Popcorners Flex Protein Crisps Variety Pack | Plant-Based Protein, Gluten Free Snacks | (18 Pack, 1 oz Snack Bags) Review:

I had weight-loss surgery, therefore I'm more committed to my diet than before (especially protein). These chips have been on my order list for MONTHS, and I still adore them. The crisp has a lovely crunch and a BBQ taste that is comparable to the less healthy alternative I consumed for years, despite being slightly thicker than a chip. They are ideal for late-night snacking or making nutritious nachos. However, compared to previous orders, my most recent batch of 1 oz bags had far fewer chips. Unfortunately, the surplus seasoning in the bags took up approximately a third of the product's capacity (10-12 grams per 28-30g bags). This reduces the amount of product you receive for your money and appears to alter its nutritional value (less protein). The images and videos come from several bags of chips.I am unhappy with my recent purchases, but I will still order these chips. This review, I hope, was beneficial.

Quest Nutrition Tortilla Style Protein Chips, Nacho Cheese, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Baked, 1.1 Ounce (Pack of 8) Review:

These chips taste almost identical to nacho cheese Doritos if you eat them with a topping (such as guacamole, sliced avocado, chili, queso, cheese slices, etc.), but with a thinner, lighter, more "crackery" texture. Although there is a small aftertaste, they are nonetheless delicious on their own. Given that it is clearly a produced dish with a big list of ingredients, I would not classify this as a "health food" (as is nacho cheese Doritos.) However, these will satisfy your yearning for your old pal Nacho Cheese Doritos if you are attempting to reduce your carb intake. For contrast, a 1oz (28g) portion of Nacho Cheese-flavored Doritos has the following nutritional information: 140 calories, 8g fat, 1g sat fat, 0 trans fat, 210 sodium, 0 cholesterol, 16g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 0 sugar, and 2g protein. The back of my Quest Nacho Cheese Tortilla Style Protein Chips states that one bag (32g) contains 140 calories, 6 grams of fat, 1 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 10 milligrams of cholesterol, 340 milligrams of sodium, 5 grams of carbs, 1 grams of fiber, 1 gram of sugar, and 18 grams of protein.

Although there is a small aftertaste, they are nonetheless delicious on their own. This is not what I would call a "health food," as it is obviously processed and has a long list of ingredients, just like nacho cheese Doritos. However, if you are trying to reduce your carb intake and are having trouble satisfying cravings for your beloved Nacho Cheese Doritos, these will do the trick!According to the Frito- Lay website, as an examplea 1oz (28g) portion of Doritos in the Nacho Cheese flavor contains:140 calories, 8g fat, 1g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 210mg sodium, 0mg cholesterol, 16g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 0mg sugar, and 2g protein. My Quest Nacho Cheese Tortilla Style Protein Chips have the following ingredients in each 32g bag:140 calories, 6g fat, 1g sat fat, 0 trans fat, 10mg cholesterol, 340g sodium, 5g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 1g sugars, and 18g protein.

Twin Peaks Low Carb, Keto Friendly Protein Puffs, Jalapeno Cheddar (300g, 21g Protein, 2g Carbs) Review:

I adore this! First off, contrary to what some people have claimed, there is no strange fragrance. It has a cheesy doritos odor. It tastes somewhat like garlic parmesan and is not as cheesy as a cheese ball, but it does remind me of Cheetos. But it tastes good. My absolute favorite salty, crunchy, high-protein snack of all time. If only they had mixed in some other flavors. Delicious, salty, crunchy, and reminds me of Cheetos in texture. Taste is pleasing. I wish I could eat more of them. Now, it resembles sonic ice in size and is smaller than a regular cheese ball. No strange protein flavor. It's delicious, and I'll definitely repurchase.

Quest Nutrition Bbq protein Chips, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Potato Free, Baked, Pack of 8 Review:

I rarely have time to make complete meals for myself as a medical student, so I frequently turn to snacks to stave off hunger. I started to enjoy crunchy foods like Lay's chips during my undergrad, much to the dismay of my body. I spent my summer before matriculation getting in shape and trying to establish healthy eating habits because I knew I would be pressed for time in medical school. I made a lot of progress, but I couldn't seem to shake the urge for chips. When looking on Amazon for healthier options, I came upon protein crisps. What a fantastic invention—chips that are healthy and support muscle nutrition! Sadly, a lot of them used soy protein, which I avoid because it contains phytoestrogenic isoflavones. Numerous studies have found that regular soy eating by men has some unfavorable effects. Even though eating one bag of chips a day probably wouldn't have any noticeable impact, I didn't want to try it. Thankfully, I found Quest Nutrition and ProTings as two options whose products did not contain soy protein. The ProTings were decent; they had crunch but couldn't hide a buckwheat-like flavor while having a ton of flavor. On the other side, Quest Nutrition's chips were outstanding. Given the high milk and whey protein content, I was anticipating a protein shake aftertaste, but the BBQ flavor had none (but the sea salt flavor did, so I don't recommend it). They had the satisfying crunch of regular chips and a delicious BBQ flavor, as well as amazing macronutrients and very low fat and carbohydrate. Amazing work was done by the food experts at Quest Nutrition. The "enhanced" version that I received today is even better. Although they are more expensive than your regular fatty chips, if you appreciate crunchy snacks as much as I do, it may be worth it to spend a little extra money rather than risking your health.

Quest Nutrition Sour Cream & Onion Protein Chips, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Potato Free, Baked, Pack of 8 Review:

Why are you purchasing these if you're not on a diet? Lol However, if you aren't, you'll actually find them revolting. So let's assume that you follow a low-carb diet as I do. Due to my ketogenic diet, the fewer carbohydrates I consume, the better. I try to stay away from processed meals, but I had a strong yearning for chips. I also wanted a snack for my desk at work because I don't like pork skins. So I purchased these. The only potato-free, grain-free, maltodextrin/dextrose option I could find was a touch costly. First off, the flavor is fantastic! similar to the sinful chips you ate prior to starting a diet, sour cream and cheddar. Also quite good is the crunch. Yes, the chips have a slight "gritty" quality, if you will, but I didn't mind because they resemble genuine chips so closely. The lack of seasoning on these is really the only thing I have to say against them. Although the flavor is fantastic, the chips only have a tiny bit of it. I would be in keto nirvana if they added roughly twice as much flavour. Overall rating: 4.5 stars. would repurchase.UPDATE: When I reordered these, they were much more heavily seasoned with cheese, which made me incredibly happy. Maybe the last batch I received was bad? I adore these so much. They taste better the more I eat of them! My non-keto coworker also enjoyed them!
