Saved the move! This was probably the best item I bought for our move. It can be used so many ways. I used it to protect items, wrap shelves with clothes still in them so they stayed clean and dent free, bundle items together so I didn’t lose pieces, wrap large wall art and pictures up, etc. There are so many uses! Definitely a must have for any move!! Also finding uses for as I unpack as well. The stick that allows it to roll is the key to how easy and quick this helped us get ready to move. Definitely would not recommend buying without the stick that allows you to wrap things quickly and securely.

We are in the process of packing for a move. This wrap performs amazingly! For example, an umbrella stroller that doesn't necessarily need a box put you want to compact and protect it for the moving truck, this wrap does the trick. It is work to wrap this thing tight and it does take some elbow grease. Fortunately, as you pull the plastic off the roll, the wrap comes off as a whole rather than tearing and coming off in strips (like the cheap seran wrap). The wrap comes off in one solid piece to my delight because I am under pressure to keep pulling the wrap tight and would rather not have a snag halfway through. The job gets completed. Umpteen more items that need wrapping. Can't wait to move again!

It comes in a set of 2. Which is really good. I used these when I was moving last month. I went through the first one pretty quickly. I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. So, just a point of reference- I have the usual stuff anyone will have. I mainly used these in the kitchen when I'm packing my plates and glasses. I would layer my plates with 'supermarket mailers' and then wrap them. 5 plates at a time. And I'm happy to report that none of my plates or glasses broke. Even my wine glasses. You know the ones that break when you stare at it too long.
I also used these to wrap my dresses so the drawers don't slide out during the move. That took quite a bit of mileage out of the roll.
They are very strong and tough. and if you pull about 10 feet of it and twist it length wise, it becomes a very strong rope.
So, I still have half of the 2nd roll left. Not bad. Maybe I'll go wrap my wife's car doors together!

The actual stretch wrap material is great. Holds up well, takes a stretch and then tears easily on an edge at the end. These are cheaper than what we had been getting. My only issue is that the material is wrapped on the handle going in a left-hand direction. Looking at the material you have to wrap, you have to go counter-clockwise, which is backwards from what I was used to. Makes it a bit more difficult to wrap. With the handle being set in the wrap, you can't change sides. That is my only complaint.

Don't expect to apply this on your own. It'll get stuck to itself and make a royal mess of everything. If you've got a partner, though, this is a great product for wrapping up furniture and other soft goods for moving. I used it to wrap everything before moving it due to refinishing our floors. I'd certainly invest in this product again - it's cheap insurance to keep rubs from damaging your furniture.
Pros:
- Applies easily with a friend, and is very sticky, so once it's on, it will stick to itself and keep it in place.
- Holds up to mild abuse. We hit a few things and it didn't rip, tear, or mess anything up. Exactly what I paid for.
- It goes a LONG way. This is a heavy tube, and it'll last for quite a bit of work.
Cons:
- Don't try this alone. Seriously. What a disaster.

We moved our 2 bed 2 bath 1500 sq foot house this weekend, and SO happy I got this wrap. We did a long distance move before, and the professional movers used this to wrap our furniture. It holds everything in place AND protects it. If you're moving yourslef, here's what you need:
1 roll Stretch wrap
at least 2 rolls of packing tape
Mattress bags for your mattress AND box springs.
Colored FAT sharpies (best to get 1 color per room for easy identification)
a dozen old towels or blankets (for cheap check good will or salavation army if you don't have them)
2 strong friends, an afternoon, a case of beer and 3 pizzas!
You should be able to find your boxes and packaging paper for free from free cycle or craigs list.
Rent a 16-20 foot truck and you're moved for about $500 all in!

I was surprised that the advertising for this item was actually true. The wrap comes neatly on a large roll, packaged alongside two plastic rotating handles. You assemble the roll by sliding a plastic handle into each end. There's a soft, almost silicone-like coating on each of the plastic handles to make it easy on skin, and this silicone covering rotates around the static, fixed handle that's inserted into the roll. This way, as you wind the roll around, you don't have to move your hands --just kinda do the Cabbage Patch around whatever you're trying to wrap.
I bought this to wrap several items in prep for moving. I started wrapping some awkward sized canvas art. I used the wrap to secure them all together. About 3 or 4 layers in, I changed direction fairly easily and continued wrapping until I was satisfied. The wrap made a tight seal that seems pretty water tight, and should keep debris off my art. I tore the wrap off when I was finished--super easy. It all stuck to itself, and I feel like a moving pro.

I purchased this film to wrap pallets stacked with firewood. I looked at practically every roll on Amazon. I ended up getting this one(four rolls) and am more than pleased.
Before the rolls arrived I tried to figure the math to see how many pallets I could do per roll. I figured I'd be able to wrap 7 pallets.. I ended up being able to do 10 pallets!
All my life my father pounded metal stakes in the ground and stacked rows of wood in between them and then covered with a tarp. Since I have a skidsteer with pallet forks and access to free pallets I thought I'd try a different way. At first I thought if I could just stack the firewood on the pallets really nicely that I wouldn't need this film but uneven ground and having to fumble around with tarps to cover proved otherwise. If you factor in the cost of metal stakes and tarps the film is much much cheaper. It ended up costing me just under two bucks to wrap the sides and top of a 4x4 pallet stacked 5 feet high. And now I can move these pallets with almost two cords of wood around the property wherever I want for storage and then bring one right next to the back door for easy access. I'm so pleased with the results. Where as my father has to wheelbarrow loads up to the house all winter.
