After noting that the neighborhood is rather gloomy at night and that someone passes through checking car doors, they moved into an older home with only one porch light underneath the car port. We've decided that our yard needs additional light. I decided to give these a try because I didn't want to spend a bunch having lights and wiring installed and because I live in sunny Arizona. They are positioned on the side of the home that receives the most sunlight and appear to operate 24 hours a day, so far I'm not dissatisfied. My wife discovered this light while we were seeking for a little lamp near the dressing table. We wanted a modest light that would not overpower it, and this one is exactly the right size.What I appreciate about it: - Size is excellent because it isn't overly large in our opinion.- Cable has a transparent hue, making it noticeable but not ugly.There is a switch there that can be used to turn things off.- It has a 360-degree range of motion.What I don't Like: I tried to look for a light that had daylight but was unsuccessful.- The instruction manual claimed that we could remove the light, but I am unable to do it using the given sucking plastic. because I want to use daylight instead of the current light. I adore the design of this uplight. It didn't function as a spotlight as I had hoped when I used it with a regular hue color bulb, but it still produces a stylish accent light. I'm confident that ordinary and hue color spotlight bulbs work much better together to create a spotlight effect.

This accent light is perfect for the indoor water fountain I was looking for. If I could make one improvement, it would be to include a shutter to either focus or control the light pattern. Compared to 3000K, the 5000K light better accentuates the water. The back of the lamp feels a little warm to the touch, but this is unimportant.Although mounting this in the ceiling may have been preferable, the fountain's individual "leaves" would have cast distracting shadows. On top of that, I didn't want to run the electrical wire. To make the lamp freestanding, I instead discovered additional sources on Amazon for a 120 mm uxcell light base to cover the bottom, a Gardner-Bender toggle switch, and a Westinghouse lamp wire. Everything was plug-and-play, save for the need to drill a 7/16 hole for the toggle switch. Very pleased with the outcomes.

I don't usually write reviews, but previous purchases from other Amazon customers who left their feedback encouraged me to take a chance with these, and I'm quite impressed with how well they function. They come with two different mounting options. The light lifts out of the cradle and pivots from side to side so you can illuminate anything you want to. In my case, it's going to be a rotating table display turntable. There are two brightness settings—high and low—and rods on three double-A batteries with an easy pop-off back. There are no silly Phillips screws that require a watch repair kit to remove! LOL I purchased four of these for the price of them, and I want to purchase two more.

For years, I have purchased these lamps for both my home and office at work. It will create atmosphere if you purchase two or three and place them in any room. Additionally, it is calming to have enough light without having it shine directly down on you like all other lamps and ceiling lights. I recently had one that, for some reason, started smoking, but these lights are little, straightforward, and relatively inexpensive; they are not $100 lamps. In view of the foregoing, I heartily suggest these, but not as a light to be left on all night or while away from home.

I'm going to keep this straightforward after reading other reviews...Use 3M Command picture hanging strips to hang these lights; this will make taking them down easier and damage-free.- To change the batteries, "push and spin" the housing unit open while leaving the backing on the wall, ceiling, or other installed location.- Use the timer on the remote control; although the lights continue for a long time without it, using the timer will ensure that you don't forget.- Even with the light-brightness options on the remote, these lights are bright enough but are not blinding.- If you don't get these lights, I believe you are making a mistake. They are perfect, classy, reasonably priced, and truly make your home glitter!- Absolutely 5 stars.- Absolutely everyone should get these lights, in my opinion.

These are convenient and simple to use, but they are not as bright as I had anticipated. My own is being used to highlight artwork in a room that is already illuminated. They do provide some light, but it is dispersed rather than brilliant direct light. With the enclosed sticky velcro, mine adhered to the ceiling perfectly. The option to install with screws was also provided in mine. Don't expect a particularly bright, focused light beam from these; I would use them to cast a softer light on artwork, closets, hallways, and behind countertops. I used three lights installed in a row to address my issue. Additionally, the swivel feature is fantastic because it allows you to alter the light's angle as well as rotate it in any way.
