Shop Apron - 16 oz Waxed Canvas Work Apron with Pockets | Waterproof, Fully Adjustable to Comfortably Fit Men and Women Size S to XXL | Tough Tool Apron to Give Protection and Last a Lifetime Review:

I wanted a wearable that could take the place of my tool belt, which I found to be uncomfortable and had a tendency to catch on the lumber or whatever I was working on. It needed to be durable, practical, and easy to clean. This apron does the job well. The fabric is a thick, durable canvas that is tear- and water-resistant. Border hems, attachment reinforcements, and pockets are all beautifully highlighted by light orange contrast stitching. The capacious kangaroo pocket in the middle makes it simple for ambidextrous access to screws or nails. Additionally, it can be used to rapidly store tools, gloves, or other trinkets, as well as to warm hands. The big hip pockets' flaps act as a little of retention if a kneeling position flips the pockets over and keep out sawdust, rain, or snow.My iPhone 6 fits well in the upper chest's zipped phone pocket (with case). Pens or pencils fit snugly in two nearby tiny pockets. Two rivers hold the left hammer loop in place, but I would have preferred to see a little more sewed reinforcement. The metal ring on the opposing hip could be used to attach various tools (or, as described, a shop rag). The shoulder straps are soft yet not overly substantial. A permanent (though adjustable) strap across the upper back secures them in position. This keeps the apron snug against the body, but it does make it difficult to put on. After some trial and error, I discovered that the quickest and most straightforward method is to put on the apron like a pair of slacks and pull it all the way up to the shoulders. The lower back quick-release strap is incredibly long. I had nearly two feet additional length on the strap after modifying it to accommodate my 6', 180 lb frame. I suppose this is good news for huge guys, but for a small guy, it's just extra material that I'll have to cut out (or get used to having a tail).Overall: a good, practical tool or outfit.

QeeLink Leather Welding Apron - Heat & Flame-Resistant Heavy Duty Work Apron with 6 Pockets, 42" Extra Large & Cross Back Extra Long Strap, Adjustable M to XXXL Aprons for Men & Women (Brown) Review:

Where should I start? Okay, I bought it because I needed to pay for an add-on and reasoned that, at the very least, it was a useable piece of leather. I then cracked open the box.GOOD GOD KAWABUNGA! I'm not familiar with Qeelink, but I have never seen such an AMAZING piece of leatherwork for eight times the cost. Compared to my denim work apron, it has extra service pockets that are strategically placed. The length is perfect for this 6' amazon since it falls below mid-calf. Where necessary, rivets are used. HEAVY suede leather that is flawlessly polished. The straps are made of sturdy webbing and nylon. On either side of the lower pockets, 2 "hammer rings." Oh, my God.Do not let the fact that they are Asian-made deter you from purchasing this apron. I am OUTSTANDINGLY impressed with the forge and welders apron's quality, heaviness, and workmanship. Blacksmith? Casting work? Hell, just for the shop in general? The DEAL of the Century is this one. They are so cheap (but not "cheap") and so darn wonderful that I might buy a spare. However, I can't find a single point of failure on this item. They really outdid themselves on this, and I'm not one to be readily impressed. Hell, I might even get a few extras for guests and students, but they're almost too good for them.Victor, Lincoln, and the rest of you should get them and reverse-engineer them because (and I'm not kidding) they REALLY pulled it off and did it correctly.

Occidental Leather 5055 Stronghold Suspension System Review:

When I originally got it, I didn't make any modifications to the 3" Oxy tool belt because it was the ideal size for me (5'10", 265 lbs.). Keep in mind that the ends of the front strap can only be lengthened by one or two inches at most. To find my comfort level, I experimented with loosening and tightening the belt.My ailing back is less stressed because of how evenly the weight is distributed between my shoulders and hips thanks to the suspenders. When I raised my arms upward, neither the straps nor the cushion put any additional strain or discomfort on my shoulders. These high-quality suspenders are created in the USA by people who appear to take care in their work and their business.Although I'm not in the trades, I can understand why Occidental is so well-liked by hard-working professionals who require reliable tools to support their livelihoods.

Bucket Boss Canvas SuperShop Work Apron in Brown, 80300 Review:

For the price, this Bucket Boss 80300 shop apron seems adequate. It is made of a thin brown duck cloth material, and the shoulder and waist straps are made of woven polyester. The apron still feels like it should hold up to my regular shop use, which typically includes things like sanding dust, sawdust, grinding dust and debris, and the occasional splatter from oil, paint, and various other finishes. It's thinner, more lightweight duck cloth than the heavy type canvas duck that my tarps are made from, which is probably a good thing because it would probably be too uncomfortable for me to wear it every day. The top edge of the apron has additional piping, and the edges are folded and single stitched all the way around. The 1-1/2 "Wide woven shoulder strap has foam padding that can be placed where needed and is adjustable for different heights. The locking plastic snap on the 1-inch wide woven waist strap allows it to be adjusted for waists up to 52 inches. There is a lower right pocket that is approximately 6" wide X 5-5/8" deep, and an upper bib pocket in the center of the apron that is approximately 4-1/4" wide X 5" deep with an additional 1" wide pencil slot "deep. The pencil slot and both pockets are double stitched. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and think the price I paid for it on Amazon was fair.

Working Apron Black in Non Waxed Canvas with Cross Straps Adjustable for Most Waist Sizes for Men Women Vintage Heavy Duty Apron for bartender, Barista, Butcher, Barber, Metal Working, Woodworking Review:

The building is superbly done. Compared to this, I've paid more for aprons that were constructed with less care. It's a smart idea to include a kangaroo pocket behind the patch pockets up front. However, I removed the leather portion that the straps pass through on the back. Although it is a fairly robust cloth, I will reinforce any spots where my prior aprons have worn out the quickest. That says nothing negative about the apron. I handle cardboard frequently, and cardboard swiftly erodes both leather and fabric. I really enjoy this apron.April 2019: This apron has been worn like iron for two years! On the inside, I added a denim iron-on patch where my belt buckle used to rip through previous bibs I've owned. The only modification I'd like to see is a chest pocket that is a little bit deeper and wider.

Geboor Gardening Tool Waist Bag Belt Heavy Duty Oxford Tool Apron with 7 Pockets of Different Sizes and Depth (Black) Review:

This is especially helpful for educators who use interactive notebooks (INBs) in the classroom. Since I have utilized INBs in all of the classes I have taught in elementary and middle school (ESL, English/Language Arts, Math, and Science), I am constantly attempting to tote my scissors, glue, and other supplies as I travel around the classroom assisting kids. Not to mention maintaining my grip on the remote in the overhead, the dry-erase markers, or whatever else I need to have nearby to keep the lessons moving forward. Being practical, pockets can only hold so much, so on the days when I'm wearing clothing without pockets, I'm at a loss. This bag saves the day by enabling me to have necessities close at hand and preventing those "Where did I put it down?" panic attacks. It includes a plastic clasp on the front and five front pockets in addition to two back pockets. A drawstring can be used to tighten one of the front pockets so that the contents won't spill out if you lean forward. My middle school students tend to ask questions at the most inconvenient times, so I always have a few extra pens, pencils, a dry erase marker, scissors, glue, a few band-aids, and a nurse pass in there. I like that it also includes the two roomy compartments on the back for when a student's cell phone needs to be kept in my possession during class. This has reduced the large amount of effort required when a student must offer me their phone; it is covert, effective, and class continues uninterrupted. I carry my mobile phone in the opposite back pocket so I can covertly hear my "5 minutes to the bell" alarm and direct children into our cleanup procedure without setting off a frenzy. Overall, it has established itself as a trustworthy resource in my classroom, and I'm not sure how I managed without it.I would suggest purchasing a few for your student assistants, as well as for those that assist with small groups (SPED) or sheltered education (ESL).

Bucket Boss Canvas SuperWaist Work Apron in Brown, 80100 Review:

What else is there to say when it's a Bucket Boss? Both my dad and I firmly believe in these. This purchase was made to replace the Bucket Boss I first acquired in 2006. My Bucket Boss was still functional after being put through severe daily use in both a sculpting and a printing workshop (being exposed to plaster, welding, woodworking, oil-based inks, and harsh chemicals). All I needed was one that wasn't covered in wood glue and impermeable paint. Let's see how long I can manage to keep this tidy! (I guarantee that it won't be in good functioning condition for nearly as long.)Why bother with any other version of this device that wasn't a Bucket Boss? You wouldn't buy a toolbox that wasn't a Craftsman, you wouldn't install laminate countertops if you could have granite, etc.

Arsenal 5706 Canvas Waist Tool Apron with 13 Pockets, Gray Review:

I bought both the Bucket Boss and Arsenal work aprons and made side-by-side comparisons. Conclusion: Although Arsenal 5706 costs a little more, it is much better made and will probably survive longer than Bucket Boss 80100. I'm returning the Bucket Boss 80100 and keeping the Arsenal 5706. Arsenal is shown below and Bucket Boss is shown above in the images.Comparable in size overall. Bucket Boss is 1" broader, and Arsenal is 34" taller.Fabric: Arsenal fabric features a tighter weave than Bucket Boss, with 23 ribs per inch compared to 19 ribs per inch. The Arsenal fabric feels stronger than the Bucket Boss fabric, which is a major difference.Arsenal has stronger stitching than Bucket Boss, with 6 stitches per inch compared to 5 threads per inch. Bucket Boss has some exposed edges while Arsenal has all of its edges polished (see photos).Arsenal has reflective trim; Bucket Boss does not.Bucket Boss is 1" longer than Arsenal, which has webbing that is thicker and tougher.Arsenal buckle has an inner stability plate, making it somewhat stronger.Main Pockets: The three main lower pockets on the Arsenal and Bucket Boss are both the same width and depth. While Bucket Boss' two enormous top pockets are 7 1/4 " deep, Arsenal's two large upper pockets are just 6 34" deep.Arsenal has three pencil/screwdriver compartments in the center, each measuring 6 34" deep. There are two medium pockets and two small pockets. The four little pockets on Bucket Boss have bottom stitching that limits their depth to roughly 4".Arsenal's side pockets measure 2 12" broad and 5" deep in the lower pocket. The lower side pocket depth of Bucket Boss is decreased to 4" by bottom-stitching the 3" wide side pockets. In contrast to Bucket Boss side pockets, which are entirely buttoned on the bottom, one Arsenal side pocket features a bottom slit to accommodate a T-square or ruler.Hammer Loops: The Arsenal loops are the same size but composed of tougher, stronger webbing.Price: On Amazon, Arsenal is roughly $2.50 more expensive than Bucket Boss.

Bucket Boss Bucket Boss 80200 Duckwear SuperBib Apron Review:

I bought this apron eleven months ago since I needed one for my woodworking shop. It only sees use one or two days a week, on the weekends, because I'm a novice woodworker. I'll try to divide the review into the following sections:The reason I needed an apron is that it's difficult to work with wood in a (small) shop while wearing a tool belt, which I use for carpentry. Plus, I didn't require that much storage space. Only pencils, a tape measure, a chisel, small squares, speed squares, combination squares, etc. are typically used. The second motive was to prevent clothes contamination when using the table saw.Layout: The upper section's pencil holders are a fantastic place to put pencils, however my Fastcap big mechanical pencil won't fit. But all of my other friends do. For ME, the lower pockets are too shallow and loose. When I squat down or bend over, anything I have in my pockets usually falls out. Not screws or nails, but a measuring tape, a speed square, or something of a comparable size. A tape measure goes in the middle bottom pocket of the apron since it is long enough to prevent easy attachment to my pants pockets when I am wearing it. Another issue for me is that there isn't a decent area on the apron to put a combo square. The combo squares are top heavy and will ultimately work their way out when leaning, bending, or crouching, thus the hammer loops won't hold.Construction: Based on my own experience, it appears to be doing well here. Your results may vary because, as I already mentioned, I do not use it 40 hours per week and do not carry around pockets full of framing nails. The shoulder strap/waist band construction isn't to my taste, more in terms of usability than longevity. Even after correcting, the waist band is still too high on my back. As a result, it begins low, rises, then drops.Having said that, it is a $14 item that has a use. If you Google "shop aprons," you'll discover that many, not only leather ones, cost more than $100. You must eventually conclude that at this price point, this cannot be as excellent as them. As a result, it's a good product with many applications. In search of one with deeper, smaller pockets for items like metal rulers, combination squares, etc., I'll consider purchasing one that is possibly a little more expensive. That has more to do with how I use it than the apron, though.
