only about 5 components, so it shouldn't have taken an hour.Oh, and the balls are soft and springy, which is wonderful because it allows you to play a little bit like actual basketball. I couldn't tell from the picture.

Not just my kids, but also my 7-year-old loves this! It arrived in a box that was clean and free of dents. Inside, there are 5 separate pieces: a base that can be filled with sand for stability, a trunk that adds height, a backboard piece, a hoop, and a net. Without the directions, assembling it was incredibly simple because there were no tricky screws, nuts, or bolts. You can play with it even on wet days thanks to how lightweight and simple it is to move both inside and outside of the garage. It includes three miniature basketballs that have already been inflated as a bonus. My 1.5-year-old can make baskets with it and does a little happy dance when she succeeds. It's very sweet to see the joy written on their cheeks! Because of how soft the balls are, accidently bonking oneself won't hurt. The only issue I have is that it was really difficult to fit the hoop into the back board. But it only proves how secure it really is. There is some exchange in that regard. Therefore, if you can, ask for help for that portion. It might have been an unique incidence. But that doesn't affect my rating of 5 stars.

It would be an understatement to say that my son was delighted that I had ordered this. He frequently watches baseball games on television with his dad and me and imitates what he sees on the screen. To the point when he genuinely asked the UPS driver every day if he had his basket, it had reached. Lol Naturally, I had to stop everything I was doing as soon as it arrived and put it together for him. I was stunned by the sheer number of bolts and screws when I initially opened the box. (I tell myself that it will take forever and that perhaps I should ask my father for assistance.) To my amazement, putting everything together only took me about 10 minutes, and I did it alone with the exception of a two-year-old who jumped all over me the entire time. I assume that the extra screws and nuts were there in case you needed them in the future (because I know for a fact that I put it together correctly.) Given that this aim is intended for children aged 6 and higher, I assumed it would be made entirely of hard plastic or some other material typical of children's products. Nevertheless, it isn't! My five-year-old kid adores it! When he was younger, we had a tub hoop that was more "baby-ish," was manufactured by a well-known company, and had a duck as the back board. Even then, my kid didn't enjoy that one. This one is far more "genuine," as I adore shooting hoops with him while we relax outside the bathtub and competing to reach 10 points first, among other things. The characteristic orange color has been neatly coated on the metal hoop. The backboard is composed of clear plastic that is incredibly resilient. Just a little bit smaller, the net has the same texture and feel of an outdoor basketball hoop. It comes with two balls and an effective pump to blow them up. Due to his specific needs and nightly medical treatment, my (basketball-obsessed) toddler-aged kid ends up spending around 30 minutes in the restroom. This was a cheap small hoop that we bought for him to play with as we performed his routine. Although the hoop and backboard are composed of lightweight plastic, they are nicely manufactured. He seemed to comprehend when I told him not to try to pull himself up on the hoop because it would shatter. Since my little kid is only two, hanging it from the door would be too high for him, so we screwed it into the wall instead, and it has already offered hours of enjoyment. For the playroom, we purchased a different hoops that costs three times as much but looks a little nicer. Already, I'm kicking myself for not just purchasing another of these! A must-have for any basketball fans.

This ball is wonderful for a trampoline with a basketball hoop, therefore I now own all 4 colors of it. Because it is so soft, you can use it on a trampoline without worrying about anyone getting hurt. Various surfaces respond nicely to its bounce. I read reviews where people complained that the ball had no texture or grip, however the four I have don't have that problem. The only explanation I can think of is that the ball is overinflated, which leads me to my next point. Although I have to disagree, I am aware that some folks believed they were no better than the slick ones you can buy at Walmart.It lacks inflation instructions, which is why I didn't give it a perfect score. You must make a guess as to when to finish inflating the ball because there is no information regarding the pressure required. The only thing mentioned is that the ball has a 5" diameter, thus you have to be careful not to inflate it over that size. Like tires, I believe adding the pressure would be beneficial so we could determine when the ball is over- or under-inflated. You will need a tool to inflate it because it doesn't come with anything to do so (a bike tire inflation device works great). That is not an issue because we have one for our bicycles.These balls are excellent overall for the intended use. You will be let down if you purchase them expecting them to be full-sized basketballs because they aren't. This ball won't let you down if you expect it to bounce well, be soft, and be perfect for trampolines and other places (like a pool) where a softer ball would be safer.

I'm writing a long, laudatory review of a product that is now referred to as "Toilet Basketball"...While I can see how using it that way may be amusing for a few minutes, I've had it affixed to the window in my office instead. It's adhered surprisingly well even with a visiting youngster throwing the provided basketball at it for two hours. I was too lazy to follow any of the installation instructions, including moistening the suction cups and washing the surface with an alcohol swab. It probably won't adhere to a wall as well if you try to glue it to one; in that case, I'd probably just remove the suction cups and apply some command strips in their place.The accompanying small basketballs are incredibly bouncy, readily inflated with the included pump, and the right size for the hoop so you stand a chance of a swish sometimes. They are really fluorescent orange, which is a little strange but helps you find them if you miss and send them flying off in another direction. So there's that. Despite the fact that it has "Slam Dunk" inscribed on the backboard, I wouldn't recommend attempting to dunk on this item because the rim is made of plastic and would likely break if you tried.Overall, I can testify that it: 1) adheres to windows well; 2) endures light use; and 3) is entertaining.

My life is a little bit more difficult because of these balls. So I got my nephew the basketball hoop, which came with just one ball despite showing three. My son played with the ball as it was being put up and he enjoyed how bouncy and little it was. So it was a sad day when it was time to present to my nephew. But to make matters worse, my brother leaves the basketball hoop at my mother's house rather than bringing it over. As a result, both boys fight over the object they believe to be theirs. So I place an order for two of these monsters, leaving one at my house and one with my mother's address so my son can have one there as well. I was astonished when they arrived because they weren't inflated but made sense. Balls that have been inflated leave a strange crease, but they continue to function and appear to be self-correcting. It goes without saying that they were such a hit that I am already purchasing more of them. Would advise.
