Amazing pan! I've used it twice already to bake a tort. I used a chilled pie crust, which I unrolled before placing it in the pan. Just the appropriate amount of dough was left over to ornately fold over and create a crust border that was somewhat thicker. I carefully performed this, beginning in the center. Starting from the edges could result in the crust on the pan's edges being torn apart. Because the middle of a pie can easily pop up, you do need to be careful when handling the pan to avoid popping your pie out. To fill and bake, I've set my on a cookie sheet. The pie easily glides off the nonstick bottom once it has cooled and onto your serving platter. EASY CLEAN UP - I'm not putting mine in the dishwasher to avoid causing harm. Very content thus far!

After that, lightly mist the paper with cooking spray. Apple tart I made was excellent. The removable bottom is useful. To transfer the tart pan into and out of the oven, place it on a bigger roasting pan. On the rack second from the bottom rung, the tart was baked. Create tarts with savory cheese and vegetables, lemon shaker tarts from Myer, berry tarts, etc. Like with pies, if you are baking the tart for more than 20 minutes, you might need a "crust shield." However, I already had a set of bigger mini-tart pans that, save from size, are similar to these new ones in terms of material, finish, and bottom removal ease. And the value of this older collection has been amply demonstrated. The pans bake evenly, the contents come out with such ease, and cleaning the pans is a breeze. Biodegradable packaging is always preferable than plastic, which is covering the earth. The Mariana Trench, which is the deepest place on Earth, has plastic on its bottom.
