This microwave is little and adorable, functions well, and is simple to operate. For a brief one-minute session, press the button once. To adjust the time, turn the dial. No issues to date, simple to clean. The door/facade is plastic, while the body is enamel. Although I don't like microwaves, they are useful, and this one is attractive, so we are both content. Sharp R-21LCFS Medium Duty Commercial Microwave (Dial Timer, 1000-Watts, 120-Volts) (Update of R-21LCF) Review:

I looked around to see if there was anything that would be more dependable after our previous two microwaves started unpredictably burning food and having their plates crack or chip. The one we ultimately chose has three significant advantages that none (or very few) of the fancy consumer microwaves have, despite being more expensive.1) It's constructed to last. Everything on this microwave is purposely kept simple and appears to have been built with the least amount of potential for breaking. It has a glass floor that is fastened to the microwave's body rather than a plate that would be dragged out with the food and break on the floor. You have a "unlimited rotation" wheel that is firmly affixed instead of a push-button control panel, whose buttons will eventually shatter or become desensitized and won't move out of alignment because it isn't physically calibrated. It doesn't have a clock that needs to be reset on a regular basis. Every surface in the interior is made of metal, which is both easy to clean and appears to be scratch-resistant.2) While the meal is heating, you can intuitively and freely adjust the cook time. The wheel does precisely what you would anticipate when you turn it. I don't know why so few digital microwaves will let you to do this, but now that it's simple, I do it frequently.3) It has an alternative heating system to a carousel that ensures even heating without actually moving the food. This implies that you can heat larger or unusually shaped foods without creating hotspots or causing your plate to become misaligned. The fact that food regularly takes less stirring and has less temperature variance after heating than with any other microwave I've ever owned or used shocked me with how effectively this actually works. Naturally, you should always be cautious when eating or giving food to a young child, but it's good not to have as many burritos with frozen middles or tofu chunks that resemble ice cubes in your leftover Chinese cuisine.Look elsewhere if you want to accomplish anything other than heating food or items that resemble food in a simple and reliable manner, such as using variable temperatures, auto-cooking, presets for popcorn, a second clock or timer, or a device that is also a convection oven. This is the microwave for you if you're willing to pay extra for one that accomplishes one thing better than you'd anticipate.

Kenmore White 70912 Countertop Microwave, 0.9 cu. ft Review:

It has been around for a while, so a review is overdue. Although quite small, it is really nicely built. especially if your kitchen isn't particularly spacious. I decided to stick with Kenmore because I previously owned one and it lasted me years. Just to be clear, it did not let me down. I didn't have to deal with salesmen from Best Buy or Sears pushing extras; I received a reasonable offer here on Amazon. I believe I got it the day after I bought it. If you want a microwave that is a respectable size, I highly recommend this brand in general and this particular model in particular.

GE Profile PEB9159SJSS 22" Countertop Convection/Microwave Oven with 1.5 cu. ft. Capacity in Stainless Steel Review:

PROS: Easy to use, low 13" profile that fits under top cabinets, stainless steel interior. I adore the Convection Roast option, which uses a combination of convection and microwave heating to cook and crisp food fast and effectively. The only drawback. The Cafe model with the auto roast and auto bake functions is what I should have purchased.I looked into convection microwave ovens for a while. For more than 20 years, my Sharp conventional microwave provided dependable service, but the paint had faded off the interior where the turn table rotates, giving the interior a dirty appearance. So I knew my next microwave needed to have a stainless steel interior. For quick heating, I also required at least 1000 watts of power. Convection cooking, in my opinion, would be a smart move to crisp or brown soggy food that has been microwaved.I did some study on the convection microwaves made by Emerson, Toshiba, Samsung, Sharp, and GE. The Emerson and Toshiba were immediately eliminated by my wife because of their appearance and low price. With the exception of height, the Samsung, Sharp, and GE all met our requirements. Both the Sharp and the Samsung, which are 15 and 16 inches high, need additional ventilation space above them for cooling. 16 inches are above the counter in our upper cabinets. The only one that would meet our requirements is the GE, which has a height of 13 inches and needs 3 inches of ventilation space. However, reading the one and two star reviews for the GE worried me and nearly made me decide against purchasing a convection microwave. However, I must add a few observations concerning the unusually low ratings in a logical manner. In one review, turntable issues were mentioned. My turntable is working fine. Other reviews spoke of convection cook times that were unusually extended. I believe the reviewers are unaware that this is a 120V countertop oven rather than a 220V, 40A production range. I use it as intended, which is for modest microwaveable dinners and snacks as well as for reheating and browning leftovers—not for preparing elaborate holiday meals! I could continue, but I believe you get the idea.Although the Profile model provides some simple sensor cook and defrost settings, have a look at the Cafe model if you wish to employ complete Auto roast and Auto bake features to eliminate cook time guesswork and decrease overheated, exploding food incidents! After using this microwave for approximately a year, I have a few additional things to say.1. The door open button will become stuck in the depressed position if it is pushed too firmly. I've never experienced that, but my wife has a few times. It is frustrating to have to gently pry the button back out with a flat implement (a butter knife works). Now that we know how to gently push it, it no longer sticks.2. Even though it is a 120v countertop unit, the broil and convection heating components are somewhat underpowered. I've used electric fry pans with built-in broiler elements, and I remember the broil setting making the element extremely hot. When set to full hot broil, the heating element in this appliance starts to glow dimly before cooling down.3. The rotating carousel's flat spot on one of the wheels caused the rotating plate to bump. It was replaced by GE at no cost.Due of these shortcomings, I deducted one star.

Farberware Professional FMO13AHTPLE 1.3 Cu. Ft. 1100-Watt Microwave Oven with Smart Sensor Cooking, ECO Mode and Blue LED Lighting, White and Platinum Review:

I preferred a microwave that opened with a handle as opposed to a push bar. I was on the fence because the interior was so gloomy, but it has good lighting and the color is not an issue. rapid 1, 2, and 3 minute buttons, as well as a 30 second button at the beginning. You can add as many 30 seconds as you like by repeatedly pressing the start/30 sec button. The only drawback is that there is no option to dim the blue display lights, but that is not a major concern.

Black+Decker EM925AFO-P1 0.9 Cu. Ft. Digital Microwave Review:

The best feature of this microwave is that it won't beep constantly or even at all if you leave something in the microwave for a little bit longer than it should. Microwaves that remind you to take stuff out have always annoyed me. Perhaps I'm engaged in other work. I visited the restroom! I was assisting someone with a task! Quit yelling at me!! With this one, though, there are no reminder chimes at all. Hey, nearly a month has passed and I haven't forgotten anything in there.

Farberware Black FMO12AHTBSG 1.2 Cu. Ft. 1100-Watt Microwave Oven with Grill, ECO Mode and Blue LED Lighting, Black Stainless Steel Review:

This was a Christmas present for my wife, and it was just what she wanted. I looked at mid-sized microwaves on Amazon.com for a while. Reading the most recent reviews took up the time. I had no choice but to read "verified buyers" evaluations on all the many models, manufacturers, and brands of mid-sized microwaves because I know absolutely nothing about them. Based on the choices that previous reviewers liked and those I liked, I reduced the field to three. Hopefully, this may assist any confused Amazon microwave buyers and spare you the valuable time I spent on this site browsing and reading. My initial preference was for a 1.2–1.3 cubic foot "mid size" container. 1000–1100 watts, next. Third, a light within. Fourth, a handle on the door rather than a button you press to open it. Fifth, an outer color of black. The Smart Sensor is the sixth feature. As a result, I trimmed my list after learning about certain possibilities that I would also desire after reading reviews. similar to an inside light. You'd be shocked at how many lack inside lighting. Researching which of these mid-size microwaves offered the features I wanted AND had the best review ratings took time throughout the entire process. I listed my top three favorite brands that received the most 5-star reviews. Of the three microwaves I had listed, Farberware produced two of them. (We don't own any Farberware products. However, my mother has a set of their cookware that she adores and owns. The choices and sizes of my top three choices were remarkably comparable. This Farberware FMO13AHTBSE was unique since it was black stainless, and it also got the highest five star rating at the time (12/17) and a very high four star rating. The combined 4 and 5 ratings were around 92. The aggregate 4 and 5 star rating is oddly about 80. The entire review-reading process was absurd because several of the reviews listed under this microwave at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N5YALU9?ref=emc b 5 t were for other Farberware models. In any case, I fired the shot. Black stainless is fantastic! Coincidentally, on December 23, 2017, our tiny 900 watt microwave abruptly quit functioning. In order to prepare the Christmas Day supper, the wife wanted to buy one right soon, but I already had one wrapped in holiday paper that I could give her on Christmas morning. I had to quickly come up with a reason. I did, too, hehe. When she learned that I had this one since December 1st, she was astounded. She adores the greater wattage and every other aspect of this Farberware model, to sum up. 1.3-Cubic-Foot 1100-Watt Microwave Oven with Smart Sensor Cooking, Stainless Steel, Farberware Black FMO13AHTBSE. She is happy with it entirely. She doesn't seem to mind that some of the control buttons could be bigger. I'm hoping it will serve us well for many years to come. Without a doubt, I'd suggest this microwave. Hope this was useful. Happy New Year, and until we speak again.
