It's much smaller than I anticipated, but thus far, it's wonderful. Its diminutive size suits me just fine because it leaves a lot more area on my nightstand than my previous lamp did. It really is much simpler to turn on and off with the chain, and despite being so small, it is rather bright. I have one of those HD relaxing light bulbs in it, and while the gray shade makes it more of a relaxed light setting, there is definitely enough light to illuminate my entire area. I bought these lamps to use as bedside tables in my bedroom. They perform admirably!They offer alternatives to the conventional lightbulb fixture, allowing you to utilize any ordinary bulb you already own. Light is turned on or off by a pull chain; dimming is not possible. The major reason I bought these was because of the two top plugs, which are excellent for my cell phone and have a hotel-style appearance.However, DO NOT fast charge your phone using the USB ports on the front, which was to be expected. The only oddity I saw was that the grey lamp shade came covered in a tiny strip of plastic that wrapped around it from the inside out. Good news thus far, We just recently received these, and despite my concerns due to the reviews, they synchronized quite effortlessly. Although I wasn't convinced about the volume, they sound fantastic. We therefore brought them outside and distributed them evenly where we intend to use them.
