Electrolyte Powder, Cherry-Pom Hydration Supplement: 90 Servings, Carb, Calorie & Sugar Free, Delicious Keto Replenishment Drink Mix. 6 Key Electrolytes - Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium & More. Review:

For a few weeks, I've been using KeyNutrients Electrolyte powder in the Lemonade flavor, and I've been in love with it! I could hardly move my fingers fast enough to place an order when I discovered the new Cherry-Pom flavor was available. My husband and I used it right away as it arrived yesterday. It tastes SO GOOD! I have to concur with his description that it tastes like a Sweet Tart.Beyond just tasting good, this electrolyte powder gives me a lot more energy throughout the day. I've been on the ketogenic diet for about two years, but aside from the occasional headache, I never really paid attention to electrolytes. Recently, I've learned that I SHOULD have taken electrolytes more seriously. Now, I feel fantastic. No headaches, no need for a nap during the day, and no exhaustion by 4 o'clock. Amazing thing, this!

Ultima Hydrating Electrolyte Powder, Grape, 90 Servings, no Sugar, 0 Carbs or Calories, Keto, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Non-GMO, Vegan, with Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, 10.8 Ounce (Pack of 1) Review:

After determining our preferred flavor from the variety pack of single serve packets, the majority of us choose for the 90 serving canister. For those of us who regularly use this product, this is the economical/bulk alternative. The circumference of the scooper that is supplied is about the same as the aperture of the container that is intended. Without using a funnel, it is challenging to pour into the advised 16 ounce water bottle with this scooper.I called 888-663-8584 to file a complaint with customer service. I suggested they replace the scooper with one that was narrower and deeper. The salesperson then informed me that single serve packets are also made there. She suggested that pouring the canister servings directly into a water bottle was not the recommended use. I should mention that the canister features an image of just this.

Keto Cheesecake - Delicious Low Carb, Ketogenic Diet Gluten Free Shake Mix – New York Style - 20 Servings Review:

I've never purchased or used a Keto powder before. I can only exclaim, "Wow, did this thing work!" When it came to bingeing on ice cream, donuts, and other sweets in general, I've always had trouble. Since I started the keto diet about 8 weeks ago, I must admit that I have occasionally strayed from it by eating sweets. I haven't strayed from the menu once since discovering Giants Sports Keto Cheese Cake! Amazing Cheese Cake flavor completely subdued my overpowering want to binge consume food! This has helped me gain a lot of muscle, and I now use it as my go-to snack attack preventer and fat loss tool.I was about to give up on the keto diet at one point, but this product not only kept me from failing, it also yielded amazing fat reduction results!Giant Sports, you're the best!

Electrolyte Powder, Lemonade Hydration Supplement: 90 Servings, Carb, Calorie & Sugar Free, Delicious Keto Replenishment Drink Mix. 6 Key Electrolytes - Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium & More. Review:

Amazing. Prior to trying this, I utilized Ultima. Although I adore the flavor of Ultima, this product performs better. Water is being absorbed by my body. I can't even begin to describe the enormous change in my body in less than 24 hours. This year, I have spent almost every month in the hospital. My days of frequently visiting hospitals seem to be behind me now.Anyone should give this a shot, at the very least. Over the years, I've taken a ton of various electrolyte supplements, and this one easily takes the top spot. Although the flavor is not outstanding, it could undoubtedly be worse. Even if it tasted awful, I wouldn't really mind if it worked. It's something like to a lemon drop without any sweetness. This will never again be absent from my water. I feel as though my other supplements, such as B12, B complex, and so forth, are also absorbing better. My body is decontaminating itself. Sorry if this is TMI, but I've had to use the restroom a lot since using this product, and my muscles are showing because my body isn't holding in as much fluid for fear of becoming constantly dehydrated despite drinking around a gallon of water every day. I'm always thirsty. Right now, I just feel fantastic. I feel a lot more powerful. I believe that this product has saved or will save my life. My lips, which have been damaged for more than ten years (until I leave the country, in which case they usually heal in two days, but when I come back in 24 hours, they are once more chapped, etc.) have 100% healed. A sensation of calmness permeates my body. I merely feel like I can breathe more easily. I slept like a baby, which has never happened to me before. This review is entirely genuine. Please give this item a try.I appreciate you creating this product.

Ultima Replenisher Hydrating Electrolyte Powder, Cherry Pomegrante, 90 Servings, no Sugar, no Carbs, no Calories, Keto, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Non-GMO, Vegan, with Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium Review:

Since I live in the desert, I take dehydration seriously, but I just don't like the taste of electrolyte additives in my water to maintain trace element levels in my body. Due to my diabetes, I cannot consume beverages that contain real sugar. now, the Ultima powder I bought a few packets of this brand in different flavors from my neighborhood premium supermarket to try them out. I've been taking my regular Salt Stick capsule supplements to maintain healthy levels of magnesium and potassium because the new meds I'm taking cause my electrolytes to drop below normal levels. They function just well, but I really wanted a powder to flavor my water so that I would drink more water. I discovered this bulk bottle of the same powder since I really liked all of the flavors. After doing the arithmetic, I discovered that this is a much better deal per serving. I can really take two doses at once, which tastes amazing and helps me catch up more quickly. With this mixture, my leg cramps are long gone, and I'm extremely happy. The supplement is highly effective and has a fantastic flavor.

Electrolyte Mix Super Hydration Formula + Trace Minerals | New! Blueberry-Pomegranate Flavor (30 Powder Packets) Sports Drink Mix | Dr. Price's Vitamins | No Sugar, Non-GMO, Gluten Free & Vegan Review:

Since I almost dehydrate just thinking about it, I thought anything would be worth a try and got my first box of this in raspberry. I was instantly drawn to these items by the burst of raspberry flavor in the first envelope, so I went back and purchased the blueberry pomegranate. My palate is smitten! Today's temperature of 72 convinced me that it was close to being time to drink another. after which another. The doctor advised taking two hydration boosters per day in temperatures under 80 degrees, four in those over 80, and six in those over 90, I smacked my hand and stated. I'm from Wyoming. We probably have one day in the summer that is 90 degrees or more, and perhaps two or three days that are over 80. This is something I can't get enough of. Who cares whether it keeps me hydrated—I'll simply drink it because it tastes delicious. Sincerely, I can't say that about anything else I've ever used for my dehydration issues—this stuff absolutely shouts with flavor. Buy a few. Try it. Don't rely solely on me. Let your taste buds make the final decision. Oh, and just to let you know, I sent my doctor an email with the contents of these envelopes and asked him if he thought everything was well. Double thumbs up, keep using this; greatest solution I've seen, he replied through email. There. You are no longer required to believe in him. Buy a few. Try it. Ask your physician.

Ultima Hydrating Electrolyte Powder, Lemonade, 90 Servings, no Sugar, 0 Carbs or Calories, Keto, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Non-GMO, Vegan, with Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, 11.1 Ounce (Pack of 1) Review:

I can't express my gratitude for Ultima enough. As I was getting ready for my first marathon, I was exposed to this liquid gold. Without this item, I'm not sure whether I would have finished the marathon or made it through my training. It's still as tasty and nourishing as I recall, and I use it now days to get through my Peloton cycling workouts. My favorite flavors are the grape and lemonade varieties. I'm not a fan of the raspberry flavor, but that's just a matter of taste. Though, to be really honest, I keep putting off tasting the other flavors because I adore the Grape and Lemonade so much.Ultima will work if you're in training for a long race, want something to keep you hydrated and electrolyzed while working out, or just want a particular treat for your water.I bought this item at full price, just to be clear. I wasn't given a deal on this product in return for my review.

SKRATCH LABS Sport Hydration Drink Mix, Lemon Lime (15.5 oz, 20 servings) - Natural Electrolyte Powder Developed for Athletes and Sports Performance, Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher Review:

I'm going to set the scene and begin this review by stating that I don't take exercise very seriously. When the weather doesn't allow for cycling, I go to the gym for a pretty little period of time. I don't ride a bike for a living, I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm not an athlete; I just exercise to stay in shape and prevent the cardiac problems that run in my family. My maximum monthly mileage is 400 miles, which seems like a lot but isn't.I've never been a big fan of sports beverages. On one extreme, there are beverages like C4, and while they do have a utility, they are not appropriate for folks like myself who are only trying to stay in shape. Then there are "sports" beverages like Gatorade, which are sweet, pricey, and somewhat pointless. I really didn't use any water additions for a very long time, but I eventually started looking for something that would give me a little extra energy without being absurdly sweet or having any negative side effects, and someone mentioned Skratchlabs.I could go on for a while discussing the flavor's insignificant specifics, but I'll just say it's nice. I enjoy it. Your results may differ. It has a bright and zingy lemon/lime flavor, and I've started to consider whether adding some mint might not be a bad idea after all. When used as instructed, it's not overly sweet like beverages like Gatorade, which is in accordance with the intention of Skratchlabs' Hydration mix, which is to work more as a hydration booster and endurance extender than a fuel. This is excellent because it maintains the flavor's palatability while lowering the mixture's real calorie content, enabling better burn rates from other sources. The flavor is sharp and clean, and you wouldn't get weary of it after a few sips, to put it simply.Since there are simply too many variables at play to attempt to quantify the effect in the context of one man casually pedaling, I'd say that the actual effectiveness, or endurance boost, I get from taking this for cycling is highly variable. I'll admit that, from a subjective perspective, the distinction is striking. I would estimate that merely because of weariness and muscular exhaustion not coming in as quickly, my range increases by at least 35% on average. However, I have severe concerns that this could account for everything. As a caveat, I would want to acknowledge the possibility that the Placebo effect plays a role in this. The information is a little clearer when applied to an indoor gym setting, where I have a lot more control over the factors at play. The disparity was astounding. My typical workout includes stretching for around 10 minutes, 2 km of rowing, 35 minutes on an exercise bike at a resistance level that closely simulates cruising at 100 RPM and 13-15 mph, and then 5x5 of whatever arm exercises come to mind until I'm too weary to continue. Here, however, I actually *didn't* become fatigued. In reality, I was able to keep going up until muscle exhaustion started to affect my performance. This was a little more subdued in endurance-type activities like cycling, but I could push my arms to a clearly larger number of repetitions.I'm going to give this product my mark of approval after using it for six months overall. Even though my endorsement is utterly useless, I like this product since it works and is everything I would hope for in a sports drink.

Electrolyte Mix, Raspberry Electrolyte Powder | 30 Packets, Hydration Replacement Keto Drink | Zero Sugar, Non-GMO, 72 Trace Minerals Plus Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium and Sodium Review:

My son and husband both work as power linemen, so I purchased them each one of them. The FR uniform, which consists of heavy long sleeves, long pants, hard caps, steel toe boots, and gloves, is essential attire for them. They sweat a lot for 10 to 12 hours outside in Georgia's oppressive summer heat, which has been reaching high nineties on a regular basis. Dehydration is a problem for all of these guys because there is no breeze and the humidity is intolerable. To help replenish lost electrolytes, they typically consume pedialyte in the afternoon. They have been utilising these packets for some time now and report surprising success! Anything that keeps my guys safe is deserving of five stars!

Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder, Orange, 90 Servings - Sugar Free, 0 Calories, 0 Carbs - Gluten-Free, Keto, Non-GMO, Vegan, 10.8 Ounce (Pack of 1) Review:

I really like this stuff. I have used it a lot over this humid, hot summer. I drink about 1 scoop each day and use 1 scoop for 32 oz of water. I've been doing this for about 4 months.Only the orange flavor has I used.It is pleasant and free of sugar. However, I've added sugar or honey to this and it still tastes great when I have low blood sugar problems (unlike the taste of adding sugar to aspartame).I've discovered that if I eat too much of this, I might experience digestive problems. I reduced my nighttime magnesium supplement by half because I believe I was taking too much magnesium and the problem has now disappeared. I've experienced dehydration on a few occasions, and instead of merely cleansing the system, I've added a pinch of salt to the fluid to assist it adhere to the cells. My only criticism is the price, and I wish it were available in smaller, bulkier sizes with more savings or in individual packets.
