My pan just arrived yesterday, and I can't wait to bake something with it. I merely made chocolate cake using a basic box mix. I consumed all of the cake batter, producing "muffin tops." For me, it was acceptable, but you could use a little less batter to give the mini-bundts a flat "bottom" or you could simply cut the muffin tops off. They were fantastic after I prepared a little tiny glaze out of powdered sugar! Unless you're extremely hungry and want a huge piece, one bundt is sufficient for two people. They came out perfect after 30 minutes of baking at 325. I used a small amount of cooking spray, making sure to go inside each flute. After letting them cool for ten minutes, I flipped them all, and each one came out instantly, flawlessly, and with every last detail. This pan is a nice weight. I washed it in some warm water and soap. It was pretty simple to wipe up because not much stuck. I'm thrilled beyond belief and heartily endorse this product!

When the Cuisinart pans rust at the seams, I have been ordering and re-ordering them, but this one seems to have better seam sealing, preventing water from collecting in the dishwasher and giving the pan no chance to rust. I'm sitting here eating yet another corner piece and I'm wondering why I bought this pan. I spent money I did not need to spend on the pan and the fantastic silicone lid that fits it perfectly. And I believe it was an error. Before, my kids and hubby devoured all of the brownies I cooked from scratch because I don't use box mixes. I would simply cut a few pieces of the corners and occasionally snip off the edges to savour the chewy sweetness. But now that I've used this pan, I'm sitting here eating about half the brownies I baked. fluid movement The recipe I use every time in a 9x13 pan worked great in this pan. Using the adorable tiny spatula that comes with it, I oiled and lightly dusted the pan, and the brownies simply popped out. But do you know what won't be adorable and small? Thanks to this pan, I am. These brownies are by far the best I have ever prepared in terms of taste. I contemplated purchasing this pan a few years ago but ultimately decided against it because it performed so well.

Although the manufacturer's instructions for using this product were a little unclear, they advise against using spray oil because the pan is already non-stick and the non-stick pan spray can lead to the formation of a film. Without using spray oil, I've had perfect cakes and other baked goodies (and even without butter). I adore Wilton pans! They are substantial, cook evenly, and require little cleaning. I was eager to try out this little fluted pan as soon as I got it. I just sprayed some canola oil spray in each part, mixed my banana nut bread batter, filled each cup about 2/3 full, and baked. At 325 degrees F, they only took around 12 minutes. versus 45–50 minutes for baking a loaf or square pan. The muffins simply fell out of the pan when I turned it over after they had finished baking and had had time to cool. Easy as pie!

Both muffins that I made in the muffin tin with and without the silicone liner turned out fantastic. I made mac and cheese in an 8" Pam pan and lasagna in a 9" pan. Everything turned out perfectly. Absolutely fantastic The day before I wanted to use them, I toyed with them, practicing getting them on the pan and adjusting the straps. Since it was the first time I was using the strips, I soaked them for a lot longer than the recommended 5 minutes when I started on my cake. I did this by placing the strips in a sizable bowl of cold water with a plate on top to keep them submerged. If you're using a pan with a slant, push the strips all the way to the top, draw the ends in tightly, and hold them in place with your hands before placing the pan in the oven. When moist, they adhere to the pan more effectively, and as the heat builds, they tighten up to prevent falling off when you take the pan out of the oven.I've got a gorgeously prepared cake, surprise! There isn't a central dome, a shattered top, or overdone, crusty edges. I'll say it anyway: it's perfect! Use TWO cake mixes and 7 cups of batter when preparing a 9 x 13 cake using a cake mix. Freeze the remaining batter for your next creation. Cakes don't look like they used to since mixes have become sparse.I posted a picture of my cake as soon as I removed it from the oven.
