The item was presented well, installed without difficulty, has a nice appearance, and is stable. My only suggestion is that it would be simpler to view the illustrated instructions. It was challenging to read the writing since the ink was either faded or too light in hue. The drill hole size for the anchor bolts should also be mentioned in the instructions.

As stated in the other reviews, it does arrive at excellent speeds, therefore I'm really pleased. When it comes to the railing, there are no concrete anchors included, but since the holes are 3/8", I used 3" 3/8" concrete anchors, which are much longer than necessary. If you like, you can obtain shorter ones. The instruction manual was quite helpful. According to it, you should raise the front post until it is level, determine how high it is above the ground, and then cut it off from the back post. really simple to understand Since the top piece fits onto the two supports it comes with, installing the supports that bolt to the concrete was the most difficult step. Once fastened and installed, it would remain in place even if you ran your riding lawn mower into the railing. Overall, I'm very delighted with it because of how nice it looks and how nice the finish appears. It is also very durable. Since they didn't appear to have as nice of a finish and weren't as thick as the railing, I didn't really like the parts that go over the bolts on the bottom. But it came out well, so no complaints!

I had no idea what to anticipate when I ordered the product (ordered two 2ft handrail kits and a 3ft handrail kit). As soon as I unpacked them, I was pleased with how they looked (they arrived reasonably fast considering they had to go through customs as well - ordered from Canada). The handrails exceeded all of my expectations because they were both well-built and beautifully finished. Due to the clever design of the entire kit, assembling it and attaching it to the backyard wall was simple. However, if it weren't for the holes I had to drill into the brick walls for the brackets that support the handrails, it would have been much easier. But it was also rather simple to execute with a hammer drill. Now, a screw and its thread were damaged during the installation of one of the brackets. Even though I kept rotating the screwdriver, nothing happened to the screw. I finally discovered the thread had vanished, so I decided to email the seller to see what response I would receive. They responded the following day, saying they would send me a replacement at no cost, which surprised me. In a day and a half, the replacement bracket was at my door. The older lady who lives with us and is the main user of the handrails is quite pleased with the results, and so are we. Last night, I installed the final of the three railing kits. In our perspective, the entire system looks fantastic and also feels quite sturdy and secure. Although the pricing was a little high compared to other things I looked at (and taking into account the parity between the CAD and US dollars), it is still very reasonable. (We'll see how the handrails do in the harsh Canadian winter, but that shouldn't be an issue because they're made of aluminum.)I would highly suggest both the product, which is of exceptional quality, and the crew that supports it. They showed excellent professionalism and consideration for their clients.

These handrails are top-notch products. I am pleased with my purchase and would most likely make another one. However, there are several factors that others should take into account, including color, screw hole covers, installation, and metal hardness. The item's hue is remarkably true to that of stainless steel (even though it is aluminum). This indicates that it is not as silver as, say, a chrome, but rather contains a hint of champagne color. Covers for the screw holes: I had hoped the hardware would come with fascia or cover plates to slip over the three screw heads that each mounting post uses to attach to the wall. These cover plates are depicted in some of the photographs, however the manufacturer claims they are no longer in stock and are not part of the package. Installation: can be a little challenging. For each mounting plate on each post, you must drill the holes. The metal is soft, so drilling into it isn't difficult, but you'll need a drill press and to hold the pipe tightly to drill each post's two holes with the required accuracy. You need to apply caulk or glue because the end caps won't remain in place on their own (and something to hold them in place while the stuff cures). Because there isn't much metal hardness, you should handle the pipes carefully because they are easily scratched or gouged.

Arrived earlier than anticipated. Hardware was loose and the parts bag within the packing had torn. The box had a hole in it as well, which was unfortunate, and numerous anchor bolts were lost. A prompt [very large] credit was provided by customer service. They get five stars for promptness and customer service. As a side note, the balusters and supports are hollow steel tubes, despite the fact that the top railing is made of wrought iron. I did not deduct any stars because the finish, which is gloss black and does not appear to be a powder finish, matches my other decorations and I like it.
