They're incredibly good and, in my opinion, perform almost as well as the originals. I just started using them about three months ago, and I'm only on one. I mop it, then immediately wash it, which I believe keeps it looking good. Although it unravelled little after becoming tangled in a tiny nail, it washes nicely and is generally rather durable.

The pads for steam mop fit and function properly. If there is any difference at all from the Bissell brand, I cannot see it. The smell discs are not missed because I don't use scents in my home.The pads of this steam mop never truly get as clean as they were when initially used, as you are aware from owning one. Haven't gotten the chance to use them yet (will update when I do) but the quality seems to be a little questionable compared to the original. They're still the appropriate size and quite strong. The basic pads feel enough like the original that I'm not concerned, but the grey ridges in the "tough" pads are not the rubbery material that exists on the original. They feel more like steel wool (best way I can describe the texture) than rubber, which I found odd. I don't think they would cause any damage, but I doubt they are as effective as the original.All in all, okay for the price. They'll probably get my floor clean.EDIT: Finally got to use them today. To put it into perspective my floors were VERY dirty (I have two toddlers, so you can only imagine) (I have two toddlers, so you can only imagine). These worked very well. I was honestly impressed. Had I not known they weren't manufacturer, I wouldn't have noticed a difference. They cleaned the same, if not better than OEM.EDIT 2: held up well in the washer and got clean easily.

My Bissel Mop arrived on schedule. I LOVE this mop. I am a neat freak. I appreciate cleaning equipment that makes any cleaning job easy. This is the best steam Mop I have ever used and I have bought 2 different varieties of Shark steam Mop from Target , 2 different types of Hoover steam mops and an Oreck steam Mop online. This specific Bissel steam Mop, steam cleans the floors better than any of them, it is so easy to use. I didn't found the water top on the Mop to be flimsy as other reviews have mentioned. I appreciate the clean but not overpowering aroma from the scent disks that you insert inside of the Mop too. I got this model since you can use it as a hand held steam cleaner for counter tops, etc. The steam coming out of this as a floor Mop is more strong and better evenly dispersed than the previous types I have used in the past, even as a hand handled steamer also. The lengthy chord can be inconvenient at times as a hand held steam cleaner, but I love the longer cord, you don't have to keep plugging it into different outlets as you travel about the room you are cleaning. It is extremely light and simple to lift as a Mop or hand held. I have linoleum floors throughout 1/2 of my home, the linoleum is created to seem like wood floor panels and although it produces a strong current of steam and truly cleans the floor, it does not damage the linoleum.

I acquired these to go with the steam mop and they really are worth not just the money but offer the area we mop a lovely clean outcome. Twice a week we use the steam mop, and these cleaning pads hold on with frequent use. In reality these 15 pads in addition to the ones that came with the steam mop probably will last us over a year. My best comment about a product is if I would purchase it again, and I would buy these again......although if they continue to hold up as long as they have so far and we do not start mopping more regularly or wider areas then it might be over a year before I have to buy again. :)
